Listen to me. The first time I went to this clinic was for a quality of life evaluation for my beloved dog of 11 years. I’d never had to make this kind of decision, and also didn’t want to put the burden the decision on a vet who had never met me or my dog. They never pressured me, got me in for a check up immediately, and when I finally broke down enough to just ask, “Do you think her symptoms are enough for me to be considering euthanasia?”, the vet gave me exactly what I needed by saying, “this is a perfectly reasonable time and stage for that to be a compassionate consideration”. That was so empowering, and I had zero regrets when I ultimately did choose that path for my sweet Kahili. They are upfront about the price, and get that out of the way early and swiftly so you don’t need to worry about it after you go through the process. They are delicate, Careful, and communicative about the process to ensure that you are consenting to every bit of it the exact way you need it to happen. Ive also taken my cats who got very sick all at once to them and they were diligent about reviewing their past medical records and offering alternatives to previous unsuccessful treatments. They all got better, and are thriving. Today I brought my hospice foster fail in for a euthanasia appointment. They have never seen her, and even though I knew it was her time, they wanted to do an evaluation to be sure they couldn’t offer any other solutions first. But they trusted my narrative and my sweet cat Rudy gave them a hard time with catheter placement, so the vet came and asked me if it was okay to sedate her so that she wasn’t stressed out in her last moments. Every freaking person on this team is considerate and professional, and I cannot recommend them enough. I straight up made cookies for them after they helped me say goodbye to my dog because as unpleasant of an experience that is, they made me feel so safe about it. These are special people who are in animal welfare for the right reasons. *edit, I’d also like to mention each of these scenarios were with different vets, and they were all just as sweet and knowledgeable as the other. Truly a humble, magical crew.

We are so thankful to the entire team at VCA for the amazing care they provided to our sweet cocker spaniel, Bravo. A few weeks ago, after being treated for what our vet thought was gastroenteritis, he mysteriously started losing weight. His appetite and energy were good, but we were concerned with how thin he was getting. A friend of ours recommended VCA Northwest Hills and we decided to bring him in for a check up. We are so glad we did! From the moment the veterinary assistant, Kylie, came out to greet us, we knew our little guy was in good hands. She and the rest of the care team were kind, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. They were also extremely proactive in diagnosing and treating our boy for what turned out to be a large mass on his spleen. As first-time pet parents, we had a lot of questions. The doctors and their staff did a wonderful job of addressing our concerns, talking us through treatment options, and communicating with us before, after, and even during Bravo’s surgery. After a smooth procedure, we were able to take Bravo home with us that same evening – not the norm, but he was doing so well that they decided to make an exception so that he could recover in the comfort and security of his own home. That personalized approach, coupled with the smart, caring staff really make this vet hospital stand out in our book. The bill also seemed quite reasonable for the services provided. Fortunately, Bravo’s pathology report came back clear and his recovery is going incredibly smoothly. He’s gradually gaining weight and is back to his loving, energetic self. We are so thankful our boy is feeling well again and couldn’t recommend this team and facility more!

Took my cat here in November. (They did not explain pricing to me.) I told them that my cat had a bump on his cheek, his ears were bothering him, and that he had diarrhea. He also got a shot for rabies. Spent 200 something. The doctor told me my cat was fine, to give him medicine for his diarrhea. I expressed that I wanted the bump removed. (They said not to take off the bump cause it could come back.) I got a call from the doctor later telling me that the fecal sample I left came back negative. My cat's ear has still been bothering him a lot, so I called today to see what they had on file for his ear issue. Come to find out, they never wrote down anything about my concerns with his ear or bump. Plus! The lady on the phone with me said that they fecal sample did come out positive for something! After calling and talking with someone at the VCA. I am expecting an email of the report to be sent to me. I am hopefully getting a call back from the doctor sometime today. Will update this after I get a response. All this to say, I am dishearted & a bit frustrated. I'm likely not coming back here. Update: Got a call back. I am not impressed and annoyed. They say that they check his ears, but I don't know. I got the notes, and again, there is nothing written about the ears or his bump. She says that they don't check the ear if it not bothering the cat. But I know it was! I know I told them to look at his ears cause he was constantly scratching and shaking his head. I don't trust these people. -I will be reaching out to the email given. But again not returning here.

