I was trying to find a truck with my significant other and needed something with specific features. I reached out to Vaughn Motors and spoke with Dan K. who told me he would search his network and send me a list of possible options. He took my phone and email and told me he would get back with me. Not an hour later I had an email with available trucks and options on them. I was pretty floored, because I know that had to mean he dropped what he was doing and focused entirely on getting the info to me. Eventually a truck was picked out and I was given additional details about my choice. I made the decision to go forward and Dan made arrangements to get the truck to Jacksonville. Truck was delivered on a Friday evening, but I couldn't get to the dealer as I worked late. Dan was totally understanding, he didn't pressure me to show up and finish the deal and was completely open to me setting an appointment for follow up. There were no threats like other dealers make towards selling the truck to the next interested customer or needing a deposit to hold the truck. Again I was surprised by his easy going professionalism and great positive attitude. When we arrived to test drive the truck Dan introduced us to Frank, as he was working with another family on a deal and Frank took us out to the truck. Every employee we passed was telling us how awesome the truck was and how they wished they could have bought it out from under us. Frank was already ready for the test drive, plate and key in hand and off we went. Needless to say the truck was a dream and we bought it. But wait, there's more. There were a few small cosmetic issues with the truck and my significant other really wanted a second key. Frank wrote up every concern and then set about getting things into motion. He scheduled a leather and trim guy for the following Monday, and the key guy also. I already had financing, so Frank made zero attempt to sway me with promises of better rates with some other lender. In fact he praised my lender, completely supporting my financial decisions and again there was zero pressure and he let me call my lender and insurance company to do the wrap up. He was such a professional he left the office, grabbed us some water and then proceeded to provide us with privacy while I finalized with my lender. Moral of the story; if you want a perfect sales experience with no pressure no b.s. and complete professionalism YOU SHOP AND BUY VAUGHN MOTORS.

Steve was our sales person and he did a great job!! I saw the car we wanted online in the evening and headed to Jacksonville to purchase it in the morning. When we called at 9 o’clock Steve answered and said the car had been purchased on eBay the night before. We turned around and disappointedly headed back home. Steve promised he would find us another one similar and within two days he did. We actually like this color better. The car was not up to Steve’s standards when we came to pick it up so he offered us a loaner car (which would’ve been a second car to drive home so we respectfully declined his nice offer) and he said they would provide free delivery of our purchased vehicle. Dan delivered the car as scheduled and all went well there. I had an engine light come on when I was driving it home so I called Steve and he directed me to a local parts store to get the code read. It was a $92 air sensor which I purchased and installed in the parking lot. Steve sent me a check to cover the cost of the sensor even though I bought it “as is”!! I was very pleased with their service, their facility and how they handled our transaction The vehicle was a special gift for a special lady (my wife) after surviving breast cancer. When I buy my next used car I will definitely be calling the Vaughn Motor Group in Jacksonville and asking for Steve Sepic!!!

Run! I was looking for an older BMW convertible with low mileage that didn’t need a new top and was in good shape and required only routine maintenance. I’m a widow and can afford routine maintenance on a vehicle, but nothing immediately major. The salesman, Steve, said he found a 2010 for me that was in excellent condition with no problems and had 70,000 miles. I asked 3 times if the top was okay and Steve said yes, but it wasn’t. They used silicone on the top to hold it together long enough to make it appear to be okay. So far I’ve had the car 4 mos. and within two months the top leaked so bad in the trunk it blew the amplifier and speakers for the stereo and I had to replace all at a cost of $1000 (a new top cost between $2500-$4000, so that’s out of the question for me). My odometer shortened out because of the water damage so the pixels sometimes work and sometimes don’t. The air conditioner is going out and it seems like every time I touch something on the vehicle it breaks. I’m afraid of what will go wrong next. Steve told me anything that went wrong with the vehicle his mechanics at the dealership would take care of, but I’ve had to contact him so often he’s stopped responding. I suggest you think twice before buying at this dealership. Their vehicles aren’t what they appear to be.

Vaughn Motorgroup is best dealership experience I have ever had!!! I buy and sell a lot (43 yrs old car addict). I just happened to stop by, been shopping other big and small dealerships for past 6 months. I was in and out with test drive and trade in all within about 2 hrs. No need to haggle, they had a fair price (I checked prices online) and gave me more for my trade than all previous dealership offers. Mike my sales guy was great, general Manager Dan was efficient and got things wrapped up quickly. Only area for improvement would be registration pickup. Christine never called me. I called and asked for her and was told she was gone at 3 sharp every day. I called next morning and she said she had my paperwork so I said I would stop by today to pick up. She said ok and that was it. I get there at 12:30pm, she is at lunch and no one else can help. She should have told me what time she went to lunch. Had to wait 30 minutes for her, no good afternoon, no apology, just poor customer service. Besides Christine this dealership is AMAZING!!! I will be back again to shop when I am itching for a new vehicle. Thank you Mike and Dan for a fantastic experience!!!!

