I would give these guys 0 stars because they don't have business ethics. They don't care about their customer time at all. I came through their website, saw their business timing on Friday open until 9pm. So, I called them five times and left messages to call back as I was in a need to go to a salon urgently. I saw the timing says open on Google so I was calling to confirm but no one responded and then finally I decided to go and guess what, on the door it says open but all the lights off and there was noone so basically it was closed, I drove for 20 minutes to reach to this place and all for nothing, wasted my time as well just because businesses like this one don't really care. They close whenever they like, without updating their information online or even at the door once they are satisfied from the earnings they make for the day and they think their business is super hit from referrals. I would suggest taking your business information down from world of internet if you can't keep up and don't care. I would never go to this place again and would not recommend anyone going without confirming if they would be there. God knows how the services are!!

After having experienced multiple let downs with a reputable (or so I thought) hair extension salon, I was referred to go to Unique Beauty Salon and I'm absolutely glad that I did. Marija was friendly, very knowledgeable and made the whole experience absolutely delightful. She did such a great job! She blended the hair extensions to my natural hair so well, that you wouldn't even know that I had hair extensions installed. I received so many compliments from family, friends and co-workers alike. A couple of weeks ago I went back to have my roots touched up and the hair extensions removed. After analyzing the hair extensions, Marija advised that I don't need to remove them yet if I don't want to, and could probably get another month of use out of them. I agreed, so we ended up touching up my roots and trimming the hair to refresh it. I appreciate Marija's honesty and would recommend her to anyone. The hair still looks great! Thanks Marija!!!

I went to Unique Beauty Salon for a facial recently. It was great. I strongly recommend them. I was blown away by how beautiful this place is- from the cascading waterfalls, to the aesthetically pleasing interior decor, to the warm treatment by staff. I felt like I was at a boutique spa in Yorkville. After I was served three cups of the best tasting coffee ever, I was ushered in to the room by Sang who gave me my best facial ever. She was so caring, kept asking me how I was feeling, and explaining how to take care of my face after treatment. I’m acne prone with oily skin and large pores. After my treatment with Sang, my skin felt so smooth and now I can see that my pores appear smaller a couple of days after my treatment. Unique Beauty Salon has figured out the art of care. They have great experts and use excellent products on your skin. This is why I will go back for more service. I strongly recommend Unique Beauty Salon.

Extremely trash customer service. People don’t even know how to talk. I would not recommend to visit this place. I would never go back. Save your money and go somewhere else. Replying to owner’s comments: I purchased coupon from Groupon and called to take service, however they said booked until Dec, 2022. So if you’re fully booked, why are you still selling coupons on Groupon??? Because no matter when I call, you’re always booked! If you don’t need business then you should not sell coupons. Thanks. Please don’t rip off money from customers who are looking forward to get services and then you don’t give appointments. I hope that you understand. Thanks.

I would never ever use this salon again if you paid me! I don’t usually write reviews but I had to! that hairdresser MARIA is so unprofessional , always mad or on the phone speaking her polish language, and breaks for smokes every chance she gets.She will cut u off if u don’t like the work she’s done, instead of trying to help u fix it. Please do not go to this salon. You’ll have an unpleasant experience. I asked for blonde highlights and she turned them white and tried to convince me it’s what I wanted. So mean and rough. Mariya is a true Dr.! She has performed miracles on my hair multiple times. I have been coming to her for over 8 years. My family members have been coming to her for many years as well. Since covid I was worried about leaving my house. I waited several months with platinum hair and horrible black roots before leaving my house to see Mariya and ask for another miracle. I walked in and Mariya has every safety precautions in order to keep a safe environment. I felt nothing but at ease while I was there and left feeling like a million dollars even if I was headed just back to my house.

Was given a groupon for this location from my Mother....left a message to set up an appointments and never received a call back. Tried calling several more times with no answer. The groupon is now expired and useless. Waste of money and a terrible impression. *update*: below you respond both that I called the wrong number and that I did not leave a message. I certainly did. I left a message at the number on the voucher, it should not be the responsibility of a customer to chase a vendor. No further response required. Disappointing.

From the moment I walked in, Mariya was cracking jokes. After you've gotten your free ab workout from laughing, have a look at her past eyebrow work displayed on the digital picture frame by the couch. Even if you come in with your instagram ideas of what will work (I didn't do that or anything....) Mariya makes it realistic by mapping your bone structure. I've never had better brows. I was literally stunned. Getting an appointment here is hard for the all the right reasons and really worth the wait.

Always love coming here to get my eyelash extensions done. I'm always extremely happy and thrilled when they're done, as they're always finished so precisely and beautifully. I recommend Unique Beauty Salon to everyone, even my sister was thrilled with her lashes when I brought her. Got eyebrow micro needling done here. The beautician uses a very fine needle rather than a blade, there was hardly any trauma to my skin at all! The salon isn't super fancy or anything, but is very clean and well organized and staff are very professional. She did a really great job, took her time and took time to explain the procedure and after care very clearly. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for some quality eyebrow enhancement!

I recently had microblading done at Unique Beauty Salon and I received great service. Mariya, who I believe is the owner, re-did my brows beautifully after another artist had done a horrible job. I know it was hard to work with what was already there but she made them look so much better than they did before. She was honest, funny and gave positive advice. I would def recommend for microblading services.

I got my hair highlighted and fixed by Kaity and she did a beautiful job! Kathy is very nice and welcoming, she’s an excellent hairstylist as she listens to what you want and executes it perfectly! The inside of the salon is beautiful and the other workers are just as kind! Will be coming back here for future hair appointments as well as their other services!!!

Pathetic service! Worst experience! Beware before purchasing a groupon for this location! They book appointments over the phone and confirm verbally. And at the time of actual appointment they simply cancel! They donot answer phone calls as well. Lady at the reception Michelle needs to be trained on how to manage customers. I have been going to Mariya since before she even opened Unique Beauty salon. She is a hard worker who is so talented at what she does! Marius has helped me for years to feel confident in area where I was feeling insecure. She is also honest and will tell you what is best for you, and I appreciate that in a stylist!! She’s the best!

I saw Ana, I had really damaged hair from years of getting relaxers. She did a Keratin Treatment for me and I was blown away with the time and attention she gave to explain the process and after care was impeccable. I honestly never had my hair feel as nice as it did after I left. I highly recommend her!!

The negative review is for the owner of this salon. I purchased a Groupon to try this salon as it’s local to me. I tried to book online and there was zero availability. Zero! When I went in store they made it difficult to actually book an appt. When I finally booked one, they called and canceled it.

Great microblading experience. The salon is very clean and well organized. The practitioner is extremely efficient and knows exactly what will look good on your face. She uses a needle rather then a blade as it heals faster and is less painful. I am very happy with the results.

I’ve been coming here for months now, getting 3D Volume Lash Extensions and Mariya does an amazing job. She is super kind, personable and professional and my lashes are always the perfect length and shape. I love them more and more each time. 10/10 recommend coming here.

Recently got my hair done here and Nataliia was phenomenal, she was sweet and so incredibly gentle, her hair wash was so thorough, don’t think I’ve ever felt my hair so clean after leaving a salon! The rest of the girls are super friendly and attentive!
