Many thanks to Town Center Veterinary Clinic for making it possible for my Golden Doodle, Buddy-Lynn to be able to walk again. Back in 2010, suddenly one day, she could not walk anymore. After a week in the hospital and several thousand dollars later, the Vet said to pick a day to put her down as there's nothing more they could do for her. She was only two years old and her eyes said it's not time yet. A friend told me about the Millwoods clinic, so my Son and I took her there. Sherry and Nuran spent over an hour assessing her condition, and time did not matter to them. They too, were not sure why she couldn't walk and suggested trying acupuncture. I still get teary eyed thinking about Buddy's amazing journey. She truly is my Angel pooch. No matter how long the treatments took, the price never increased. Everyone there is so awesome, Myrna and all the staff and Vets are super. They really care about people and their pets. After about three months, Buddy was able to walk again. Very wobbly at first, and now she is 9 years old and has been living life to the fullest on borrowed time for the last 7 years, and hopefully many more to come. She knows she's a lucky girl and our whole family is so grateful that we found this wonderful clinic. The drive is an hour each way, and we would never go anywhere else. They are the best in town!

I brought my senior small dog here earlier this year for an exam when my regular vet at another clinic was out of town. We saw Dr. Carol Kujala. My dog is 14 years old and have been in and out of vet clinics her whole life due to some genetic health problems. Never once have I gotten back a traumatized dog, but this one single time has traumatized my poor dog to the point where she now has a fear of people, including myself, touching her at the back of her neck. Why is that? Because Dr. Kujala and her staff roughly scruffed her to do the exam. She was so scared, she even pooped herself. That has NEVER happened before in our 14 years of vet visits. I will never bring any of my pets back here because of the way they rough handled my senior dog. At the very least, they should have asked me if that would be okay - I don't have a puppy, I have a senior dog who has arthritis and other joint pain. I am still appalled at what I witnessed and I regret bringing her here - had I known this would happen, I would have waited until my own vet came back. Months later, I am still trying to fix the trauma damage that was done in just one visit. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic because of the staff. P.S. I should add that my dog is only 5 lbs.

My experience with Town Centre Vet has been not the best, I recently took my cat there because she had a bladder infection. They took an x-ray of her bladder and discovered a stone, without hesitation they immediately wanted to do a surgery to take the stone out which I was quotes $2800.00, my cat is 8 years old and a surgery would be stressful on her. They never mentioned to try a diet first to see if things would clear up, it was you need to book her in to do this surgery. I got a second opinion from a vet in Windermere I sent her the x-ray I got from town vet she said she had 3 female cats before with a stone and she tried a urinary diet and they cleared within in a month. So I tried the urinary diet the vet in Windermere recommended and we booked my cat in after, just about 3 weeks and we did an x-ray and the bladder stone is gone!!! The vet in Windermere saved me $2800.00 that town center was going to charge me with no alternative to try first. I'm not impressed with the answers given to be by town center vet. I hope this helps you with your decisions in the future. I will not be back!

I brought my cat Jager in a few months back to try acupuncture since she was unable to walk. I thought it was just bad arthritis but Dr.Niran Sabanathan suspected it was neurological. Jager was unable to tell where the leg was and kept dragging it and falling over. After the first treatment there was a 90% change in her leg. She was walking again with a limp, but she was able to stand and walk without falling over. Dr. Sabanathan was very gentle with her and explained to us everything we could expect - best and worst case. We were able to spend about 2 more months with Jager, where, with treatments she could walk and be her happy self. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with Stage 3 kidney disease, her leg failed her and acupuncture couldn't help her this time. This is not my regular vet but they still sent a condolence card and made a donation in Jager's name. I am forever grateful for Dr Sabanathan and staff for giving me an extra 2 months with the best cat there ever was.

