It's hard to describe Treats on Franklin because when the food is just so amazing and fresh, and I have only been disappointed there on a few different occasions simply because they have run out of the most what l think are the best vanilla slice in Tasmania l always get a milkshake as the milk is always cold and there serviced in the old fashioned aluminum cup ...but the staff are as amazing as the food and always greet you with a smile great job guys and thank you for all the great food and great staff

Best peppered steak pie in Hobart, if not Tasmania. Excellent staff. Amazing cakes. Dutch baked sweets a speciality. Lovely staff, well worth a chat to for custom baked delights (including cakes!)

The fruit loaf which is freshly baked on Tuesdays, I believe, is a beautiful loaf with just the right amount of sweetness. The vanilla slices and cream puffs are incredibly delicious, creamy but also crunchy pieces of pastry! The only thing wrong with this shop is that it's closed on Saturday and Sunday !!!

Food was delicious and staff were wonderful checking what we wanted on salad roll. Definitely be back again

My partner and I have been here a few times now and have been very impressed. The service is great, the coffee is delish and we were recently impressed with the Devonshire Tea. The prices here are super reasonable too which as a student is much appreciated! Highly recommend Treats!

I always come here with my Nan whom loves the atmosphere as its more of a quiet little coffee shop. We always have great coffee and your savoury scones are to die for. The wait staff are always kind and courteous. Thank you for making our experiences pleasant.

I recently commissioned a special cake for my mother's 100th birthday party. The cake was both spectacular and delicious and the staff made the whole process of ordering and collecting easy and trouble-free. Excellent people to do business with.

Great coffee and cakes! I had the Banana Soes it was delicious. Good friendly service. They are popular and have put in as many tables as they can, so can be a little crowded when busy. They even have some outdoor tables.

Went it there thought it was average but the way the manager speaks to there employees not impressed at all wouldn’t want to associate with a company willing to treat there employees that way
