I have been taking my rabbit Ruby here for the past 4 years. The people at this vet clinic are so understanding and kind. Ruby has been sick many times in the past. However, even when this vet clinic was fully booked they would find time to help her and bring her in. Ruby is also a very scared bunny. Because of that she kicks and scratches when she feels threatened. But they can handle her with ease and keep her from getting mishandled. I have been to many other vets but this one is the best. I have never once gone to this vet and not learned something in that visit. My rabbit is very keen and bringing her to the vet is often challenging. Most of the time she finds out we are taking her and hides. Due to her being stressed, I have had to cancel appointments many times. Whenever I call to cancel they are so sweet and understanding. They want me to make sure that both me and ruby are comfortable with taking her. They say they would rather have me cancel then her being super stressed. This vet has been nothing but great for the past 4 years. I would highly recommend!

My cats have been visiting this vet clinic pretty much since I got them. I have never felt so welcome and taken care of in my life. Makes me wish this was my doctor's office! The girls love my cats and always ask about them. I even received emails wondering if they were still fighting and whatnot. When I wanted to get one of my cats shaved, Shawna was more than willing to do it and they all said she was the best girl for the job. I was really nervous because he's very attached to me. Brenda went into the office early that morning so that I could drop my cat off after my night shift at around 7am. How thoughtful!! Dr.Meger will always try to get the best and most affordable care/services for your animal and I really appreciate that. I am so extremely happy with this clinic and always look forward to going in. The prices don't bother me because you get what you pay for! All of my animals will forever go here.

Pet owners beware!!!! They will hose you financially especially in your time of need! Wish I could give them a zero star ratting; They charged us nearly double when our geriatric dog needed to be put to sleep; for everything from the actual euthanasia $240 for a pet under 40lbs (other vets charge in the $100-150 range), to the communal crematory fee of +$140 (some vet it's free some charge up to $100) and right down to the paw print memorial for $140 (which usually costs between $80-100). I'm writing this review in hopes of saving some families out there in their time of grief. I hope this clinic realizes that they should not take advantage of the families they are suppose to be taking care of and caring for. Thank you social media for allowing the truth to be heard! I'm literally disgusted after talking to other vet clinics employees.

I highly recommend this veterinary clinic. We had recently moved to the area and needed to find a vet to look at our cat's swollen ankle. Dr. Morgantini took an x-ray and diagnosed the swelling as cancer. She spend the time going over our options. Since he was 16 years old, we chose no heroic measures. She was very understanding and did not push for more testing. After a month we could see a decline, so the decision was made to say good bye. Dr. Morgantini and her staff at VCA Whitemud Creek were excellent from our first visit and were very compassionate on our last visit. Their costs were very reasonable which was appreciated since we did not have pet insurance.

Great vet. Took my 5yr old tabby for yearly shots. Staff was very professional in that they took the time to calm down my cat (who is a monster when going to the vet) before administering the medication. The whole while we were there all my questions and concerns were addressed and my cat was treated wonderfully. The price of meds was about $10-$15 higher than I've paid at other vets, but the atmosphere created by the staff made it well worth it. Also, they didn't charge just to do an exam and were happy to give a free 4Lb bag of dental food to sample . Highly recommend this Vet!

I only just started coming here to bring my cats and I have always had a wonderful experience. Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Morgantini were all wonderful-- they were very polite and kind to myself and my cats. Every visit has been very quick and informative, with every staff member doing their best to help my cats and make things easier on my end as well. I love coming here and will absolutely continue to trust my animals in the care of these beautiful people.

we lost our elderly black Labrador retriever, 12.5 yrs old this team took care of him his entire life At the end Dr Morgantini was so kind and offered us all our options and Storm was well taken care of without pain Throughout his life both vets did a great job and the staff is excellent. A few years back we lost our elderly Golden and they also took care of him very well. My daughter has a new pup and will be taking her to this clinic for her lifetime

I can’t comment on the vets there as my cats go to a different clinic. They may be extraordinary veterinarians. It’s their prices! I had a prescription sent over from my regular vet as this clinic is much closer for pick up. 30 pills at my regular clinic - $42, same 30 pills at this clinic - $86. Um…no! Check around at other clinics, this is a huge rip off. I even had the girl check and she confirmed that’s what they charge.

My husband and I have been taking our Siant Bernards here for 8 years. We've always had excellent service here. Everyone is always so happy to see our pets and give them great attention and treat them like their own.We find the doctors incredibly knowledgeable, honest and thorough when discussing our pets and their care. We rarely have to wait to get in and see the doctor.

I have been taking my cat to Dr Meger and his team for over 10 years now. They have always been there for us no matter what. The team is professional and caring. I have been able to get in quick whenever I needed to. Costs are always explained up front with choices. An amazing place. Strong recommendation from us!

Incredible vet. I have went there with my 2 years old dog. The Vets treated me extremely well and where very kinda and truly loved what they are doing. Highly recommend anyone who wants to be treated well and their animal to be looked after with care. Highly recommend this Vet!
