    "The reception lady Janine was warm and friendly towards me the whole time I was there and tried to be as reassuring as she could for me before my pumpkin went in to see Johnathan and then omg Johnathan was amazing very clear with his diagnosis he not only treated my pumpkin with 100% care he really made me feel reassured that he would do everything for him and he did a d I was able to take pumpkin home later that day after needing surgery and he is doing well"

Absolutely terrible experience, avoid this veterinary service at all costs! I don’t even know where to start, maybe forgetting my cat’s prescription or giving me the incorrect information for my payment or the vets giving me incorrect information, which forces me to come back and more money goes in their pocket. My cat had scabs on her back which would not heal as she kept licking them. The vet advised me to purchase ‘a cat t-shirt’ in pets at home and it should be healed in a few weeks with this on. I go downstairs and ask the employees however they were confused as they do not sell cat t-shirts. The Pets at Home employee suggested to try a small dog jumper instead, unfortunately this did not work. Now I’ve come back to the vets and a different lady has seen me who then pulls out a cat suit which the veterinary service sell! I don’t know why the vet could not tell me this on the previous visit, my guess so I have to come again and pay for another consultation. I asked to speak to the manager, Jonathan, who defended his colleague saying ‘she was just trying to help’, which obviously did not and I’ve had to pay more money because of her. Upon paying for the medicine the receptionist gave me incorrect information as to why I was being charged extra which had wasted even more of my time having to make phone calls to find out what’s happening. Now the icing on the cake, the vets forgetting to even write up my prescription. The receptionist told me by Wednesday it will be ready… Wednesday comes around, I give Feltham Vets4Pets a call and guess what, they did not put it through. Now you would think a customer that has gone through all of this, the least they could do is write up the prescription on the same day or even the next day…. Oh no, not Feltham Vets4Pets, 3 days later I am told its ready. Absolute joke of a veterinary service, all the way from management to the employees. I have now moved to a different veterinary service and I urge anyone reading this review to save yourself the stress and money and go elsewhere.

Took our 4 month old kitten to this vets as she has a slight bleed from her mouth. Was given to options 1 to send her to hospital or give some antibiotics and take her home, we asked what was the best option the vet said take her home.. progressively through the day our poor kitten got worse so I took her back to the vets.. they took our kitten into the back and left her without treatment for 30mintues while trying to arrange klarna payments for her treatment… as we couldn’t use klarna they was not interested in looking after our kitten this vets does not have any care for animals only money once 6pm came along they wanted her out no matter what was going to happen to her (she needed oxygen as she couldn’t breath due to a illness she was born with) This vets has no compassion no empathy absolutely horrible practise, I proceeded to take our kitten to a out of hours veterinary service who unfortunately couldn’t save her and we lost our poor kitten the same evening If only vets 4 pets helped instead of lining there pockets our little kitten could still be here now If your animal is sick please please do not use this vets there only good for animals injections even then who would trust them now Disgusting vets who only care about finances no love or compassion for animals I had to scream and shout before they put any oxygen on our poor kitten absolute waste of space vets

Hi everyone. I can't believe what this company done to us. I call them om the 19th July and made an appointment to travelling with my dog in holiday and they put me on the second of August and I told them I have to go by car on the 21th August. Who done the appointment she said is perfect on the second August I said I want early to be sure i can travel and she said on the second is perfect . I send my wife with the dog and she stay over there 2 hours to find is yo late for the vaccine becUd we need 21 days before travelling. My wife she crying and ask for explication 2 hours and they said they made a mistake. Now with who I will let the dog all most one month. They said to let the dog in a dog hotel and my wife ask who's gonna pay? No answer..... Now I call other company's and no one charge me more then 200£ for all this but as well is to late. This company Vets4Pets Feltham ask me for 320£ , I agree even I thought is very expensive but look what they done to me .... what I can do now ?? Please avoid avoid avoid this company. I will call a lawyer to see what I can do .....it is inadmissible

And all the shop assistants downstairs who are also all truly amazing and dedicated to their work 100% I have also been well looked after and so have my guinea pigs!! Which I have always homes from pets at home!! I took my pet rat in two weeks ago as he was showing signs of a bad chest infection. The day I called, the receptionists managed to get him an appointment the same day, which was a relief as he was becoming quite unwell. The vet was extremely informal and reassuring, as well as looked after my boy. He improved significantly since taking his medication but when finished still sounded a little croaky. I called up yesterday and managed to get a checkup for today with no trouble and now hes back on some more medicine, so hopefully he will be fully on the mend now! Even today both the receptionist and vet were so lovely and helpful, and good pricing for small animal care. Definitely will be using this vet continously from now on.

Poor customer service at front desk. I Booked two appintments for vaccination, (in Walton vets4pets i was asked to pay after 2nd-final) here after first visit no one asked for payment so I thought rules are same and I can pay when all is complete which is fair I think. Long story short I had to book another set of vaccinations and this time I was told to pay all in advance. I also was told it is my fault that first appointment hasnt been cleared- they treated me like a thief... I will never come back to you. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because cat was well served, but not the owner who decides where to spend money.

Friendly staff Very Very Very long wait times even with an appointment they are always running around 30mins - 1hr late and then tell you that your animal is suffering from stress. Yes of course they are stressed they just sat in a waiting room for 1 hr Despite the reply stating they hired more staff, the recpetion staff still tell us they are short staffed. - They cant even call you to say oh we are running 1 hr late but they will happily cancel your appointment and make you rebook if you miss your time by 5 mins.