Can I just say Dr. Niran Sabanathan is wonderful? Took my dear sweet Finn in today for a follow up to complications resulting from a bug bite on his nose as well as his yearly exam. Dr. Sabanathan got down on the floor with Finn and checked him over paying special attention to his healing wounds and teeth - much to the discomfort of Finn who HATES having his mouth looked at - even more now with all that went on with his nose. What really made me happy was when Dr. Sabanathan sat back and just sat there for a few minutes letting Finn come to him for some pets. He actually took the time to let Finn calm down and relax. He didn't just get him in, get him out - y'know? The staff have always been really wonderful here. It's not fancy, but they more than make up for it with heart and compassion. I'm super glad this place is our dogs vet.

I would have given this clinic no stars, if it weren't for the vet called Alicia. Unfortunately the management of the clinic is terrible. They over charge for pills for my dog and on the last refill 9 pills were missing! They keep wanting us to come in every 2 months (to get more $$ by paying the vet fee) instead of just refilling the prescription that has been the same for the last few years. His allergies are not going to change. Last time we booked the dog with Alicia but another vet ended up seeing him, without notifying us of the change. On top of that they lied to the pharmacist saying that last time we had fully filled the prescription, although they only gave us 1/2 the tabs. It's a crooked business. We stayed with them for way too long.

Dr Glacier is extremely thorough in her work and goes above and beyond with her clients. She takes the time to really understand my concerns and offers considered advice and treatment. She really does care about the animals that walk through the door. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a vet. (I am a dog owner by the way, so this experience is limited to dogs but I am sure she is equally excellent with cats and other small animals as well). Oh and she just got her certification to do chiropractic as well, so it’s nice to know she can check my dogs for soreness as well. I have been seeing her for a few years and am very satisfied with the level of care my pets are getting.

This Clinic is truly wonderful. The receptionist Myrna was my first contact and was super friendly and helpful. Every single person was kind. I feel like this is not just a job for these people, they truly love animals. Dr. King was amazing she removed an ondogenic fibroid from my lovely Labradors mouth. We thought this was a tumor and Dr. King went Above and Beyond in checking the pathology and ensuring everything was done perfectly. I could not be happier! Mayflower? my Labrador is like a brand new dog! Thank you Town Center Vet Hospital and every single one of the people that work there in particular Dr King!

I called what seemed like every vet clinic in Edmonton to find my dog's dry food in stock. As I feared, everywhere required it to be ordered, which would take a number of days to arrive. Unfortunately I didn't plan well and needed it more immediately than the 4 day turnaround would allow. Then I found Town Centre Vet Hospital. They have a massive stock of dog food, and carried the specialized one my dog requires. Phew! They were wonderful to deal with - personable, helpful, funny and nice. AND they offer frequent buyer deals too (after you buy 10 bags, get one free). I'm glad I found this clinic.

I've been taking my dogs to Town Centre for several years. We mostly see Dr Pam Goble who is an amazing vet and a lovely person. Everyone in the clinic is professional, but warm and caring, to the fur-patients and the two-leggers who bring them in. I could go on and on, but, instead I will just say, I don't have anything negative to say...it's all been positive. I've referred quite a few people over the years, and they've all been happy too. I'd recommend them to everyone who loves their companion animal.

Love their holistic approach to veterinary care, Dr. Sheri Lund always takes a very calm approach and understands that for some dogs the vet has been perhaps a traumatic experience and works to create safe and calm environments for my dog each time we come. She was pivotal in his recovery after double elbow dysplasia surgery, and gave him some alternative treatments and recommended some great products and physical exercises to get him to the strong strapping young lad he is today. Thanks again!

The staff & vet went out of their way for us & our dog Hayley. We came to have her put down & they always checking on how we were while waiting for the vet.They waived the office visit fee when realized nothing could be done for her. Vet explained everything to us & cost was reasonable. They gave us a condolence card & a keepsake of Hayley's paw print. They also provided a coffin box to bring her home in. After getting a new kitten this year I brought him in to see Dr. King and the team at Town Centre. They handled all of his initial needs for blood work, vaccinations, and earmite treatment. They also gave me a folder with lots of information about having a kitten and important things to know. Once he was older they did his neuter, microchip, and tattoo! Dr. King doesn't rush and I feel like she does a thorough job and I won't hesitate to bring my cat back again.

