Wow this may come as a shock but I had the best experience that I have ever had at a post office. Now what contributed to this is that the was nobody there. I was looking to get collectors stamps and the person helping me brought over a binder of everything that had. She went through everything they had, made sure she had the right count of what I wanted and was extremely friendly. She even told me to check back because they get new collections every month. Loved this experience!

I went to cash a money order but it's funny that post office didn't have $250 in cash. I would understand if they didn't have $2000 but $250. Ding ding dong dong!!! The lady helped me was courteous and advised me to deposit in my bank account and she didn't want me to come back again becuase the post office mostly out of cash (specially in the mid of the month). I gave 4 stars because the employee acted courteously.

Refused service by clerk to purchase return receipt for important mail to a federal agency. Would not assist me. Short Asian woman who was absolutely rude and curt. Started arguing that it cannot be done unless I put it in another envelope. Ive mailed documents in standard size envelope to this address with return receipt. Horrible service will not return.

Nice clean location with lots of space, self-service, drop-off bins, and different kinds of packages for self service. Also there are security lockers available. Location is convenient. Didn't talk to staff though, cannot tell on this experience.

Any other package service you take a return QR code for label print and they see if there the item and seal the package. Not here. Was told my only option was to purchase tape at a ludicrous price…. What?

Well, despite the major funding of billions of dollars to USPS, we’re down to a single window opened during prime time. Avoid this branch if you can’t afford to wait for a single-worker setup.

Usually friendly & helpful staff. Due to staffing issues in every industry this place may cause early. Electric gate came down 4:45pm. Closed early so plan accordingly.

The worst place to send packages. The staff was very unfriendly and had me buy tape for attaching a label. Won't every visit here again

Probably the less busy USPS store in SF and the Bay Area. Friendly staff! All packages appear to be delivered faster than expected.

Extremely rude service. Incompetent staff. Mean and nasty looks when entering this place.
