I couldn't find the ZERO star to give them. I recently had passport application apt with this location their behavior with us was the worst how these people can be rude to the customer? do they actually have supervisor or someone watch them ?? the two old lady and the middle age man with beard . I wish them get their retirement soon.
Obnoxious place. Rented a PO box for almost $300/year. Literally...LITERALLY 90% of my mail is misdelivered elsewhere and then arrives open, stapled, and marked misdelivered, a week later. I filed a complaint and now my mail is being returned to sender. Corrupt employees stealing their salaries!
Horrible service. Especially one older white woman who works there. Employees evidently think part of their job description is being as combative and argumentative as possible, while delivering lectures on made up magical USPS rules about how my package violated sacred postal service rules.
The worst experience I’ve been through. As for fingerprinting, there is no info on their website that they start service at 10am. I drove their in vain. And I don’t know whoever pays them doesn’t require their staff update their open hour correctly. They’re also so rude!!! …
Avoid at all costs. There is no one capable of giving you good service here, either you’ll get someone who has no idea what they’re doing, or someone who acts like you just spit in their coffee, and you’ll most likely be leaving without whatever you came to do being finished.
I've been selling on eBay for over 15 years and have never lost a package but this post office has managed to lose 2 packages in the last 3 months. Do yourself a favor and go to another post office, it's not worth the headache and risk of losing your package.
Would recommend avoiding this location for FBI fingerprinting. I was distressed by the poor service from Rhonda and the blatant inaccuracy of their process. I hope the office considers recommendations for retraining employees in this particular process.

We scheduled an appointment for our daughter to get a passport. We showed up 10 minutes before as requested by the USPS. I waited in line and let the staff know. Rhonda said "sit over there and wait, we'll call you."

I’ve always had success going in off hours to mail packages or get money orders. Nice people and prompt service. No experience with a PO Box there, but the other transactions I’ve made have always been good.

Have no idea of my packages location. Multiple times. Several calls and visits. Would have been faster and cheaper to just take the flights and pick and pick up.
If I could give this place a 0 star I would. If you can have your package picked up with the usps app. Do it. Going in person will make you rip your scalp out.
Let me preface this by saying that I never write reviews, but my experience was so horrible I just had to.
They never delivered my greencard, 80% chance I might get a new one within 18 months. Thanks USPS.