This vet has always been good to us and both of our dogs. We like going here for the vet. We find though that the front desk workers and most of the vet tech's never smile and never seem to enjoy their job at all. I always leave feeling like I interrupted what they would rather be doing. I don't think I've ever been greeted with a smile or left feeling good about customer service. If it wasn't for the vet we would take our dogs and go.

This vet is good, and very very careful about covid. I really appreciated the level of care my kittens received, as well as the precautions taken to ensure there is not covid spread. If you are looking for a place that is very cautious with the pandemic, and also provides top notch care this is the place. The only down side was time. It took awhile to get in and out, so be sure not to have someplace to go afterwards.

This clinic Is amazing! I was referred in and was not disappointed with anything! The staff was amazing and friendly, and I met 2 veterinarians That were absolutely amazing with animals! I’ve never met anyone I could tell loved animals more on our first visit! The best part is they do western medicine as well as homeopathy! This is fabulous! I recommend this clinic to anyone close by! It’s an amazing place!

Good caring vets. Had a problem with our cat who has psychological problems and they spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. One vet would phone weekly to see how the cat was doing. (no charge) Also, had a couple of emergencies and they would get me in right away. That was why I left my last vet as three times they could not help me out during emergencies, telling me to go to the emergency clinic.

My 12 year old cat had dental surgery yesterday and I had never gone through the process of this before. The staff here are very compassionate and understanding. They reassured me that everything is closely monitored and if anything looks off, they would stop. Surgery went smoothly and he's doing well today! Thank you all so much! Will be booking another appointment for my second cat soon!

Brought my pup here for a follow-up and vaccines. They are very prepared for the pandemic to keep your fur babies, as well as yourself, safe. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and friendly, as were the rest of the staff we had the pleasure of speaking to! Will be making this our regular vet clinic. Very happy with the services they provided for our new addition to the family.

Doc Alycia is hands down the best!!! all the staff here are amazing, however if I can, I try to get my critters in to see her. She treats them like they are her own and she is up on all the latest things. I have never felt uncomfortable about asking her questions...lord knows that I have asked some pretty goofy ones. I can't say enough about this place and her.

I have been taking my dogs here for several years. The staff are all pleasant and very caring. I cannot say enough about the care we have received there. The alternate therapies have helped immensely. We have had to put down 2 of our dogs in the past couple of years, and the care and concern during those very difficult times helped immensely. Lesley

Great Staff. Very knowledgeable and amazing with my dog Leo. He is weary of strangers but they made him feel comfortable and now he's actually gets excited to go there. Dr. Goble is just amazing. She can do almost anything to Leo and he will just let her as there is mutual respect and trust here. Becky is also amazing and Leo just loves her too.

We have used Town Centre as our vet for several years. As a long time breeder and dog show person, I am very particular about who treats my fur kids. Dr Alicia and the staff have always treated us with respect, listened to our concerns and shown compassion when the prognosis has not been a good one. Highly recommend.

Dr Lund is seriously the best vet in Edmonton. She knows a lot, doesnt push you, doesnt critisize, and most importantly, my animals LOVE HER. Like, we walk passed the building and the dogs are going crazy trying to get there love her. The ladies at the front desk are super awesome, helpful and are very friendly.

I went in to buy food recently. One lady on the phone, other one sitting at computer. Wouldn’t acknowledge my existence or heaven forbid, say hello. Had to wait until receptionist was off the phone. Also, their receptionist Myrna is the most unprofessional, crass, immature employee I have ever encountered.

Been going here for the last 3.5 years. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Vets are very caring and thorough. I was referred here by my neighbor who has been a client for many years. Would highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for caring people to care for your pets.

Took My English Bulldog there once. He did NOT feel comfortable at all. He was glued onto me, didn't want the Dr near him. If I would have let go of him, he would have fell off the table. I have never seen him act this way around anyone before. Wont be returning.

Yesterday was the first time I took my Foxy to this place. The staff here are amazing. The vet took time to listen and gave us various options to go with. She was honest with us and gave us good advice as to what would be the best route to go with our furry boy.

Pros, the vets are sweet with the dogs and handle them well. But the wait time is not great...usually late. They are great with writing a prescription so I can get it filled elsewhere (I find the meds overpriced a bit).
