I arrived 2 minutes before close, not realizing I had to print something to make my return, and she directed me to a place around the corner where I could print my document and stayed open an extra few minutes so I could make sure my purchase was returned on time. Went to this post office twice today during working hours (a weekday when their hours are 11-4). Both times the door was locked and there's no sign to indicate that they aren't open. I understand that sometimes someone calls in sick, but it doesn't take a great deal of time or effort to put up a sign to that effect.
