OMG, hands down the best tres leches cake I have ever had! I have tried so many and this place knows just the perfect recipe for it. I originally ordered a tiramusi tres leches for my birthday dinner, but it's so popular they ran out and had to call me to change it. The lady I spoke with and ordered it in advance with was so sweet and polite and because they ran out and couldn't get me the one I originally ordered she gave me the other option I had asked for which was guava tres leches and an extra regular tres leches cake out of courtesy which I really appreciated and showed great customer service. When I got to eating the guava tres leches it was so rich and creamy and the guava was tasty and layered on top. Not watery and not dry as I have experienced. Today I tried the regular tres leches cake and OMG I almost fainted and me and my hubby went through half of a cake for 6 people or more alone. My favorite cake is tres leches and this is totally my new go to for my cake. Thank you to the sweet young lady that helped me over the phone and when I picked up the cake. Great energy and great cake!

Earlier this month I picked up a small tres leches cake and I must say the experience throughout was amazing! First of all, I was looking for a last minute GOOD tres leches cake when I found this company, I called and was treated so kindly by the girl over the phone, thanks to her I was able to reserve the last cake they had that day, she made it so easy and was so pleasant throughout. I was able to pick it up a couple hours later. Initially when I saw the cake I was a bit scared that it wouldn’t be enough, but to my surprise it was more than enough and WOW it was so incredibly delicious. The guest along with us were surprised at how yummy the cake was, hands down the best tres leches cake ever, soooo succulent and rich. I highly recommend this place!

I never leave reviews but this place has the best tres leches I’ve had in a LONG time. Maybe ever. I’ve been obsessed with tres leches for some time now and have been trying many spots throughout the city. I’ve actually tried a lot of spots from restaurants to a couple bakeries and this is the best. I also tried to find some food spots in Mexico City and honestly this is the best one I’ve had. The service and everything else was also super simple and lovely. I was able to get a medium cake the same day on a Saturday as I forgot to order in advance and at first they didn’t have any and they even called me back to let me know one had become available. They were great and will definitely be going again! You also can’t beat their prices.

I am glad we found this place right after the short cruise of NY liberty . This place is just can’t justify just by a 5 star review on this from an individual, if you are reading this you need to try this small pice of sweetness in the city. This is a brand new place opened up, their cakes are really well moist and always fresh. It’s not too fancy but just a simple home made feel you would have. They have different flavours of topping on top of Tres Leches base. I am sure you would love it just for a quick eat after dinner or lunch, the only problem what I saw was with their timing they close really very early around 6 Pm. I hope they might change in future once they grow in business

Their Ttes Leches cakes one regular and one with caramel top are the only products i have so far as it was suggested by a friend for a birthday ir any occasion cake. A 12-18 serving cake was $55 each serving being barely a 2" × 2" ×3" cube. If you eat more that a serving it be heavy on you, BUT you will as it is so tasty and addictive. The best Tres Leche Cake i ever had so far. They have two locations, one in Harlem and the other in lower Manhattan thatbi been too. Service is alright. Oh and you HAVE to order the cake a day or morenin advance as they make thme per orders.

Disappointed in the service here. They open at noon but they were not prepared for business. I asked for an individual tres leches cake what they are named after. Only problem is that they did not have any. I would say they need to be better prepared for business especially if you are not opening in the morning. The cakes are good but need to work on customer service. Update: I originally gave it 2 stars for poor service but the cakes are sooo good that I bumped it up to 4. If you want good cake n don't mind waiting this is the place!

I regularly watcher the Great British Bake Show, and often yearn to sample one of their masterpieces. It happened again this morning when being Mexican week, one of their challenges was to bake a tre leches cake. Two hours later I happened to be walking in the Lower East Side when I coincidentally came across this bakery cafe. I couldn’t believe my good fortune. The square of tre leches cake with passion fruit topping was absolutely delicious, the assistant charming and the price reasonable. Perfect.

So glad a legit tres leches spot exists in LES. Smart that the East Harlem business decided to open up downtown. Honestly there are only a few decent ones around, and Tres Leches Cafe absolutely kills it. $4 for the tres leches. $5 for the cuatro leches (it has subtle dulce de leche in the top layer!). $2.50 flan. All executed perfectly. The cakes were the moistest tres leches I’ve had yet; I’ve had them drier before. They offer it with other fruity tops too like guava. INDULGE YO’SELF.

Got a tres leches and cuatro leches (with caramel) and both were delicious. This is a simple no frills spot with different tres leches cakes like guava, passion fruit, chocolate, tiramisu, and some flan options too. They also have smoothies and drinks but I only tried the two tres leches (classic and caramel) and was not disappointed. Both delicious and very reasonably priced! Only thing more exciting than quality staples is when you find them for a good price point!

