Love Love Love Ross! I'm a plus size curvy woman who does NOT want to dress like I'm trying to recapture some lost years, HOWEVER!.... I am NOT a school-maarm!...I want to buy stylishly comfortable clothes that look good on me & fit my curves.❤❤❤ It has been a Blessing to ALWAYS find stylish quality clothes in an affordable price range of both what I want & need @ Ross. I shop multiple Ross locations so when different life events happen, I don't have to do a last minute dash to the mall & overpay for clothing for a particular event.... I just go to one of my 2 closets & make a few selections

Do not come here unless you are absolutely desperate. They hardly had anything. The place was messy, which most most Ross's are, but what really upset me were the LINES. Or should I say LINE. It literally took about 30 minutes, who knows, maybe more to get from start to finish. They should have pulled people from the floor, gotten the people out, then they could have gone about their business. It was rude to make everyone wait so long. Without customers, they would have no reason to work. Not to be mean, but customers are what drives every business.

The worst Ross store there is! The store is ALWAYS a complete mess. Shelves are always empty and inventory thrown everywhere. Costumer service is none exciting. I really don't know how this store has stayed opened for so long without having any structure whatsoever. Whomever is managing this store should get fired by corporate. Save your time and frustrations and just go to the one further down South Blvd next to the movie theaters.

K&G menswear is a rip off and management is unprofessional. Send text messages with savings and they don't honor the sales savings. Tell you to look at exclusions but the exclusions aren't anywhere to be seen on the coupons or text messages they send. Only one knows of the exclusions is management. Reputable companies and stores have exclusions noted in all there advertisements. Just the "SHADY " one's that doesn't.

Because of Ross, I get to watch the game every week; I can drop my wife off in the parking lot, and she swears shell be back in the car in 20 minutes. I smile and say okay, baby. Three hours later, she comes out with a small bag, sometimes a large one, but the game is over by then, and I'm sleeping. I watch tv on my phone, and we shop at Ross every week. She loves ❤️ Ross, and I do too.

When I first came to Charlotte, on a very low budget, the dollar store was the go to place for a lot of things. Time has passed, situation has changed, but I still visit once in a while. Trinkets galore, basic food items, goodies for children's bags, kitchen utensils, even vitamins. All for one dollar. Busy, but go. You never know what you'll find. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

The stores are fine, but there's always people soliciting in front of stores, even though there's a sign that says it's illegal and the security officers are a joke. I work at a store here and most of the stores get ripped off bc again, the security is a joke. They literally don't do a thing and we rarely even see them driving around, let alone parked

This is a good place to go. It has a variety of different stores. You can go to Ross if you are willing to buy clothes and shoes. You can go to Pet smart for buying a pet or food and accessories for your pet. Also you would find here the Dollar Tree and so many other stores. It is very well located. Free parking lot.

I shop at the Food Lion there, it's a nice clean store with very nice and helpful staff. Also The Yolk restaurant is a great place for breakfast, a relaxed atmosphere wit one very long community table down the center of the restaurant with tables and booths down the side. Small place but well worth the visit.

I shop here for convenience. Ross here is always understaffed and you are guaranteed to wait in line... I feel bad for the staff. Dollar tree in the plaza is pretty typical for a dollar tree. No complaints about party city. These are the only stores I frequent in this plaza, so I won't speak for the rest. :)

Ross's is one of my favorite places to go very inexpensive I'm able to find my work clothes I love their tops their pants fit me well so it's definitely a go-to place that I go to the colognes are always on sale some of my favorite so it's definitely a cool place to go to for a variety of this and that.

Not my items on shelves to shop for. Bathrooms out of order. Sales associate said someone pull pipes out of the walls. Wonder how the workers had to do all day with no restrooms....baby clothes section was ok stocked. Nothing in watch case and not many women shoes at all. Big parking lot. Easy to find.

Small shopping center across from a clients office I'm at on Thursday. The music center was a surprise to me as though I haven't seen one in a while. Pretty easy to navigate around because it's kind of small and there is a restaurant in the corner and a tocobell.