This was my first time conducting business with Vaughn Motor Group, and I was left with a very positive impression. My experience with them was outstanding, and I’d be delighted to buy from them again. Some time ago, I noticed their dealership on San Jose Blvd -- and it just gave off a good vibe. Nice, desirable cars. No wavy man out front. No in-your-face-advertising. It was simply a polished and welcoming visage. When I was recently reviewing listings online, I saw a car that blew me away with how clean and well- kept it looked. And when I noticed that it was at Vaughn Motor Group, I felt even better about it. So I called the dealership and spoke to my salesman, Steve Sepic. We spoke only briefly, but he gave me added peace of mind with his commentary on the car, all without pressure. The following day, I came in and bought the car. Steve was great. He made the process pleasant and effortless. I’d gladly refer anyone I know in need of a car to him. And he mentioned something that really impressed me: He won’t sell any vehicle that he wouldn’t want for himself. Excellent customer service exhibited by Steve Sepic. I was searching for a few months for the car I wanted without any luck. When I called Vaughn Motor Group to ask about a Mazda Miata and found out that the advertised car had already been promised to another buyer I was dejected. I described the exact specifications that I wanted to Steve; and he said he would let me know if he found one for me. I didn’t think anything would come of it but he called me two days later saying that he found the exact car that I wanted. And boy was he right. He sourced THE PERFECT 2016 Mazda Miata grand touring, with super low mileage (2,000), the color combo I wanted (dark grey with tan leather interior), with no imperfections. The car had a clean carfax and was even better than the one I saw online. I bought the car from Steve without ever stepping foot in their showroom or meeting him face to face. He made the entire process fast, easy, and seamless. He had the car delivered to my door in Tampa. I have already doubled the mileage on my Miata because I love it so much. If it’s a nice day out you can bet that I’ll have the top down.

I had been looking for a specific car online, and I found one that was at Vaughn. Never having been there before, I took a ride over there to check out the car in person. This is not your "typical" pre-owned vehicle dealership. They have a very high-end feel, with a spotless showroom full luxury cars that looked brand new, and a clean-cut, professional and knowledgeable sales team. Steve was the one that I worked with. He didn't pressure me and appeared to be pretty transparent, which I appreciated. He made the whole process very quick and convenient for me - even going out of his way to personally deliver the car to my home - which was a testament to the level of customer satisfaction they aim to provide. That's a huge compliment coming from me, considering I typically loathe the whole car purchase process! I should also mention that their fee(s) are much lower than the other dealerships I had visited before them the same week. This was a pleasant surprise, as I had expected higher fees for place much nicer than some of the bigger "corporate" dealerships around!

Salesman: Steve Sepic; Purchased a car a couple of weeks ago. The car buying experience was relatively painless. I have experienced poor treatment at other dealerships, so I was not interested in playing games. I was quite pleased overall with the car i purchased and the way i was treated during the negotiating process. I took delivery the next day. My mechanic confirmed it was a good car and in good condition. The car fax was clear, but the mechanic noted that both the front and rear bumpers had been painted and/or replaced with no serious flaws being hidden by the repair. In my opinion, I got a good price, not a great one. I do intend to drive the car a long time so the $1000 over my ideal price will matter little over time.. There were no fake -fees padded to the price, which is a ridiculous practice that seems to be the industry norm. Steve was personable and I felt I could work with him and felt confident that he was treating me with respect during the process. Would definitely consider Vaughn Motor Cars for future purchases.

Vaughn Motorgroup's staff were very friendly and there was no pressure. I hate buying cars due to all the waiting involved and Steve was very speedy during the process. No waiting at all. They did not budge on sticker price but they gave me good trade in value for my car which made up for it. They gave me actual KBB value, significantly more than competitive dealers. My friend who professionaly certified pre-owned cars for a living for a large dealer inspected the Lexus I bought and encouraged me to purchase the car because it was well kept and certifiable. All the pre-owned cars we checked out were like new. Conveniently across the street from Vystar Credit Union who has lowest auto loan rates around. Only complaint i had was gas tank was not full after purchase but they did reimburse me later with receipt. Very clean place with a variety of makes and models. Website is user friendly as well. Tony was great, he had a basket of hot wheels cars for the kids. I will refer family and friends to Vaughn.