It is obvious that this place is not well run. They are doing appointments curbside, but I told them that my car has weak A/C so they said they'd get me in the building. I arrive with my kitten, walk up to the door, and witness three people behind the counter inside doing nothing, prentending like I'm not standing outside. After a while, my kitten starts to get hot in the 95 degree sun because I would not be let in. I open the box to give him some water and only then does somebody come outside. NOT to greet me, but to tell me to close my kitten's box while we're outside, and she goes back inside before I can say a word. My kitten would not need to be outside of the box for air if he and I were just let inside. Finally, after ten to fifteen minutes of waiting and being on hold twice, a woman comes outside to finally welcome us, but instead of a warm welcome you would expect at a vet, she opens with "Can I help you?" in a stern and almost mocking voice, expecting me to not have an appointment and that I'm just attempting to walk inside. This place's planning and organization are terrible and only exacerbated by the pandemic. The only reason I'm giving two stars and not one is because they gave me important information regarding vaccines, which was helpful. I would not recommend this location.

Took my pup here for his first check up 1 week after we adopted him. Dr. Lauri was very professional, friendly, and had positive and encouraging things to say to us as new dog owners. The pup was due back several weeks later for his booster shots. We took him back to VCA and this time he was examined by Dr. Sarah. Over the course of 1 month and a half of training our new dog, we learned he had some aggressive tendencies towards other dogs. I figured, where could I find a better person to give me advice about dog behavior in addition to a recommendation for a trainer than my vet? I was sadly mistaken. Dr. Sarah rushed me in and out of my consultation, was condescending and rude, and told me "this dog isn't for you and you should consider bringing him back to the shelter" after I asked for advice on how to socialize my dog better and did not make a recommendation for any sort of trainer. I left the vet in tears from frustration. I was completely humiliated by someone whom I thought would be encouraging and positive with someone who is concerned about their pet. I will never return back to VCA. If you go to VCA, ask for Dr. Lauri. I would not recommend seeing Dr. Sarah.

  • Tessa Dennis

I took my dog here for her first evaluation after adopting her. She was extremely skinny, but had been in the shelter so was up to date on vaccines. I only took her there because they offer free exams after adoption and I didn’t yet have a strong vet preference. My mistake. It was during the pandemic so I had to wait in the car and the vet called me while she was seeing her. I was told she needed “re-do”s of certain vaccines because she got them all in the same day and that would make them less effective. I was also told my 25 lb dog who was at the time 5-7 lbs underweight was fine and didn’t need to gain anything. I would be shocked if this person had even looked at my dog. I’m not a first time owner so we went to a different vet who was concerned about what we had been told and administered proper care. Seems like this place is only out to make money on new dog owners. Which to be clear, I’m totally fine spending on care they actually need. This is to say nothing of the rude staff. I would be borderline uncomfortable to leave my dog with people who sound so angry.

I will start by saying, I will NEVER go to another animal hospital while I live in Central Texas. The staff has gone above and beyond what I expected when we first brought in our rescue pup. In my experience, most vet offices are filled with people who care, but are also out to make money. I do NOT get that from anyone who works here. Our puppy was cursed with an autoimmune disease and I cannot even count how many times we have been into the office. That being said, every time we went in, we were greeted upon walking through the door and the entire visit was as if we were visiting friends. They were extremely attentive to our puppy's needs (and even wants, as he loved to greet everyone) and our questions and concerns were answered every time. Our puppy recently passed from this disease. But even the visit in which he passed away was better than I had expected. The staff was extremely accommodating and they were very supportive of us in this horrid time. I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone; you will be welcomed to your new extended family.

We've been bringing our cats here for years. The animals like them. That's a big deal. They treat my animals the way we treat our animals. They are very loving and gentle with them. Without evidence, I do think they are a little expensive. That being said, they've always played it straight with us. When our cat was diagnosed with FIP, they clearly laid out all the options, consequences thereof, and costs associated with them. There were no judgements; only compassion. Because of Covid19, they've implemented some safety protocols that create more distance than I'm accustomed to. However, because of our prior interactions, I'm perfectly confident leaving my animals in their care. We found a cat in our backyard. We called them to see what to do with it (no collar). They had us bring it by and they found an rfd tag contacted the owner, and we spotted the cat off. Great people.

