I have received the worst service ever at this location by an employee named Lanita ! She was extremely rude from the moment I walked I in , not even looking in my direction and just rolling her eyes . This location closes at 6:30 and I was
Old (African American) lady working there is slower than molasses. Worst attitude ever. Very rude. She obviously has been there forever. I have been in the area for about 12 years and she's still there. I certainly hope she's thinking about
Sooooo tired of this post office. 2 women run the counter...usually only 1 at a time. 1 of the 2 is the rudest customer service employee I've ever dealt with and I DREAD having to deal with her. Then today a "back in 1hr" sign is posted and
This is great! I've never been belittled before for by a USPS employee for forgetting to put a return address. Thankfully, this location was happy to oblige. Even a hillbilly standing in line joined in on the fun! Shows me for being such a
I love this post office. I make a point to visit right before school pickup since it is conveniently located next to North Park Elementary. The two women who work the counter are always very friendly and kind. They say hello to my baby and
I was told by a staff member at the post office on Ashland that the location on Montrose would have my package, I asked the lady at the counter and she immediately snapped on me and said “we only have two employees what makes you think we
The stout African American woman who works there with glasses is very very unfriendly. She always has a chip on her shoulder. Never never helpful. U better know what u want otherwise this person will not help you even though it is Her job
I've lived in the neighborhood since 2007 and have been in this post office many times, and just as many people are expressing the staff is rude and the environment is very off-putting. The vibe is negative and there's one older woman in
The older African American woman at the counter really seems like she hates her job and hates people in general. Any other post office puts tape on my package so its more secure. I asked her to tape my package and she said no that's not
I mail items weekly. Never include a return address due to personal safety reasons. Old African American lady (who’s mailed items for me before) - I believe her name tag said “Chaundra”, refused to mail my envelope if I didn’t write a
I've never had a problem at this location. In fact they have always been cheerful and helpful. Please do not close this location. I live in the senior apartments on Winchester, and it's a good walk for me and others in this building.
Just went today and the lady went far above and beyond in helping me get something packaged for shipment. Very grateful. The lady there was very nice, greeting everyone, and helping. Just a very nice person. Please promote her!
Very negative atmosphere. Did not feel welcome, couldn’t spark even a common conversation. It was just a “yeah” and felt really awkward. Needs new staff. Not going to say they’re racist but really wouldn’t surprise me. …
Mostly I've had very rude, indifferent women trying to help me at the desk. One or two over the years have been nice. This place needs a whole overhaul of personal. The second star is only bc the location is convenient.
Toni is the best there is. Always pleasant to work with, and even though sometimes it's only her receiving items, she ALWAYS has a positive outlook and is willing to help. Really appreciate her and this location.
The older African American woman is very rude. It is clear that she hates her job and dislikes people in general. She offers no help and will not even greet you. She should not work in customer service!!
Went to this location after finding my local USPS at Ashland and Wellington closed. No parking lot here but there’s free parking on Seeley. The line moved fast and the 1 employee working was very kind.
There was only one person ahead of me in line and only one lady at the counter. She was incredibly nice. Much nicer than other post offices. It was quick and seamless. Paid parking on the street.
There was a horrible woman who was rude beyond belief, however she died and the people who work there now are lovely! This office is very understaffed for the volume of customers they serve!
This is my go to Post Office for in person stamp purchases and mail drop off. The worker I've encountered is nice and knowledgeable. It's a small location (so don't expect lots of workers!)
i had a really great experience here opening a PO Box. i was slightly hesitant based on the negative reviews so i just want to add my positive experience in case anyone is on the fence.
Had very very good service today. Friendly lady...wish I got her name. Fast, patient, thorough and efficient. And it is holiday time!!! She serviced me last year too. She's a keeper!
Extremely rude woman running the place. I have been going in there for a long time and she is never the least bit friendly. She is also very unkempt and dirty looking.
Very kind staff. I get a lot of mail/packages sent here. The ladies working here are always willing to go the extra step to help me get my stuff.
Seriously enjoyable time here. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I left feeling happier and… is that possible when leaving the post office?!
Do not believe the closing times posted or listed here. Usually I love and appreciate living near this tiny post office (thus two stars,
Convenient location. My PO Box is here. Small facility with limited # of employees, compared to others. But, great service nonetheless.
My experience mailing a package here was quick and easy! Just a reminder that they go on lunch break and are closed from 1pm-2:30pm!
Toni is the best. She's so nice and patient, but keeps the line moving at the same time.
The people who work the desk are very nice and helpful. Always a pleasant experience.