Have received excellent professional management from the veterinary team and customer support from the front office staff since changing vet practices some 4 yrs ago and particularly since my dogs cancer diagnosis in September to give her an unexpected additional 9 months good quality of life in managing her condition and have received empathy and consideration from all the medical and front line staff for myself in supporting me for which I am extremely grateful

I am very pleased with the nurses and vet there. I don’t speak English well and I don’t understand everything,but they always explain very well about my dog ,they are patient and kind to me and my dog. But I’m not very happy with the reception,there are sometimes staff who are not kind and patient with people who do not understand and speak good English like me. But I am very pleased with the nurses and vets there . Thank you !

I've actually been wanting the opportunity for feedback since visiting as the lady I seen Cait was just amazing with my dog. She allowed me to make him comfortable and took my steer on how best to be able to examine him, I have a very excitable dog and she wasn't phased by that at all and actually took the time to not only praise him but comment on me as an owner which just made my day! I hope we get to see Cait at every visit!

I and my pets are the customers of the clinic more that 3 years. We wasn't very happy of the doctors, before our visit yesterday. We met amazing doctor Barbara. She was very good attitude, professional knowledge, very kind any polite to our stressful pet. She answered to all my questions and advised us a lot, so I am very appreciate. I really recommend Barbara and all reception team. Thank you very much for that you are doing.

Absolutely amazing service. The reception staff are the nicest and friendliest people I’ve ever met! They were so kind and understanding and also had some great advice for me. They treated me and my dog with nothing but love. The vet himself was also amazing. Such a nice, kind man. We felt completely at ease with him immediately. Very professional and knowledgeable and treated my dog with love and kindness. Excellent service.

hannah and Johnathan have been treating my pet rats jekyll and Hyde since we bought them and they have always been fantastic with my boys even though they were the ripe old age of 3 and the receptionists have all been incredibly helpful as we unfortunatly had to put them down on the 25th april and they were so supportive and jenny was an absolute star through out the whole ordeal. thank you so much guys and girls.

The reception staff can be very unhelpful especially when someone has a large dog and is frustrated because it has to be held back and confined...but instead they are horrible, they make you feel guilty for bringing your own pet in, I always feel uncomfortable in the waiting area. Having said that, the vets etc are very knowledgeable & informative. The staff on the counter downstairs are always happy to help.

This practice goes that extra mile, from the kind compassionate receptionists to the amazing vets. We’ve been coming here since we got our cat Bob from Battersea. Bob was FIV and we were told we’d probably only have him a year, but thanks to the staff here we had him for 4. Unfortunately we had to say goodbye to him last week, but leaving him with them gave us some comfort. Thank you, we will see you again.

Long waits for non urgent appointments (e.g new puppy vacs) but these guys have saved my bunnies from stasis and seen a greedy pug who has eaten things he shouldn't immediately. Also spayed and neutered both my bunnies and neutered my pug without problems and listened to my wishes not to use ACE (a seditive/anesthesia not to be used for pugs, boxers, frenchies and other flat faced breeds) friendly staff.

My previous visit was absolutely unsatisfactory. The nurse didn’t provide the care and required information. We had go home and research ourselves. Also was reluctant to administer the tablet, asked us to do it at home. Chikoo being our first pet, we were very worried and scared. The vet we saw this time was complete opposite did thorough check up and provided all required information and vaccination.

Took my dog today as he had ripped a nail, it was bleeding and he wasn't allowing me to touch it. Booked an emergency appointment and was seen 10 mins later. Receptionist was lovely! She made me feeling she remembered us but probably didn't and was just providing great customer service. My dog's nail was trimmed and cleaned within minuets he didn't even seem to notice! I was charged very reasonably.

It was our first time visiting and the experience was very straightforward and although we couldn’t go in with our pets, everything was explained clearly to us. Everyone made a big fuss of our kittens and they weren’t scared or nervous when they’re returned to us so I can only assume they were a big fan of the vet and the whole adventure which was not what we were expecting!

After having really bad experience of other vet ,we were lucky we found good veterinary practice.At reception we met lovely and kind lady Maxine, she explained about different cat plans so we bought one immediately.It will be unfair if I don't mention my cat's Vet Jona Hnan, she dealt and handled my cat's issue efficiently. It's very clean, directions are clear. Members of the staff were friendly and attentive. As a new cat owner, I was a little bit nervous but I was felt at ease throughout the visit. Instructions on how I should care for my kittens and how to treat worms and fleas were great, and when I should next get them vaccinated, wormed, and neutered. Thank you for being great!

Staff seemed knowledgeable, but not too friendly. Our appointment started 25 minutes late and was rushed through. Our questions were answered as quickly as possible, without too much explanation. The room was clean and the waiting room was comfortable for what it was, we got what we needed from the appointment, but the experience was less than satisfactory.

I was happy with everything, only one thing is not clear why pensioners who have only a pension loan pay as much as the working people. Wouldn't it be possible for them to make any discounts? Staff very welcoming and friendly, really made a difference. Vet was informative and friendly although info varied from what a friend got for puppy in same litter who went to a different vet. Makes it hard to know whether the right advice was given as it differed so much. But happy overall

Was seen same day as emergency, for foxtail in the leg very knowledgable and helpful. I was a nervous wreck regarding the finance and had also recently lost a dog 4 weeks previous to cancer and the team were very empathetic considering what state I was in. Amazing team you have at Feltham

The vets were very busy but found the time to fit us in. The vet took the time to check my cat and was able to reassure me. She also gave me two treatment options and the reason of my cat's injury. I was mostly impressed with the availability, reassurance and kindness. Money well spent!

Took our dog there and she needed medication. Some cream isaderm 15g and they charged £40 . The same cream on a recognised website under £12. They are taking the piss. Go buy your medication from the Webb , NOT from them!!!
