The store assistant manager is very rude to customers, his name is Glen. I entered the store at 20:55 and didn't know it was closing at 21:00, one of the employee said they were closing soon so I quickly picked what I needed and made my way to the cashier. On my way back I asked a question to the employee about a product and he kindly answered but was rudely cut by Glen. Glen clapped his hand and said ''LETS GO WERE CLOSING'' in an aggressive tone. It literally took 1 minute to pick my items and ask the question. Once I was at the cashier, I said it was rude and a manager shouldn't talk this way to a costumer. Glen heard it from his office, came to me and said ''well maybe you shouldn't go shopping when the store is closing''. I said that I didn't know it was closing and he shouldn't talk to me like I was a child or a nuisance. I never raised my tone and was not aggressive. Glen took my items out of my basked and told the cashier not to serve me. He then told me to leave. He mentioned that ''he just wanted to go home'' and didn't want to talk to me. By far the worst experience I had in my life in customer services. Aggressive and disrespectful.

Had a very poor experience here. I bought non-alcoholic wine, and asked why she had to ID for it (I'm 26), she rudely remarked that she had to instead of explaining it. Then when I said I could buy it from Safeway she again (rudely) noted "well by all means". When I complained to management- he took her side, despite the person with me agreeing it was rude as well. Avoid and go to Grant Park or Charlsewood- much better staff. She was completely rude from the beginning. Not customer service based establishment. I had my ID by the way.

They scan everyone's I'd, even a man who had to be at least 75 yrs old and even made him lower his covid mask to prove he matched the photo. They won't buzz you into the store unless your I'd clears. Other than that the young African Canadian staff member greeted me friendly. They had what I wanted and the line was quick. Easy parking.

Good spot for a liquor mart. Lots of parking at this location. Security feature at this location so ID's must be shown to gain entry. Selection inside is great! Anything from casual beers to hard liquor. Had no problem finding my favorite wines and all. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff are always very friendly. The store is so small, probably the worst selection of any Liquor Mart I've ever been to. If you're looking for something specific or obscure I'd go to a different location. Usually not very busy which is good.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Good selection of beers. Cold zone also is a must and there is a good variety on those as well, so you can enjoy your beer as soon as you get home

Richard, the manager, was extremely helpful and was able to offer alternate suggestions for a drink recipe that I was trying to make. Love the personal service!