I've been living in Austin for the semester and brought my dog, Oliver, here for an eye infection and recently for his annual check-up. Back at his home vet, Ollie requires trazadone, gabapentin, and two sedation shots to be examined by vets, much less be given vaccines. In the past he has completely freaked out on the sidewalk refusing to go inside a vet's office. No amount of training seemed to help with him trusting vets - it was just too much handling too fast. In COMPLETE contrast, he has done fine during both visits here at VCA Northwest Hills, including for his annual where he didn't have any anxiety medication (just in case he needed a dental). I don't know what sort of magic the vets and vet techs here are working, but they are clearly wonderful for my dog to trust them to examine him. I appreciate them so so so much and hope to return here for future care!

  • Sara S

My visits here have always been just alright, but it's always felt more like they care more about the overall bill amount than they do about your pet's health and well-being. Personally I felt very poorly treated by my latest visit with my dog and Dr. Sophia. It was his yearly, a time any other vet uses to tell me about my pets' health and wellness (weight, teeth health, skin and fur, and general indicators). Instead I paid $300 for yearly vaccines and an extremely rude vet only wanting to know what else I'd be paying for that day instead of telling me anything about the overall shape of my dog even when I asked. I wouldn't pay any money on her again, but the other vets here so far seem ok. Honestly VCA may just be like this, since it's a chain, but my impressions of the one in Pflugerville are much better.

  • clegge7

Absolutely phenomenal. My cat was repeatedly throwing up and they were able to get me in within a couple hours when my usual vet couldn't. Turns out my cat needed surgery to dislodge a blockage from his intestines and they were able to perform it right away. The vet even called me the next day to make sure my cat was recovering well and how to proceed based on how he was progressing. And when he still wouldn't eat, they had me bring him back in for further treatment and didn't even charge for the additional examination. And 'lo and behold, everything was all better after a couple more hours and then 2 days after the surgery my little guy is getting back to his old self. 100% can recommend them. Some of the nicest and most personable staff I've met at a vet clinic.

  • Darren Johnson

I'm just going to say this is the most compassionate Vet hospital in the world! My dog Scottie went there the last five years of his life and always got great care at reasonable prices. However my wonderful dog was getting very old and sick and had to be put down. This was the hardest day of my life! But everyone I dealt with was very compassionate and sympathetic. The Vets and staff were very knowledgeable and helped my dog not suffer. After his death Dr. Womack helped comfort me. About a week later when I went in to pay the bill the office had made me a molded paw print with his name on it. That really touched my heart! I would always recommend this place to anyone who owns a pet. I know when I get another dog I will be going there for all my pets needs!!!!!

  • Laura McNabb

The team here really cares about animals. We started going to Northwest Hills years ago when we lived in the Far West area. We live in Cedar Park now, but we still make the long drive to see these guys because we know the kind of work they do. We love our cat very much, and would not trust him with just anybody. William rarely gets sick, but when he had a urinary tract infection last weekend we took him in right away. They were able to figure out the problem quickly, and give us the pills he needed same day. We have called them 3-4 times this week with follow up questions, and they always call back with answers quickly. They are very knowledgeable. They are clean, kind, and very helpful. We would not take our baby anywhere else (:

  • Amber Airey

I'm giving them a low score primarily because of the way they were dancing around my questions. I called 2 different times to get a quote for a tplo surgery. Each time the prices were different but only by a few dollars. After I had my consultation I received my estimate for almost 3 times as much! I read multiple reviews about this but needed to know for myself. I will never do business with them. If you need a tplo surgery done go to Veterinary Surgical Solutions! They are cheaper and their reviews and staff are amazing! My dog is scheduled for surgery next week! They were my first pick but this place quoted me a phenomenal price, I'm glad I went with my gut instinct.

VCA was recommended to me as a new dog owner and since I have always felt comforted by their customer service, knowledge and attention to detail during such a challenging time to be running a business. Even though I have never met her in person due to curbside service only, Dr. Womack’s warmth and professionalism has not been lost in our phone calls. I genuinely feel like my pup is safe and in good hands during each visit. Care Club has been such a valuable investment with a puppy. I don’t know if pay via text was a pre-pandemic method of payment option but I enjoy how easy it makes visits. Also: ready when y’all are for Billie to be offered a modeling job for VCA.

  • Rachel

I am so appreciative of VCA Northwest Hills and everything they have done for me and my cat. My FeLV+/FIV+ cat had been seen by Dr. Laurie and Dr. Sophia since I adopted him last August. The doctors were always sweet, caring, and informative whenever I took my cat in for a visit. Unfortunately, my cats health severely declined and it came time for him to cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. Sophia and staff were very knowledgeable talked me through the whole process and were sympathetic, gentle and kind. I miss my baby so much but I take solace in knowing he had the best care and is now in a better place, resting in peace. Thank you for everything, VCA Northwest Hills.

