I wanted to speak to someone so I could clarify things for my intended journey so I waited until I got through to an operator. The Agent/operator was totally disinterested in my custom. I gave her a pick up time of 12.15. I specifically asked how much it would cost and she said £10. I also asked if there was cash or card option, she said both were available. The taxi came at 12. Luckily I was ready. Taxi driver was wondetful, cannot fault him. We arrive at the destination and the fare was £12.60 I explained that I had been told it would be £10, taxi driver was willing to reduce/adjust the amount, however I paid the amount on his meter. When I produced my card to pay with, he said he had been told I would pay in cash..... He also explained the increase advising that the fare goes up by £2 after midday. I booked the taxi for 12.15, after midday, the operator did not explain the additional cost. Rubbish service by Cab company. Driver was stunning, very professional service, everything one would want in a driver. Shame the booking operator was so disinterested and unprofessional in all parts of her job?

The most horrific taxi company in Bristol. I would rate it zero stars if I could. We (3 girls in our early 20s) were left roadside in the freezing cold in the middle of the night for HOURS waiting for our prebooked taxi. The guys on the other side of the phone were incredibly rude and dismissive, they assured us multiple times that the taxi had nearly arrived but it never did. After calling numerous times we called them one final time, approximately 1hr 30mins after our taxi was due to ask once again where it was, we were then told that as we had not answered the drivers call (I definitely did not have a missed call) the taxi had been cancelled. It was early hours of the morning at this point and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere with no way to get home, which is incredibly dangerous. We also had a disabled person in our group who struggles walking long distances (they were aware of this) which only adds insult to injury of being left roadside. We were offered absolutely zero compensation or apology. Not good enough and frankly quite disgusting.

I pre- booked a Taxi to pick me up this morning, the Driver was there on time, despite the rush hour traffic, we completed my pick-up & drop-off for work and I arrived home safely afterwards. A Very Careful Driver and friendly, was a most pleasant experience, the company was phoning/texting me on their arrival, and after drop off at my final destination. Taxi to Dental appointment.. Your driver, Andrew, arrived on time. Was very helpful as I need to use a walker. He stored it in the boot of his car so that I could use it at my destination. Then made sure I was in safely. He was very friendly, professional, and polite throughout the journey and assisted me again when we arrived at my destination. He is a credit to your company. I used V-Cars and they were excellent. No problems with making the booking on my phone. I was notified when the cab was on its way and had arrived (it was early and that was great). The driver got me to my destination promptly and efficiently. And the cost estimate was pretty accurate too. It's not the first time I've used V- Cars and I will definitely use them again.

Taxi arrived promptly. The driver was very solicitous of my wife's comfort and safety with her crutches. He drove very smoothly, using minimal steering, braking and acceleration, which helped my wife to avoid any sensation of motion sickness. All in all, a pleasant experience. Thank you. Pick up punctual. However driver has incredibly rude and impatient while I was organising payment. Spoke to the office who were patient and professional., the opposite of the driver. Will continue to use V cars as they are usually great, just unfortunate that this driver let the company down.

Absolutely fantastic service. All drivers ive used today were prompt, friendly & helpful. With Mum being disabled every driver assisted her in and out of their car, and were very patient and caring.. ive uploaded the App which is quick n simple to use. Very very pleased with Veezu.. Thank you

I am absolutely confused with your prices. We take a cab on Sunday to Church £10 I take a taxi from Lawrence hill £9.60 or 40 how is that so make it make sense. Why are you inflating your prices. I can no longer use your services and I will also advise my mother to reconsider using you.

Most helpful drivers. I am physically handicapped and they helped me into the taxi both going and coming home. They were both on time and found me at the BRI when I was not sure where to go. I will certainly go on using Veezu cars, I think they are now called. First class.

Got dropped to the wrong destination, company didn’t offer to refund my trip. Got sent another cab which took me to the right destination and then paid more for that then being taken to the wrong place. £26 in total to be taken to the wrong place - absolute joke, avoid

Embarrassing. Obnoxious. They’ve completely changed since they were « VCars » to this new « Veezu » service. The basic rate before the start of your trip has increased massively (about 100% increase). Won’t be using them again.

Our driver was precisely on time to collect us, managed to avoid the terrible traffic and get us to our destination in great time. The driver was polite and helpful and the car was spotless. I wouldn't use any other taxi firm.

I needed to get back to Bristol from Hallen early in the morning. Booked my taxi at 6.45am for a 7.15am pick up. Dot on 7.15 my ride was in the car park. Very polite driver who was interesting to have a conversation with.

Very poor experience of this company. Asked them to deliver books & they charged £3.50 waiting time in addition to the journey. Won't be using them again. £19.50 for a journey that Bolt & Uber are quoting £14.

Booking is easy peasy, payment up front so no unexpected fees. Drivers are always polite and helpful. My go to company whenever I need a taxi for myself or visiting friends and family.

Charged for the fare £9.70 at the time (phone call made by driver to their office as they don’t have card machines) two days later charged me an extra £1.01this is now resolved
