We have come here since the first day it was open to the public. For the first few months it was amazing !! Today, April 3, 2023, this place has gone down hill. Nothing works anymore , everything is broken , and the worst part is the discrimination this place enables and encourages their employees to act out on handicap children. If you have also been discriminated against here due to a disability I highly advise contacting the justice department. We will never come back here again and management especially enables the discrimination into handicap children. Employee Vince especially should not be working around humans , including but not limited to children, and any human with a disability. Vince and management insist on a hostile discriminating environment while you visit here. Stay away if your child is special needs. You do not want this place, a place that is supposed to be fun, to traumatize your special needs child the way this place intentionally and consciously traumatized mine. They also got rid of their amazing employees like Ms Tina who was a god send for children !! She was a huge part of why we drove 40 minutes one way to come here. Instead they swapped people like her for employees who openly display their hatred onto children as well as discriminate against their disabilities which are out of the child’s control.

Cancelled our membership after a year and a half . We had the old membership where you paid for one kid and could bring a guest. They told us we were grandfathered in the new system before the new rates came out . Took my kids there 11/19/2023, no issues getting them BOTH IN . Today , the manager told us they will no longer honor that and made us pay. His response “I’ve been the manager for 3 months, that should’ve been changed” not a heads up, or hey “next time” . He was rude and not helpful at all. We take our kids there at least twice a week. Looks like we’re going to Kids Empire when they open across the street

First off, I want to give a huge Thank you to Ms.Kiki what a blessing she is. When we walk in she was always smiles n just dancing away while dancing she ask if we needed help and etc. She was a big help she kept my grandchildren laughing which is hard for people to do with these kids. She took the time out to help me with the children. What caught me eye is I seen her the whole 2 hours just jamming,cleaning and making sure everything is good when we was leaving she greeted us out n gave us free passes we hope to see more of her. I really hope her management sees the great in her

Fun family place. So many activities for kids. Kids can enjoy up to 2 hrs with single ticket. 2 types of tickets for 90 minutes and 120 minutes. Special birthday packages are also available. Proper safety for each activity. Team members are helpful and quick for any help. No issue of parking. Well connected with the highway and city both. We had a good time there. Weekend tickets are 2$ extra as compare to weekday tickets. We got extra discount because we purchased it from Groupon so before booking ticket please do check Groupon. Washrooms are clean.

I was always skeptical of these kind of places but not only are they on top of sanitizing, the staff is incredibly welcoming. We come on weekdays, and it has been cool for our toddler to make friends. Everyone is amazing, but id like to highlight Miss Akila “Kiki” as a tired mom that comes here to entertain our baby she has changed our life! Truly, her kindness willingness to play with all the kids is refreshing and extremely helpful. She is so amazing, kids fight over her! LOL So grateful for the staff, check them out!

Have to add my review against Kiki as well. While other older kids were playing in the toddler area, but my kid was targeted. I hate to play the race card here, but we were the minority and it sure seemed like a targeted attack because my kid was white but the other older kids were dark skinned with their parents around. Kiki would not leave or stop yelling until just my kid was out. Other Uptown Jungles are not uptight or discriminatory. Bad energy and bad vibes at this location.

Very fun place for 2 to 13 year olds! Will be returning... only 2 things to be aware of: 1) they do not accept the Uptown jungle family membership from other locations 2) almost no rule enforcement, saw kids overstying their allotted wristband session or wearing shoes or drinking and eating on the mats...might have just been a busy weekend with few employees

I've been waiting for a place like this to open up close to home! Took my kids there for the first time today and I'm beyond impressed with the entire experience. The kids had a total blast! The place is clean and well kept! The staff is the hidden gem of this place. They were all so nice and interactive with the children. My kids talked about the young gentleman, who checked us in this afternoon, all the way until bedtime. Thanks for an amazing experience!

This location is very focused toward the children. They have a lot of areas to play and adventure. On the other hand the sitting areas for the parents so low grade. At some of the other locations they have a separate room with actual couch’s and TVs. This location does not have that. If you are a parent willing to play this is the best uptown jungle but if you plan on being on your phone or I pad expect minimal lounging. Best location for a birthday party.

At our first visit, there were kids much older than 5 years coming in and out of the 5years and younger section, and no staff intervention. Older kids running very fast amongst toddlers was very concerning for us. It's a shame because it seems like it could be a nice place. We did report the observations, but we're unsure if the staff escalated appropriately.