  • Tyler

Decent animal vet but they will push you on their monthly pet care plan which sounds good till theres a billing issue. Just got a bill for $258 from the monthly plan which $125 of that is late charges yet they already had my card on file. Its a huge scam in fine print it also reads if you dont cancel before the plan renews you will be charged for the whole year again. Huge scam do not do their monthly care plan. Very disappointed. I called customer service and they did nothing just told me sorry thats what I see I cant help. I asked them to get me someone who could help and I got sent to the supervisor voicemail. Horrible company

  • Elisha Hall

I would highly recommend! We got our dog a month ago and have been here twice--once for an initial check-up/shots, and once for some serious itching/biting issue that turned out to be allergies. The office staff and support staff are the absolute nicest. We've gone to Dr. Meagan Wheeless and she is awesome. She has been very thorough in assessing our dog, is very personable, she listens to our concerns and answers our questions, and got our dog's allergy issue under control. Both times, we have left with all of our questions completely answered and feeling better about our dog.

  • Jasmine H

I would not go to this clinic. I signed up for the Doggy plan and unfortunately the dog is not with me anymore... I was already heartbroken over it and this hospital said to cancel it would almost $400. I only took him in ONE time and they claim I spent that much on one visit. All I did was get a few shots and a heart worm test. I guess they did other tests without me knowing. I asked if they could work with me or possibly let me transfer my other pup onto my old pups plan and they refused. They will do anything to take money out of your pockets. I do not recommend this place.

  • Courtney Grimmett

I couldn't ask for a better healthcare team for my cats! All of the staff members from reception to the wonderful technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. All of the Doctors here practice top notch medicine and they actually take the time to make you and your fur babies feel cared for while explaining your options. Huge shout out to Dr. Sophia for solving my recent kitty crisis! I'd like to report that all is finally back to normal in my household! If you want the best care for your pets look no further VCA NW Hills is it! ♡

  • Tina Bowen

If I could give this vet 100 stars, I would. Dr. Sandi and her vet tech(I’m so sorry I never caught your name) treated our Selene with so compassion and care, and educated us on so many things we could do help her live her best life! Our favorite thing was when Dr. Sandi got down in the floor to sit next to our overly nervous dog and spoke to her and us reassuringly to gain trust and rapport. And I cannot thank our vet tech enough for all the help and information she gave us! We were so incredibly happy with our visit! ❤️❤️❤️

  • Breann McDede

I've only been with VCA Northwest for the past few weeks, but already it is the best vet experience I have ever had. The staff at the front desk are warm and welcoming. They always answer calls in a timely and pleasant manner, and they are very helpful in scheduling appointments. My cat's vet, Dr. Sophia, is extremely attentive, caring, and helpful. I didn't know a vet could be so wonderful and dedicated! I can tell she truly cares for the animals. I will exclusively bring my cat to Dr. Sophia for as long as I live in Austin.

  • Christina Dorf

Dr. Womack is the best! She has helped with the various issues for my cat and is always willing to answer any questions and discuss things with me thoroughly. She is super helpful and caring and I would highly recommend her to anyone! The rest of the staff is very kind and helpful as well- you can tell that everyone there truly cares about helping your pet. Another plus is that I never have a problem booking an appointment when I need. We moved farther away but still make the drive to come to this vet office.

  • Judy Girl

I called them spur of the moment asking for help with a dog prescription. The person who answered called me back within 10 minutes telling me they could help me. I drove over to them, we solved my dilemma and I had my dogs medicine with me to take home directly from their office. I have used them in the past and would highly recommend them if you live in the neighborhood. The location is very convenient. Also, they provide complimentary coffee & tea if you need a boost of energy during your visit.

  • Craig Kahle

We took our cat Bonsai to VCA in May. We paid $1900 for an ultrasound, blood work and medication to help his poor diet and weight loss. We were given an unclear diagnosis which was nowhere near the root cause of the issue that would have been identified with an Xray. We then got a referral to an internist at a separate hospital that took months to schedule. Bonsai's fungal lung infection was unfortunately too advanced at that point. Please get a second opinion if you bring your cat to VCA.