A bespoke and very friendly dealership… I had an absolutely pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from Vaughn Motorgroup last week. Raul reached out to me and communicated very well over the phone over the span of a week. I came from 150 miles away for a specific vehicle and he had everything ready for the test drive, paperwork, and trade-in. He and the staff even assisted in helping me learn how to use the special features on my car. Never was I made to feel like I was a nuisance or rushed in any way as I inspected the vehicle and asked for specific model information. I was given the best price for my trade-in and the bank transaction was handled very well, despite some challenges and the process continuing past closing. I have had many experiences buying from both private sellers and dealerships, and this experience stood out among them. If you are in the market for a high-end vehicle at a good price, this dealership will take care of you.

Vaughn Motorgroup made car buying an easy experience for me. I couldn't find the car or the price I was looking for in Tallahassee so I decided to search the internet. I found the exact car I was searching for on Vaughn Motorgroup's website and at a reasonable price. I contacted the dealership in regards to the car and someone responded almost immediately. I worked with Terry who was very helpful and professional. Since most of my work days are spent in front of a computer, communicating through email is most convenient for me and Terry had no problems with that. Once I was ready to purchase, I drove from Tallahassee to Jacksonville to get the car. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful! All the paperwork was ready when I arrived and I was in and out of there in no time. I Absolutely Love My Car and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a quality car!

Vaughn motor group is hands down one of the worst dealerships you could go to. I wasted my time to drive out of my way to test drive a car there. Upon arrival, with ZERO other customers present, they were un-willing to let me test drive car. I had made an appointment the day prior and they forgot I was even coming in! They were also too lazy to run trade in value numbers on both my cars, which were easily equal value to the car I wanted to test drive. Then they had the audacity to ask if I wanted to make a deal on trade or wanted to buy the car on the spot. I would not be surprised if the car they were trying to sell had severe mechanical issues, despite looking mint. Or maybe they were just being downright disrespectful. Anyways, I kindly walked out and saved my self the hassle from buying a car from them. If zero stars was an option, I would select. Take your money elsewhere.

I just recently completed a trade at Vaughn and everything went very well! I was pleased with the service and professionalism displayed by the folks at Vaughn Motor Group. My wife and I found an ad online after hours at a price too good to be true. Although skeptical at first we drove over the next morning because it was 6 miles away. The car was there just like the pictures and the online price was the price we were given! Although it looked great and drove well I had it taken to its respective dealer down the road who did a 100+ multi-point inspection that they do for CPO vehicles. They said the only thing that was wrong was that they wished they had sold me the vehicle. Perfect condition. Thanks guys! I have not been solicited in any way by Vaughn Motor Group to write this review. I believe honesty should be rewarded in kind. I hope to do business with this dealership again.

My experience was great! I was looking for a specific vehicle and saw that Vaughn Motorgroup had what I was looking for. From my first email inquiry, I knew that I was working with a professional dealership. The sales rep Steve Sepic was quick to reply and answer my questions without making me feel like I was a bother. Other times I have hated having to go test drive cars and hassle with price but my experience with Steve was fantastic. Vaughn Motorgroup’s pricing was competitive and their fees were very reasonable. The car is in great condition and they had the CarFax report ready for me to review. From the first test drive to completing the purchase, it was a great experience and I highly recommend you go see Steve to find your next car! I attempted to initiate contact with Vaughn Motorsport simply inquiring on if they had any open positions with their small organization. I was called by a salesmen who immediately was trying to get me to finance a vehicle. I attempted to tell him I have ASE certifications, and am very knowledgeable, he immediately told me they do not preform service, I then tried to tell him I was simply explaining my qualifications and that I would like use my professional skills to build a rapport and that I have other experience in automotive that would make me a candidate to be looked over but was rudely cutoff. I did not feel respected by the employee and did not have the impression this organization would ever be helpful enough do anything but take a customers money and run nevertheless help a potential candidate for employment.

Disappointed in My purchase experience with this company. They waited almost the maximum amount of time to pay off my trade in. When I purchased the the vehicle the visor clip was broken, I was told this was an easy fix, but it has been a hassle. I was also sold with the “ inspection soon light on” and I was told I could just go to the Audi dealership and they would turn it off, that was a lie. They informed me that they could only turn it off if I got a 150 dollar oil change, which was “done” before I bought the vehicle. I was also told it was inspected by” Audi” before I bought the vehicle. Which they said was a lie because they would not have let the car go with a light on. Over all I would not recommend ANYONE buy from these people, I nor any of my friends and or family will. Don’t fall into the trap.