My son and I have been going to Uptown Jungle since 2018 so with that being said we have been to several locations. The Laveen location by far is our favorite location and Kiki makes it that much better! She’s so patience and welcoming with my autistic son. He always looks forward to seeing her every time. That’s a win in my book!

Someone told on my kids in the toddler area when i went to the bathroom I told my kids to watch my 4 year old for I can go to the bathroom and someone went to the worker and they made an announcement for them to leave!! Also when i left them there was only 3 toddlers but they were upstairs and my kids weren't near them. In rush fun park they allow older kids in the toddler area!! Rush park is better!!!

Our kids had so much fun! So many entertaining obstacles, air basketball, rock climbing & slides. You can even have a birthday party here. The kids 5years and under have their own safe play area. I saw many sanitizer stations throughout the facility and a worker spraying down equipment. F.Y.I waivers are required(5min digital forms) & grippy socks are required($5each)I think you can bring your own?

This is a new location! It is clean and a great size. There is a toddler area that is gated off for the smaller kids. There are SO many areas for climbing and sliding. My daughter had a blast here! They have Tot time from when they open until noon. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase. Memberships are available at $20 monthly I believe. Great option for indoor fun during the summer months!

We are members here and it is the best thing for my young kids. The facilities are awesome. We have been to a few around the valley, and the Laveen Location is the best we have been to. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful. Team member Kwas is super awesome and friendly, and he is a great asset to the Laveen Uptown Jungle team. We love it here.

Took my kids here Saturday and they had a great time. The staff was extremely nice. There was a gentleman and I wish I got his name that played with kids. He ran around with them and let them hit him with the gator balls. Tina had us laughing the whole time we were there. She answered the questions we had and made sure the kids were safe while playing.

We had an amazing time. The employees here (Laveen location) are awesome! The employees were walking around cleaning the areas constantly, which I thought was good. Heaven was the most helpful and kind employee and really helped us. Thank you Heaven and I hope someone important sees this review and acknowledges your efforts there. THANKS!

Took 3 kids under the age of 6 and they had a blast. This place was cute clean and FUN for them. It's definitely worth the pice. And they have party rooms in the back. Book a party here for kids under 8 years old. Totally worth it.

I bring my kids to tot time and there is 2 staff member that they love not like, love and that is ms Heaven and Ms Tina I honestly think if they left that employment my 2 boys wouldn't want to come back. Keep up the good work ladies see u on Monday. They should be recognized for their greatness just my opinion.

So much fun, and with a Groupon it is extremely affordable! We came right before closing and it was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here if your kids need to run off some energy, and explore. This beats going to the park when it is hot or cold out as well!

Love that they built one here in Laveen! It's a little smaller than others but it was fun! Staff is very nice. This location doesn't have the lounging area like others for adults, but my daughter loved it! We will go back for sure! Go early, because it gets packed later in the afternoon.

I have a membership here but I had not came since the summer break. The baby section for 5 and under is totally destroyed. Secure door is broken, there is a wood palette on the top section, thing missing. Not safe for Littles and maybe not even safe for big kids.

Purchased our tickets on Groupon. You can have parties here. I saw someone with a cake and cupcakes. They sell snacks and drinks. For the adults, they have massage chairs, $2 will give you a nice amount of time. The chair felt great.

Ummm... YES!!! This place is amazing! The kids have been to uptown jungle in the past with good experiences. But this location is brand-new, and it's huge!!! The kids are super excited, five stars all the way :-)

Definitely one of the cleanest uptown jungle parks, the manager always has it together smelling great. Taija? Is always keeping up with the park and the appearance when you walk in is definitely very welcoming.

I loved it! It is very family friendly and it has many obstacles. There's rock climbing, ball pit, and some trampoline parts of the obstacles. There are also toddler areas so you can keep watch on your kid.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I walked in and was given dirty looks. Some worker even asked if I was ok and that I “looked lost”. Never bringing my child here.

Kids love it. But the sitting for adults is not comfortable at all. I went to the one in chandler and the one in mesa and those have adult lounges with comfortable seating.

By far the best indoor adventure place for kids. They really get their wiggles and energy out in 2 hours. Get them tired, feed them, shower and off to a good night sleep.

I take my 2yr old and we play in toddler section the staff a great at keeping the older kids out of that area so the little ones can roam with being knocked over

My family loved it here! We went over the weekend and It was very clean also the employees working there that day were amazing! Will definitely be going back

I'm pretty sure it's illegal to sell more tickets than what the building's maximum capacity is. They are offering exactly that for every half hour.
