100% HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, seriously! I have taken my 2011 Ford Ranger here three times now for different repairs and VEGA has ALWAYS treated me like family and my vehicle like it was their own. The prices are more than reasonable. On two occasions I got another quote elsewhere and the other place I used to go to wanted to charge close to double! I won’t go anywhere else now. The repairs made on my truck were exceptional. Every concern I had was remedied. The owner is hands-on and always there to answer any questions. He and his staff are so friendly and accommodating. The waiting area is modern, super clean, and thoughtfully designed. As a woman, I feel so much more comfortable here than anywhere else. They have great communication and always come through on time with detailed descriptions of what they need to do and how much it will cost before they do it. They also have a convenient store right next door with all kinds of goods that were much needed in this area! Thank you VEGA!!!

I've been here twice and both times the service and price were excellent. First time I went here, my gf and I were in a hurry to get to an event in Louisville and needed an oil change badly. Another place didn't have filters on hand and refused to give service w/out replacing it. Vega had one on hand, so it was no problem. And, even though they were really busy, he knew I was in a hurry and got us in and out within a half hour. I was impressed. The second time, after pricing out several other places on a full brake job (pads and rotors), Vega was about $40 cheaper than the cheapest, and once again they had it done much quicker than I expected. The place is clean. I'm in sales, and you can tell when someone works hard and really cares about keeping a good reputation. These guys do it right. Highly recommend!

So I went to a Toyota dealership and had my car throughly inspected and found out everything either ignored or decided wasn’t worth telling me is wrong my car. The Toyota dealer only charged 105 an hour for labor on my car but they gave my car a tremendous boost in Horsepower. Fixed airbag light and abs and wheel bearing . Car runs smoother than a caddy drives and yeah it was a little more however the work was legit and done right. With Vega you pay for what you get… you never know what the are really doing to you vehicle and they freaking suck when it comes to a legit time schedule on working on vehicles. GO TO A LEGIT DEALER… they give you a rental car as they work on your car at no extra charge and the work more than likely legitimately completed

I took my car in today to get my tire fixed and they originally said it would be $15, then came back and said I needed to get the pressure gauges changed and that it would be $81. I wait around for them to finish and when they are finally done he tells me what they did and oh, "your tire also had a nail in it". He lied to me the whole time about the pressure gauges and wouldn't man up to it when I asked why he didn't tell me about the nail in the first place. Funny how people who lie aren't so bold anymore when confronted on it. I will never be going back here and they have lost any potential revenues that could have been made on my future business that I would have given them.

Was visiting a family member, needed an oil change, and Vega Auto was nearby and received a good rating. Two days later, while making 600+ mile trip back home noticed steam coming from under hood of car. Upon opening hood discovered that oil cap had not been put back on and oil was everywhere. Fortunately, cap was still in the engine compartment. Furthermore, noted that 10W-30 oil had been used and it should have been 5W-30. Needless to say had to go elsewhere to get oil changed again. Just glad the engine wasn't ruined (2023 car with 5300 miles on it). No excuse for such shoddy work!

Highly recommend. Dropped my car off for an alignment and wheel balancing because of a rumbling problem I thought was caused by that. The owner was a very honest man and told me that was not the problem and instead told me I needed new tires, but it was not urgent. Instead of just going ahead and doing the alignment/balancing and charging me for it for no reason, he told me straight up what the problem was. I will definitely be back to get my new tires here when it’s needed.

Got my transmission replaced and was told 2 hrs to diagnose 2hrs turned into keeping my car the entire weekend and taking it to another location without telling me. Repairs time was 6 days with turned into 11 days each day I contacted them I was told transmission needed programing but the lack of communication to tell a customer their car won't be ready on the day told upset me the most. Great price good wrk but bad with communication and getting things done when they say.

You know a place is honest when you ask for a full inspection to find anything problematic before a long trip, and they come back saying all is well. I have a rare car, and they could have suggested new parts and charged a fortune. These guys have done work on my car for a very fair price and offered great advice. I don't know how they could get a negative review. Trust them and you won't be sorry!

They stole my catalytic converter off my 2000 Honda Civic and covered up the space with a brand new lead pipe so then when I wanted to sell my car to a scrapper I got so much less than I could have because the converter is bulk of the money but they make off the car. Don't ever take your car here and I will never ever suggest this place to a friend's family members or to any other person

Vega Auto Service is hands down the best mechanic in Indiana. They have provided the best service, best timeframes, and best prices by a long shot. I have taken my vehicles to them for years and will continue to for everything they need. Antonio and his team are truly one of the best businesses in Indianapolis, and definitely the best auto shop. Antonio is awesome with great professionalism and a good crew of mechanics as well as a family owned business! The Vega chain also has an auto lube shop across the street and in the small strip mall next to the auto service is the Vega Grocery Mart and Authentic Restaurant with homemade authentic chilli rellano! The all around one stop fix n eat while you wait!

Brought our car in for a suspected thermostat replacement and over heating issues. We authorized repairs that ended up not being needed and they where honest and only repaired what was needed saving us hundreds of dollars. You don't find that kind of integrity anymore. Couldn't recommend Vega enough and will only be taking our vehicles here moving forward.

Vega is a great place for quick repairs on your car. But they have so many down there, that if you don't explain that your vehicle is a priority, they will sit it to the side until its in the way and then move it somewhere else. But they do excellent work and have fair prices for vehicles they can get in and out. Try them out

I’ve taken my vehicle here for a few different things. I have a 2003 so it’s always something that needs repaired and they are always quick and available, car is done same day. Prices are super reasonable.. customer service has been top tier as well. they take the time to explain the diagnosis and solution

Had to get Neutral Safety Switch replaced. I was a little worrisome lol but they were still patient, nice, respect & took careful care of my Kia. The price was very reasonable not a number off they head plus let's make a little more money. (you know what I mean). I'm going back for sure.

Don't ever take your car here. They will break it beyond repair. Sure the Price is cheap, but the repairs to fix what they break and don't tell you about, triple the cost of the original repair. Don't trust them with anything. I was conned by great reviews. Don't let yourself be too.

These guys worked hard to get our car back up and running and were great at communicating with us along the way. They are honest and hardworking and great all around to work with and we will definitely use them again for any repairs we need! I am so glad we found them! Thank you!

I've been coming here since they opened. Every time I come their customer service all around is excellent. It's surprisingly clean, smells good, and well maintained in comparison to other tire/auto shops. I'll always come here and send other people here as well.

Brake rotors, pads and oil change installed within a few hours notice on a busy Saturday. Also secured loose exhaust pipe without charge. Decent price and friendly staff. Wife and I moved here a year and haven't found a reliable mechanic until now.

Very honest mechanic he first revises your vehicle and explains what is wrong with it. After examining it he provides you with options and prices. He gaurentees his work and the parts I have replaced have a one year warranty. Great place!