My car was totaled and I had to quickly replace it. A friend recommended Vaughn Motor Group to me. Steve Sepic was my sales rep and was very knowledgeable. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me to several options in my price range. I found the perfect car that night and was driving it the next day! Normally I hate, hate buying cars but Steve made the entire process painless. The dealership has a beautiful selection of cars and all of the ones I sat in were in perfect condition, great place to go if you are looking for a used luxury car. UPDATE: Dec/2021 -I just purchased my 2nd car from Vaughn Motor Group!! I told Steve what I was looking for and once again, he found the perfect car for me. It is absolutely beautiful and I could not be happier. I will never by a car from anywhere else!!

I can't say enough about the great service I received while purchasing my Lexus from Steve at Vaughn Motors. I called around 9:15 a.m. and asked if the car was still available and what the out-the-door price would be. I arrived at Vaughn at 11:30, took a test drive, purchased the car and was out of there at 12:45. Steve told me the car had a new set of Michelin tires put on yesterday to meet the company's standards. In addition, he filled the tank with gas, agreed to order a new keypad for me and even helped me across three lanes of Jacksonville traffic to make a left turn. You can't beat Steve's efficient work ethic and sales reputation. The showroom is immaculate, and the manager Dan King is personable and efficient as well. You can't go wrong with this dealership.

He listened to what we wanted and pointed us in the right direction and he found the perfect car for us! Bought a BMW 435I from them several months ago. They presented a clean car fax but as we have had it a few months something dropped from under it. Well low and behold it was bottomed out somewhere and had a leak in the transmission pan. It also had extensive damage and the bumper had been messed with and repainted. It cost us 3200 dollars in repairs. Beware that a clean carfax only means that any type of damage did not go through insurance. I should give them one star but we love the car and was told it was a great car. But this was not disclosed to us when we bought it. Did they know? Good question I would think they would lift the car and look under it.

I recently bought a car at Vaughn and had a good experience. I worked with Steve Sepic and he worked hard to make sure the car was ready when I needed to pick it up. I did find a couple of maintenance issues that were missed in the car preparation, and Steve made sure that the issues were resolved. I was on a hectic schedule and Steve and Dan made sure the sale was accurate and quick. I felt they treated me fairly and were straight forward in dealing with me as a first time buyer at their dealership. I would buy a car from Vaughn again and would recommend them to my friends. Fair price and they made sure the car was right when I was ready to pick it up.

I wasn't familiar with Vaughn Motorgroup on San Jose Blvd. but had admired a white Lexus 350 out front for days. I was with my husband one day and we stopped in just to look. We were greeted by salesman Steve and he made us feel welcome and not regretting we had stopped. After looking at the Lexus it was in beautiful condition and very low milage. We decided to drive it and fell in love with it. Steve made our trade in and buying experience very easy. Steve Sepic provided excellent service and I was able to get a fair trade in value and a great price for my new car! I had been to 3 other dealers prior to Vaughn Motorgroup, 2 in Jax and 1 in Orlando. Two of those three dealers had salesmen who were very pushy, condescending, and overall unreasonable. I experienced none of this at Vaughn Motorgroup. I told Steve and Dan King what I wanted and after some negotiation I was able to get a good deal with little push back. I used my pre-approved loan with my credit union and was in and out in about 2 hours. I highly recommend them when purchasing your next vehicle!

Amazing experience. Dan was the best during my car buying process. I was able to come in and test drive a car I was considering purchasing. All of the cars in the facility were clearly loved by their previous owners, but the one I bought was in immaculate condition. Dan showed me the car facts and proved my 2012 car had been owned by 1 person-- and she maintained like it was brand new for years. Dan gave me a fair price for the car I bought. He was straightforward, kind, and had the most upbeat personality. I will be bringing my car back for regular maintenance.

SHOULD HAVE ZERO STARS!!!!! DON’T BOTHER UNLESS THEIR CAR BUYER IS FIRED LIKE HE DESERVES. The purchasing manager shouldn’t be allowed around people. His customer service is beyond atrocious - I’ve never experienced anyone so rude & off-putting. I sincerely don’t understand how anyone like this was hired for this position. He told us the car was showroom new in every way. We live in Tennessee and we bought the car and he had it delivered to our driveway. The car looks and drives just like Steve said, showroom new. The worst ever! Make sure you all do thorough background researches on their salesmans! Their ex-salesman kept my deposit, I made on a vehicle, then disappeared in 2017. I NEVER recovered my deposit, and Vaughn Motorgroup made very little effort to reimburse me. I'll never forget this horrific experience! Run while you can!
