"Avoid for the sake of your sanity and to keep faith in humanity First of the staff I dealt with are 5/5 and deserve medals for what they have to put up with"
"This post office is well used by the community, i work for a local housing association and many of our tenant have complained about how run down it is, there is a phone shop in there, however it looks dirty and needs redecorating, there are old tin shelves in middle where you wait to be served acting as a que divider, it is depressing and should be upgraded given the amount of people who use it"
"Two old white men is a tiny shop with a shelf between the shop"
"The post office is located inside a convenience shop"
"The new old man in the counter is very rude, the area is full of diversity and need supportive person but he always talking to people in a bad way"
Avoid for the sake of your sanity and to keep faith in humanity First of the staff I dealt with are 5/5 and deserve medals for what they have to put up with. This is not about the staff. The post office itself is poorly run, there's not enough staff at peak times. There is no air con or windows open, so it's seriously hot and sweaty in there. It stinks. There are kids running about and screaming waiting for their parents. The building looks like it's falling down, cracks in the walls, when was it last refreshed?! There is no stands with pens for people to write addresses on. A woman in front of me waited with 20min+ to just ask for a pen to write an address, I think she had to go back to the queue after she was done. If you're driving be super careful driving out of there, there were toddlers aged 3-4 running barefoot on the road, unsupervised, it felt very surreal like I'd gone into another world

Two old white men is a tiny shop with a shelf between the shop. Was standing between the counters as there is no rope and waiting ages only for the man to close the till when I was next, two black guys come in the shop and go infront of me with my kids (they could see I was waiting), the cashier didnt say nothing. Awful customer service.
The post office is located inside a convenience shop. The post office itself is practically empty, unlike other post offices where you will expect to see cards, gifts, stationaries etc., on display. Cash withdrawals, bills payment and other post office services are available here.
The new old man in the counter is very rude, the area is full of diversity and need supportive person but he always talking to people in a bad way.