  • Fordguy23

Watch out for bubble gum. You might step in it. Or even better yet drive in it. Parking lot is mainly clean. Big enough for everyone to fit. Wide spaces. Getting out is a pain in the butt down my 2nd & Charles, you will be dealing with four lanes of traffic.

  • Wendy Holcombe

This is an older strip mall, but has some l great shops, including Ross, Petsmart, and the Dollar Tree, among others. I gave it 4 stars because people are crazy in that parking lot, and it's very hard to get out and merge into traffic.

  • Julia Wallace

I love Dollar tree, this was the third location I went to looking for gel fingernail polish (love this polish, one coat and you're done, stays on longer than regular polish)They had three colors, other locations had none!

  • Quaneviya Barksdale

I work in this complex. Its very hard to get into safely during traffic hours and cars often speed even with the speed bumps in place. Use extra caution some cars even drive over pavement. The stores here are okay.

  • Dee NC Traveler

Nice shopping center. It has Ross, American Deli, party city, T-mobile, K&G, and a few more nice places. I do not like the HUGE speed bumps. They're like 3 times larger than a normal speed bomb. Drive carefully.

  • NC MC

This ROSS IS ALWAYS SO CROWDED , BUT THE INVENTORY ROTATES A LOT BECAUSE OF THIS , AND I ALWAYS FIND DIFFERENT ITEMS HERE . COOL . DEALS ARE MANY . SHOPPERS KIND OF " TOUGH " . LIKE THEY CAN MANAGE . …

  • Joshua Goff

I had to use the restroom very bad and the black associate told me it was unavailable. Discrimination? You tell me. If I were black I bet I would have been allowed to use the restroom as a paying customer.

  • melody howze

Close to my home , convenient for my pet at Petsmart , work or outside of work clothing at Ross or K&G , eye doctor at Americas Best and household supplies at Family Dollar , Ross or Dollar Tree.

  • John L. Berghout

Some of my favorite stores here - Nordstrom Rack, Ross, and Target. They also have a Chick-fil-A as well. It's not covered like a traditional Mall so not the best for inclement weather.

  • Unique

One of my favorite stores!!! always have something for me to buy no matter what I go in there for one thing come out with a lot my favorite store for household goods as well

  • Missy D

Convenient location. Lots of parking. Variety of stores for men, women, children and home. Shop till you drop then hit the American Deli for something delicious.

  • Phia

the mist busiest store I've been in, visited wrong day wrong time. hangers, trash all over the floor, kids running around. not my type of shopping atmosphere.

  • Faith Love

Love Ross, being on disability, stores like these cater to me;) especially when you find name brands SOOOOO cheap;), customer service is why it's only 4*s

  • Serena Craig

+ I love the merchandise at this Ross! - They are currently understaff and the lines make you feel as if you're at an College Football playoff game.

  • Charles Sanders

It's hard to get excited about a strip mall, but this one gets an 'above average' rating because of the variety of stores and how clean it's kept.

  • Siju KJ

Spacious and clean shopping center, with multiple shops located in a very convenient location. This mall is located opposite to Tyvola Station.

  • GOMAB TEES

Stores crowded with less workers. Cars just pulling out in front of other drivers or parking in the lanes not designated for parking.

  • Keylin Maiz

I have visited better ross stores, this one in particular seems a little empty every time I go and I rarely get what I need

  • Mary McKnight

Ross always has an extremely long li e and 1 register open. not my favorite Ross at all …

  • Hardik Gajera

Loves some of the items in shop as they were really good in quality compared to their price.

  • Brent May

Has decent places to go to eat and shop would recommend for business not so much vacation.

  • Cedric B

I'm not a fan of Ross irregular clothes but everything else in the square is nice

  • Melissa Rider

Store was clean. Employees were friendly. Found a few things for my mom and I.

  • CJ M

This place is a mess and is in shambles. I walked in.....and right back out.

  • Zycaria Hough

I bought some small items. Enjoyed the bustling atmosphere per usual.