Stopped in to get a smoothie (which was great). Didn’t even know was a tres leches cake was until I got one one a whim while waiting for my smoothie. One bite and I was in love. Light and airy and perfectly sweet, and definitely made with love. These kinds of hole in the wall mom and pop shops are becoming too few and far between. Place is run by amazingly friendly people doing what they love. Highly recommended. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Best Tres Leches in the world! Bought cake from here last minute to celebrate a birthday and we were all mind blownnnn. We had zero expectations and it turned out to be the best decision ever! We’re going to be taking out from here a lot henceforth. Truly a hidden gym in NYC!!!

I love the tres leches from this place. I first had their cake from a restaurant that gets their desserts from them. I drove all the way to Manhattan from long island to get one of their tres leches cakes. Everyone loved it. It is sweet but not overpowering and it soft and moist. Their price is also good, I recommend it for parties or other occasions. I brought it to a housewarming and many guests mentioned how good it was

Tiramisu tres leches - perfect combo of the two!! Tried this for a friend’s birthday and couldn’t just not stop eating. A small size was for 30$ ish and works for maybe 4 people (if they only eat their piece of the pie). I got a small for 2 people and was done with it in a day . Since I ordered a flavored tres leches, I had to order and pay a day before. Standard tres leches cake I was said can be picked as you go.

Best tres leches cake. PERIOD. None of the locations are close to me but doordash offers delivery from this downtown location for a fee. I happily pay the fee and order at least twice a month. I've tried so many tres leches cake but no one else compares. My favorite used to be passionfruit & guava when I first found out about them years ago but now it's cuatro and original. Hershey flavor is really good too.

This is the best cuatro leches and tiramisu we have ever had! The service was impeccable as well! We placed an order via UberEats and the store personally called; letting us know one of the items wasn’t available, and offered an alternate. When our order arrived, there was a personal message apologizing, and another sweet treat included. This is our new favorite cuatro leches and tiramisu spot!

I had 1 slice of classic tres leches, and was so shocked by how much I loved it that I went to a Morton Williams afterwards to try a store-bought tres leches as a comparison. I still enjoyed the latter, but not in the same way I loved the former - - especially light, airy, delicious. Also surprised the container shows nutritional facts. I'm skeptical that a slice is only 260 calories!?

As a Chinese, I give it my highest compliment for dessert to this Cuatro Leches. IT’S NOT TOO SWEET!❤️❤️❤️❤️(I usually have my bubble tea half sugar just FYI.) The cake is not over soggy. Not a tres leches person so I was not really sure what to expect, especially from the pre-cut box. All I know is I did not expect to finish the whole box of the cuatro leches. The cuatro leches was a perfect cake, none of the milks were overemphasized, moist, flavorful, sweet but not overly, and amazing. I will have to come back. It is definitely a must try.

Friendly staff and delicious tres leches! I tried the regular tres leches and the "cuatro" leches (caramel tres leches) which were great, especially the cuatro. They also have pineapple, guava, and passion fruit tres leches as well as coconut cake and strawberry cheesecake. Glad to have a place like this in LES, looking forward to coming back!

My family and I are fans of the 3 leches, from malecon restaurant for years. Once we find out where the restaurant was we where super excited they have a location in downtown. I ordered my husband's birthday cake and it was absolutely perfection. Service was great, cake is not too sweet absolutely delicious. Best 3 leches ever.

I LOVE this place. I frequent their location in East Harlem, and was so excited to find out they opened up another location. This is THE BEST tres leches you will ever find. My family from the Philippines, and my partners from the DR and Nicaragua, all swear by this place. And those countries know condensed milk and dessert.

I came across this place because of tiktok, I came all the way just for this to find out it was closed… they should definitely update their hours on google maps, it’s not accurate at all. I ordered a large number of these cakes from this place 24 hours prior for a corporate catering event, and they were happy to accommodate. People were talking about how good the cake was for days afterward. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Truly a hidden gem, my wife and I walked past this place all the time and we always said we would stop by one day. We finally did and wow, the cakes are amazing. The flan was ok, but the regular tres leches cake and the tiramisu tres leches cake were just amazing. We will be stopping by more often for sure.

One of the most delicious Tres Leches cake that I have ever had. It was not too sweet at all. I had it with Country Club soda a popular drink from the Dominican Republic. The combination was perfect. I will try the coffee next time. When visiting lower Manhattan, this is the place to go.

VERY very good. If you have to get just one, I’d recommend the passion fruit. You can remove the passion fruit topping to try the classic Tres Leches that is underneath, so you get to try both!

This is the best cake in the city. I now bring it to every housewarming, every party, and every event where it can be even kind of justified. If you’re anywhere close just stop in for a slice.

It's nice that Tres Leches are available on the Lower East Side. It can be difficult to reach their location on East 112th Street in order to get their fine products.