Monday, September 13, 2021, we unfortunately had to bring our beloved dog Marley for euthanasia. The staff was amazing in their outpouring of sympathy, support and professionalism throughout. Dr. Lauri Mendelzon was truly exceptional in her approach and humanity shown my family and Marley. Awesome doctor! Also the receptionist Jamie was very kind to us. As painful not to mention terribly sad this occasion was for us the staff made it much easier to bear with their immense care.

  • Randy Denzer

Set Appointment for our puppy to be evaluated for acupuncture 2-3 days in advance. We arrived at appointment time and called in to give our info. After updating the office, no one came to get us for over 40 minutes. No answer on callback. We left. They called after we left and it appears there was an issue with a surgery needing all hands on deck. I saw multiple employees coming out during out wait time and no one took the time to say our appointment was interrupted.

  • Esmeralda Nava

Due to the lack of professional reception staff you’ve lost a loyal customer. Heather is truly missed and was more knowledgeable than the girl who hung up on me after I asked to speak to the vet clinic manager. She was extremely rude about my request, if you can’t answer questions and give incorrect information and can’t handle someone correcting you you shouldn’t be answering the phones! I’ll miss Dr Sofia but I’m done with dealing with the front desk staff.

  • Stacy Bouwman

The staff here is wonderful! A friend recommended them to me about 3 years ago and I have no regrets. The vets, the techs, the admins... everyone is amazing. They take care of my dog and cat who are both seniors, 13 and 16 years old. They are both healthy and doing great. I have had the pleasure of having all of the vets see my babies and feel very comfortable with them. We primarily see Dr. Mendolson but I highly recommend the other vets there as well.

  • Curtis Uhlemann

The staff here are amazing, friendly, easy to talk to and reach. My dog Lily just recently passed and they were extremely helpful and caring. A week later I received a condolence card from them. Not only did they take the time to send this, but the entire staff signed the card and wrote something nice inside. These are the things that matter.... Thank you all for caring as you do and for extending your kindness beyond the front door..... Curtis

  • Heidi Rowling

They have been taking excellent care of my furr-baby for 13 years. Today I had a friend who desperately needed a vet for his 6 week old English bulldog, and I called and explained the situation and they took care of them right away. Before I called them, every other vet clinic told him that they couldn't get him in. VCA northwest hills is amazing and always takes amazing care of everyone. Thank you for your kindness and compassion!

  • D M

Very kind and compassionate. Prices are good. I have 40 years experience with pet care. Four senior cats now. I needed help fast. Tried several veterinarian offices even a vet to come to my home. Cost was outrageous. We are in a pandemic. People are out of work. It's important to find good health care at an affordable price. They got us in immediately and made an excellent evaluation. I am very satisfied. I will be returning soon.

  • Rachel S

The staff is helpful and friendly! I go there for everything from annual visits to the occasional emergency. They are very careful with their Covid guidelines and I felt totally safe the whole time I was there. They have a great pet care plan for my more accident prone dog so when she inevitably gets injured it costs me a lot less than it would at other clinics. I recommend this clinic to all of my friends.

  • Christine Constancio

The entire staff have beautiful hearts! They love animals & understand people's circumstances. Pricing is very affordable. Do not hesitate to contact them them. My note to the staff: Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Thank you for the kindness & understanding you imparted to us & for treating my kitty's UTI & upper respiratory infection. Sincerely, Chloe & Christine Constancio

  • Mark Raup

I've been taking Buster to NWH VCA since I first got him. They are nice, friendly, and forthright in my experience, but if you really want the lowdown, here it is. Buster LOVES going to the vet. They treat him like he's their own dog, and he goes bananas when we pull in the parking lot. He can't wait to get inside and say hi to all his friends.

  • JL ATX

Great staff! Took my poor cat in and they treated her with great care and didn't charge me an arm or a leg. Even when I asked about additional testing, they said they didn't want to charge me more for unnecessary procedures. They took time explaining to me what her ailment was, possible causes, etc. Very caring and knowledgeable staff.

  • Matthew Malloy

Friendly staff... Felt a little sales-ish (awkward when the person pitching isn't an actual sales professional) for the first visit but overall, the experience was very good. Dr Sofia seems to genuinely like dogs and (and is a dog owner, in fact) I immediately trusted her judgment and opinion. Will certainly return for future visits!

