I ordered 5 bouquets from this store and told them exactly what are my requirements and I even mentioned that I don't want the flowers in the vase cuz I have to carry them to the graduation ceremony and they guarantee that they will make it perfect.However，as I received the flowers，they were all in the vase and I had no time to rearrange. When I called them they said that each bouquet over 75$ can be wrapped like bouquet. Okay then again I ordered one bouquet over 75$，but it was still in a vase！As a result，they guarantee to refund 40$ overall，but I ordered over 500$ for the flowers！UGH！I'll never ever come to this store！

Family owned for 87 years! It is immediately apparent the minute they pick up the phone! Don't be fooled by florists who look like a mom-and-pop store but are really Teleflora type businesses. Olivia and Andy went out of their way to get my friend the flowers when she was in the hospital and did so within the last two hours of the day. The flowers are gorgeous and she loves them. I highly recommend this florist!!! I will never use another in the New York City area!! Thank you both so much!

OMG they completely delivered on my request. My NYU granddaughter was initiated into my sorority and I requested a dozen roses to be delivered the day following her initiation. University Floral was uncertain they could get the cream roses I requested. But they did! They did it! It was so meaningful for me. They went above and beyond to get the color I asked for. What a disappointment :( I trusted to place a $400 order by phone and I got basically what i could get a s supermarket. Since the order was placed by phone, i asked for a picture to approve the ‘arrangement’ before delivery. Picture was received after the delivery. Too late. I usually order online from FTD or 1800 flowers and the one time I suggest to go straight to the local flower shop was a total flop.

We are extremely happy with all the flowers Lisa and Andrey made for our wedding! Lush, modern, and elegant. Table centerpieces had a hint of mint mixed in with the flowers and the aroma was unbelievable. I am not very familiar with the varieties of flowers available, and Lisa was great to read my mind as she did just what I pictured in my imagination!

I had them do planters for my windows, and a dry arrangement. I’m extremely happy with both! They worked with me to choose plants in the color scheme I was looking for, and came up with something super beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, or work with them again! Check them out. They don’t exclusively do flowers.

A week ago, I was searching for an affordable and excellent flower shop near me. Thankfully, I found you offering what I needed. I was so happy when your staff made an incredible bouquet.
