Today I had a clean at Upwey Dental. The oral hygienist did an excellent job. However, the assistant was not attentive to what she did. The suction tube was sucking the tender part of my mouth under the tongue and also my lips were sucked several times. Today I am back home with much pain under my tongue which could have been totally avoided. I would like to go back again but definitely not with the same assistant. It is sad how a good outcome can have a negative impact because of somebody's negligence.