  • Alex Polimeni

We have cats and dogs, 2 of who have special needs. They know my wife, babes and I by name (go there a lot) and everyone is super friendly/accommodating. Day at the Spa service is great and the babes come back looking/smelling good. Dr. Mendelzon is our regular vet and is amazing. We havent had a bad interaction with any vets here.

  • Heather Laurence

I'm very glad we took our injured cat to VCA Northwest Hills Animal Hospital. We had not been to see them before and they were FANTASTIC. Great facilities, cool fish tank, super sweet staff, and a skilled and attentive vet. They waived our exam fee and gave our toddler a little toy tiger. We'll definitely be going back!

  • Shannon Paces

Awesome vet and staff! My dog had a tick head buried in him that I couldn't get out- I called at 6:15 freaking out and they said bring him in. I left there at 7...with tick prevention medicine and a happy pup! Thank you sooooo much! I'll see y'all in 3 months for more tick prevention medicine. Highly recommended …

  • jjhollier

Outstanding group of people that seem to genuinely care about their jobs and patients. They got me in same day and even administered my finicky cats meds for me. Time after time I’ve used them and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thanks for keeping my pets healthy and all you do in your respective communities

  • Jeff Heinzelman

Good people but very (very) expensive. Our dog was prescribed hypoallergenic food for $180. Come to find that I can get it elsewhere for about a third the cost. They recommend a urine test, for $380 which only then suggests a treatment of an issue is found. That’s a car payment for a test a human can get for $50.

  • Natalie B

Always there when I need them, no appointment necessary (and trust me I am one of those people who come in for loads of probably nothing to worry about issues). Every time I bring my dog in they're really sweet to him and I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to see a vet.

  • Catherine

Very sweet staff, didn't wait too long and didn't feel rushed in the office which I appreciated. Although my dog is always anxious at the vet, her tail was still wagging! Thank you everyone for making what is a naturally stressful situation feel comfortable for us both.

  • Curtis H Fuller

Such a great, affordable vet. They take all the time you need to ensure you understand what’s going on with your pet, and seem to really care. They are also usually able to accommodate walk-ins, which is always a huge relief because when you need a vet, you need a vet.

  • Ashley Thrasher

The vets, tech, manager and whole team is a group of really great people. We have two chihuahuas that go to 2 different vets here and they are both wonderful and incredibly compassionate. So glad I ditched thrive and brought my children to the doctor they deserve!

  • Ashley Abbott

We've taken our cat in for an exam and shots twice now, and both times the staff have been so kind to us and our cat! Our cat gets very nervous in new places, but she had no problems as they easily carried out the exam/shots. We'll definitely be returning!

  • cara anne heffernan

Thank you for loving our dog for the past few years. You all are an amazing group of dedicated medical professionals. He is happy and healthy and our family can’t imagine going anywhere else for his needs. Watson loves his vet and the techs …

  • Lauren Garcia-Camp

Lauri Mendelzon is an amazing veterinarian. We have been searching for one who can connect with our dogs, answer our questions and give us the fairest prices. She as well as the other staff genuinely cared about my pom Squirtle and new Chi

  • Teyanna Gary

Having the worst experience I took my pets here for the first time which was recommended by the animal shelter. I sign off to be charged 140 and by that night my account has been charged almost 300$. I have been trying to get my money back

  • --

All of my pets records are inaccurate. I called to have corrected accurate records sent to me as we are moving to a new area and need a new vet and was told that the woman cannot edit the pdf and so cannot help me. Are you kidding me? You

  • James

The staff are super friendly and professional. The Vets are knowledgeable and helpful in explaining treatment and taking care of their patients. I feel like they really care not only about the health of my pups but also me as a customer.

  • Maria Main

I've been going there for about 16 years and I've only keep going there because I can drop in without making an appointment and it's convenient. It is pricey and believe it or not, they do not know my name after all this time. They do

  • Lorraine Pagan

I started using this vet clinic in November 2021 when I brought my Oliver in for a checkup and again for another kitty I rescued. The staff are very personable and sweet. The doctor's are knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you! …

  • Laura Hicks

Paid for office visit. Said they couldn't tell me if my doggie had ear mites or infection. With out 300$ in labs and xrays... come on now a good vet can tell by just looking....geez no help with your pets if you're poor like me.

  • Toria

This place is amazing. I was a wreck and behaving like your typical worried dog mom...and the staff was so patient with me. Everyone was so nice and the vet was very thorough. I've definitely found my forever vet.
