"The customer service at this location could be better but it's not the worse that I've encountered at a USPS post office"
"it is july 8 1132 am i came to the post office there is 2 ladys at the counter"
"I go here when I want to appreciate just truly amazing anywhere outside of these doors can be"
"Disappointing staff - the entire time I was inside the woman was on the phone for a personal call talking about her son in jail and then making homophobic statements about “gays”"
"And you think usps in the north better? Nope"
The customer service at this location could be better but it's not the worse that I've encountered at a USPS post office. This location has convenient operating hours, closing at 7pm on weekdays and at 3pm on Saturdays. That is why, when I'm in the area, I visit to send out packages or utilize other services.
it is july 8 1132 am i came to the post office there is 2 ladys at the counter. there is line 1 lady is playing on her personal phone laughing and were waiting for service. i dont know how people get paid to play on there phone manger please look at your cameras and do something about this its infair
I go here when I want to appreciate just truly amazing anywhere outside of these doors can be. Inside the doors is the closest resemblance of what I imagine a biblical hell to be. Don’t come on a weekend between 1:15 - 2:30. That’s when they take a lunch. Before the my close at 2:55. What a dump.
Disappointing staff - the entire time I was inside the woman was on the phone for a personal call talking about her son in jail and then making homophobic statements about “gays”. It was really uncomfortable and inappropriate and if you can avoid this location I would.
And you think usps in the north better? Nope. Trying to drop off a return package with a paid label and asking me to pay postage!! After telling me to write this and that on the package which I never had to do with this type of labels. It’s just a return label! PAID!
Never in the 6 times I've changed my address has the post office ever made it this big of a hassle. Made me come back 4 times to get it done with different directions each time. Unclear, rude, and do not want to help people. Absolutely infuriating.
Lucille is one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered here. The other two employees actually know what they are doing and are able to address issues before they arise. Lucille was exceedingly rude when handling us and made it seem as
Workers are great - straightforward so they might come off rude to others, but they know their stuff and offer quick help. They deserve more assistance as it gets busy due to the prime location. Building itself is small which explains lines
I’ve never had a worse experience at a USPS. Lucille was the customer associate and she was extremely combative. She refused to help us because our labeling on our packages was not good enough. I had similar labeling on other packages that
Even relative to other post offices this place is bad. Staff uninterested in helping, unclear signage (I challenge you to figure out where the package dropoff area is if you're not a regular), and once they even closed during regular hours
Lucille is the worst person in customer service. I need companion dogs and when she looked me with my dog, she yelled me and she took me out of the post office for being with him. I had nowhere to leave my dogs and I needed to buy my rent
I feel like I’ve never had that great of an experience here. The staff is pretty short and rude or not helpful but today was the worst. Confirmed they were open until 3 today, got there at 2 and they had locked the doors. One of the staff
This was my first time coming here (my initial thought was to go downtown , to the one on Dearborn street) I read the bad reviews before coming to this location . I had the hopes of a different experience . Unfortunately like most of the
About what you'd expect from USPS, although this location has gotten worse recently. It seems like they have an ongoing staff shortage that results in the store being closed randomly during hours they they're supposed to be open. On many
I send out boxes quite frequently and this is the worst post office I've been to in 2 states. The two times I've been here the line was out the door, only one of the 3 people behind the counter will assist customers. And somehow there's
At home I have a some old troll dolls, they are chewed up and crusty because Boomer my stinky old hound got ahold of them and left them in a terrible state. I mention this only to qualify that my collection of dirty trolls is infinitely
Postal worker was rude and unhelpful. She told me no post office in the US will manually process/stamp mail anymore. I was pretty certain that was not the case and when I asked more questions and explained my research, she rudely said,
there is a crusty lady that works at the front who will pick an argument with you over the items you are trying to ship out. amazes me how people like her have jobs in customer service. 0 stars if i could
Hardly ever a good experience. One person working the weekend before Christmas. They’re not equipped to serve the volume. Last summer they berated a woman until she ran out nearly in tears. Mail elsewhere
TAKE YOU MAIL ANYWHERE ELSE! This is the worst USPS there is. Lucille and Tasha are the laziest people to work here. They literally will tell u to go somewhere else to get things done. Not
Came here this week to mail several boxes of books to be shipped individually. The three employees were quick, nice, and incredibly helpful. Genuinely good experience at the post office.
They are opened when google maps says they will be, I’ve had different experiences with the location near DePaul. The staff are very friends and provide helpful customer service.
The clerk refused to print a receipt for me for my drop off shipment at the counter. Made me do the self service kiosk and then bring it back up to the desk. So useless.
-10 the people who work here are always nasty and rude. There’s a USPS on the west side on north ave that’s much better and the people are way more kind and respectful.
Employees at this location are incredibly rude. Every time I come they act as they are doing you a favor. Don’t try to come in at 6:58 pm. The door is closed.
The only time you should be in this location is if you are going to use the automated kiosk or are dropping off something pre-paid.
nobody was in the line and the lady attendant tells me to go to the kiosk! This is unbelievable!!!! There was a line in the kiosk!
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Every single time I go to this location, the employees have an attitude.
Service can be a bit rushed but it went alright. Be respectful, it's a hard job. Hear theor carrier got robbed recently! Awful.
Unfriendly and unhelpful. Make huge issues and raise problems with packages as if you were the Unabomber. Go anywhere else.
