Purchased a vehicle VW Amarok which we thought was a quality vehicle with no issues. After purchasing the vehicle, the plastic framing on the inside of the rear cab door had come off from the metal frame. Numerous cracks were observed. Obviously cracked prior to our purchase. Advised the sale rep who denied the issue being present prior to our purchase. He stated that it was most likely caused by us. The plastic moulding which had numerous cracks indicated that the cracks have been there for quite some time. Very disappointed in the dishonesty regarding this business as we expected an honest, trustworthy salesperson who was very courteous and helpful in selling us the vehicle but the opposite when we advised them to help rectify the issue. After informing them via email and text messages they ignored our concerns to have the door repaired at their cost or under warranty. Also the vehicle is leaking smoke exhaust from underneath the bonnet which we were not advised of. We were informed that the vehicle had no issues. I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this business as you cannot trust the words that come out of their mouths! We have incurred extra costs and stress in repairing the vehicle due to their dishonesty. I will be submitting a complaint to the ACCC.

Dodgy dodgy dodgy warraning to everyone is thinking about buying a car from these ppl , Well should of known once a scammer will always be a scammer no doubt , anyways i bought a hilux few days ago and yesturday i went to put a bullbar on it only to find the front rio so bent to a point its nearly hitting the aircon compressor so i started taking photos ans videos of the damage knowning the ppl i have bought this car of have a long history of ripping ppl off i had no doubt they will try and get out of it somehow , so i sent the photo to Tom asking him why the hell did he sell me a car that has a structural damage . His replay was my mechanic says its not part of road worthy ! Are you joking the tip of the chassis are bent along with the rio its 100% part of the rwc its called structural integrity of the vehicle you moron . Anyways Tom and his mechanic have said i could do whatever i wana do as they arent scared of department of main roads or legal action, which i intending to take . Be very carfull of these guys when buying a car the grandad (john Crowley) teaching the litte kids how to be dodgy . Crowleys at it again !

Spoke to John this morning about this specific car that had a motor rebuilt he said, asked few questions and he convinced me almost laughing saying I should trust him how good this car was! I decided to drive 100kms to pretty much buy the car, I made very clear to him I didn’t want to waste my time and petrol, I canceled my appointments for the morning and drove to Brisbane, when I got there I end up dealing with another person that told me that the car had a second hand motor fitted and the car I was talking to John about was already gone and John must got confused. He apologised to me and that’s me wasting more time around car dealers that know nothing about their cars. Nice blokes to talk to but c’mon know your stuff so you don’t waste people’s time.

I have deal with a lot of cars and car dealers over the past 15 years. I can't say my personal experience with them cos I will have to write a novel. This family operated yard it's one of the best. Not only car ways. The treat you like a family and the do the best of the knowledge to help you out with the new car. Even if the don't have to,, they will get out of the way and help. With all that what you get is.TRUST. RESPECT. HELP UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE. AND RESPECT. The very careful with the cars and I'll be sure get another one soon. I recommend this place to all. If there was 10 stars rating I'll give them extra 20. Thank you boys. Keep up the good work. !!!!!

Excellent dealership!!! I had a problem with my car 2 months after I purchased it, and remembering all the problems I had last time I went through a major dealership with a problem, I was dreading what I was going to be confronted with. But what a pleasant surprise. Tom couldn't do enough for me, gave me a loan car for the week while the part had to come in and kept me informed as to where things were at. Seriously, you will go a long way to find a more honest car dealer then these guys.
