I am one of their regular customers for more than two years, they are very friendly, thoughtful, and always welcoming people. The owner, especially, she is super kind and the other employees are awesome as well. Trust me, I would stop coming to their store IF they are impolite. Like someone already left their review previously, just ignore such malicious reviews. How simple is that!

Wonderful liquor store with a fantastic selection and great prices! Their customer service though is what sets them apart, everyone is so kind and inviting when you enter, plus they offer a reward program that is in my opinion, the best I've ever seen. I use it often. If you're in the area and looking for some liquor, beer or wine, UPTEN Wine & Spirits is my recommendation!

I just came from the store and I must say that the owners were very courteous, once I was allowed inside. I can totally understand the need for caution. They're can be some unruly people in the area. Other than that, it was a first time for me there and I will go again.

Terrible customer service the lady I called yesterday told me on the phone they had the exact thing I was looking I asked her to double check, because I was walking all the way there , and she assured there was . Went today and they didn’t have it. Very disappointed

Brand new and fully stocked liquor store with some of the nicest staff. Quick walk from my apartment building and always happy when I leave.

The seller, a woman with black hair behaves terribly, there is a feeling that she is being forced to work!
