Very unreliable service. I requested for redelivery but they never redeliver my package that it was sent back all the way to Australia. Staff were very unhelpful. They just said "oops sorry we made a mistake but can't do anything about it"

I get my mail between 9am and 8pm kind of hard get people to look for packages and they don’t no what a bell is my medicine can be. In the sun all day. This info must not go to the post office as NOTHING has changed 123120

Almaden post office is the best! I had a missing package and the 'Post Master' found it and personally brought it to my house. It does not get better than that. Thank you all at Almaden post office 95120 Almaden

This location has great staff. There is usually a line but they get through it effectively. I like that they kept at least one drive through-drop off box.

They seem to have lost a $200+ dollar package, and our mail never comes before 6pm, usually closer to 8.

staffs are ok and they are working and help you very quickly, not busy
