I didn’t have the pleasure of visiting this location in Jacksonville Florida. My son Lives there he called me and told me about his experience with Mr ROBY at Tuner Ace Hardware. He had went to several places with no help and just as he was about to give up. Mr ROBY offered not only his advise but he assisted him. He was able to fine the bolts he needed, problem solved with a Little customer support. I give you sir Job well done…..

One of the best experiences that I had at a store. The GM and his staff tried very hard to get the paint right for me, although it was purchased a while back. Went to Lowe’s and they were trash but the friendly people at ACE saved the day. Let’s support our local ACE instead of HD or Lowe’s

I’ve been looking for a new beach chair. They had a nice one on display. Not a color that I’d prefer, though. I asked if there was possibly another color. The help I got was above and beyond expectations. I got one on order and the color I preferred! Thank You! Master Chief USN (ret)

Surprising spot clothing. Huk, costa, yeti, fl. fishing/marine apparel with extensive selection. All usual hardware store items and services and then some with large variety. easier/quicker/calmer than going to big box store. great service and support. Easy parking Quick in and out

Rude. Hardly a smile. Our first bad experience in the area since moving here a year ago. We called out that an item had a different price tag displayed than what they rang up. They would not honor the displayed price. We will not be shopping there again.

I don't know what it is about Ace Hardware, but they are the store with the absolute best, most kind and helpful staff. I love going there. It was my first visit to this particular location today and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend

I was assisted by a very pleasant and knowledgeable employee. He helped me locate a very specific type of potting soil. I didn’t even have to ask for help! Very nice shopping experience.

Nice store well stocked. Went up and down aisles trying to find what I was looking for. No assistance offered even though I walked past multiple employees multiple times.
