I'm still very disappointed this ATM got removed last year, since to me it was the most reliable one to use during after hours times near downtown. Nowadays I'd say the honor of the most reliable US Bank ATM nearby for after hours times, is at 801 N. Clark(which both has an inside ATM and a drive thru ATM). If someone at US Bank reads these reviews, can someone PLEASE make sure the card readers for the ATM at 209 S. LaSalle(Rookery Building), and 25 E. Washington are working? Thanks.
This ATM got removed, and it was literally the only US bank ATM that would work consistently downtown. Idk why they would get rid of the only US bank that actually runs correctly and can help the customers.
