Both the Shampoo and fragrance smells like death. It cost over $100 and growing to get the odor out. Started with the shampoo, after a minute of using it on the passenger seat it was obvious there was something wrong and realized the chemicals smelled rotten. Tried to hopefully cover it a bit with one of the fragrances and it was equally rotten. The odor was immediate from nozzle and not from old any potential old moisture in the car. Can only drive the car with the windows down and if it bakes with the windows up I have to let it air out for a while before I can re-enter. Today I finally was able to get it partly cleaned out with a full service interior detail which cost me ~$116. While the vacuums may work , there doesn't appear to be any maintenance on the fragrances or shampoos. Using them may make you unable to be in your car for more than a few seconds..

I usually go to the U Wash carwash near my house (off Donelson Pike and Emery) in Donelson about 2-3 times per month. In the past month, I noticed that the "drive ahead" instruction was not working on the "no touch" auto car wash (the second one), but since I was familiar with the place, I knew when to drive forward and the car wash still worked. I went back today, and in addition to the instructions ("drive forward") still not working, there was virtually no soap delivered in the first cycle (or any other cycle)! So, even with the power rinse, no dirt came off my car at all! I took my chamois to dry it off and all I was doing was removing a thick film of dirt from my car, while brown drops of water were rolling down everywhere. I tried to call the management, but the phone number they have listed online is a fax machine!

Went through the soft touch machine and paid for a premium wash. It got my car wet then applied soap and turned off and kept telling me to exit. So after a couple minutes I did. Then I went over to touch less so I could get the soap off my car and had to get it rinsed off which doesn’t come with a dry. Overall bad experience.

I wish I could post a better review. Honestly the car wash itself is one of my favorites. Unfortunately there always seems to be a bunch of unsavory characters hanging around. Homeless people I guess. My Son and I watched as they went around checking the machines for change. Wish it felt safer but that just isn't the case.

I have been to this car wash several times was always happy with the service. But yesterday went through the car wash and it didn't get my car clean at all. Didn't seem like it was timed right either. Pay for the $9 and it was just awful. Not such I'll be back. Please look at and service the touch less stalls.

I use to go the car wash all the time and loved it but not now the new owners care more about profit and not customer experience. It stays dirty and hoses on the nozzle leak bad. I could remember seeing the old owner out there cleaning up the place and interacting with customers not now its gone dwn. Hill

Its a good car wash I use the automated wash all the time. Its the only reason I still give 2 stars. I used the manual wash today it says 5 dollars for 10 minutes it charged my card 10 dollars for 10 minutes. I tried calling and the number and it has been disconnected. Thats why it lost 3 stars.

I'm usually wash my SUV by hand but I was in a rush and needed to wash my Escalade fast so I went to U Wash. I was nervous thinking it was going to scratched my paint or damage something but no it really cleaned it good I was shocked but I'm still a hand wash guy lol... …

This place only costs $5 for a basic wash but doesn't even really do that. I basically had to hand wash my car when I got it home and they charge $1.00 for vacuuming which is a complete rip off. Won't be going back that's for sure.

Experienced both the drive-thru and the manual wash stations. Their brushes are soft and super foamy! This is a great place to wash your car, at a good price, if you don't require a vacuum or a detailed clean.

It's decent. I used the touch free and it did a decent job. However the vending machine took 50 cents from me. Not that it will break me. Point being I didn't get something I paid for.

It was an awesome car wash. The wash well done for a reasonable price. The process was very fast. It also has a voice guided, so it can guide you to enter and exit the wash perfectly!

Just wanted to give my truck a quick was. The low pressure pre wash worked fine, but brush was broke and soap did not come out of wand. Place was dirty and a lot of broken fixtures.

The vacuums do not have very much power to them so I struggled to get my car vacuumed. Tried the shampoo attachment and it was a bust as well. Did not use the car wash.

I love this car wash. My car always comes out buffed and beautiful. And there is no one there trying to upsell me on a monthly car wash plan, which is a definite plus.

This carwash offers high pressure sprayers for self service & automatic soft-touch and no-touch washers. The self-service bays are tall enough for a school bus.

Beware. Paid for the wash and it did nothing. Told me to drive ahead and stop. Then it shut down. It was the automatic car wash on the right side. Frustrating.

It's always clean here. I see the owner/mngr here often tweaking and working on things. They keep this place in great working order. Love the location too.

By far the worst car wash in the area. The facilities are broken down and the auto wash doesn’t even get your car clean. Over priced and a poor value.

The dryer cut off after 15 seconds leaving my car wet and now drying in the sun leaving it covered in water spots. $12 down the drain.

Automatic wash: no brushes, dryers are only on top ( doesn't get sides) and even that is terrible, still dirty. Don't recommend

The soft touch wash is pretty cool, I just don't know how clean your car is at the end. Personally I like to hand wash my car.

I usually wash my car at the DIY car wash. Pretty good service, and you can do the full carwash in about 30-45 mins.

Nice friendly car wash ... Only complaint is. The spayer eat you money tooooo fast 5mins is more like 2mins
