I just took my dog Valentina Avalos yesterday. She is a 2 year old Yorkshire, never gotten sick. The "vet" said she needed a scan to know what was going on. They charged for that of course. And they said they were "inconclusive". My husband first was told by the same vet, after the scan that because she was very tiny they cannot see in the scan what is going on with her so she needed surgery and remove her uterus. My husband asked what if that is not the issue and the vet answered well if that is not the case because she is open we can look for what is wrong. (What?). Then I arrived and she gave me this kind of speech again but she also said "we don't have the expert of the scan but our more experience person here says that we cannot see what is going on with your dog because it is too tiny". I think to this 1) why do you perform a scan if you already know you will not get any answer from it due to her size and 2) how do you dare to say such things when you don't have the expert there Someone with real competencies that would actually know how to read what is revealed in the scan? My husband and I refused to surgery without any proof that she really needed it. So the vet "changed" her attitude to ok, but her kidneys might failed due to the antibiotics. Which I know it can be possible only if the animal takes a considerable amount of antibiotics for a period of time. But then, she said ok we can have her on fluids and then perform blood test. If she is ok we will give her antibiotics. My little girl was feeling bad so my husband and I decided not to move her to another vet until she was stronger and that treatment is no harm to her (we know that from previous experience). So, at the end my little girl was just fine with her antibiotics, she didn't need the surgery. Despite the vet advice to my husband that she needed surgery over and over again the treatment was expensive when I really think she could recover more easily. Apart from the money, the most important thing is that my husband and I went through a lot of pain and worry because we love her so much. Honestly, their incompetence to make decisions and what kind of treatment my dog really needed made them tell us thinks such as your dog might die tonight if it is what we suspect, she needs to give good signs of her recovery tonight if she is even going to make it to surgery. They are just looking for the money, last time we went with these "people" if you can call them that.

Not long been a customer here as I used to use another vets for the last 26 years. Due to a horrible visit at the other vets we decided to move our animals here to Vets4pets 2 months ago. Since we have been here we haven't been able to fault them. You get a text message to remind you of your appointment. You also get a call off them if the vet you should be seeing is unavailable and you are asked if you mind seeing another vet. I have never had either of these off my previous vet. The staff here are absolutely lovely. The vets are so friendly that I really can't find a fault. They explain things thoroughly and ask you before they do anything if it's ok (never had this before either). They can even tell you how much it will cost before they do it so you know if you can afford it (once again I have never had this before). Access is available for both able bodied and disabled people. Good parking available as they share the car park with Aldi. Very easy to find as both Vets4pets and Aldi stand out on Broadgreen Road. All in all an extremely well run practice that I personally would recommend. Thank you to all of the staff and Vets here for making me realise that I made the right move in leaving my other long term vets. Definitely the correct decision. UPDATE: November 2022. There are 2 new vets which I can highly recommend for anyone wanting to know. Firstly there is the lovely Alistair who is absolutely lovely and really explains things thoroughly to you. Such a lovely wee man. Secondly there is Chris who I think is a locum at present, he definitely knows how to handle a boisterous German Shepherd as he has one himself. His attitude towards my dogs is absolutely fantastic, just like Alistair's. I would highly recommend these two men is you have a dog that needs to be seen as these 2 are so caring and actually listen to what you have to say.

Very friendly place and very thorough. Rabbits first health check and vaccinations. They included my son in the process, explaining everything they did in a way he could understand, asking and answering questions. Just for making him feel an important part of the process (it is after all his bunny), we will return for any future pet checks knowing we chose the right place. Update* 2 years in and no real answers as to bunny's condition so I'm sure that is where the majority of my frustration stems from, rather than the practice itself. However, I feel as though its taken some pushing to get medication changes, they're very keen to continue pushing medications that are having no effect which drives me crazy. I have gotten pushy myself in the hope that we get somewhere (they have now made a referral which we hope will get us some answers) In the past with Jenny we have discussed the possible need to euthanise if the condition worsens or bun experiences pain or unhappiness etc (a discreet, child friendly discussion, amazing!) so we're prepared for that if and when the time comes. However, when trying to get buns condition and meds checked (understandably tricky with current covid restrictions) a vet i have not met, who also hasn't met our bouncy little bun suggests thinking of doing the humane thing rather than provide routine assessment. That, for me was a comment made with no thought and minimal insight into current health condition. Extremely disappointed in the lack of tact on this occasion. I accept its an option we always have to be ready for in case of deterioration but it should never be a blind suggestion.

I've been going to this vets with all my pets for the past 6.5 years. I now have 4 permanent cats and 2 permanent dogs. I also foster and rescue animals as much as I can, so i have been here many many times. I trust those guys and I know they always stay on the safe side, I guess that's the reason for some of the "just about the money" accusation. Of course they will advise you to have your dog or cat blood tested when it has a surgery, otherwise you might not do it and if something pops out shortly after you will blame them! Your doctor will advise you all the same, the thing is that we are blessed with NHS and we don't have to worry about that cost. It's up to you to be reasonable and make the call at the end of the day, they just offer extra option. They responsive and accommodating people and I trust them with all my pets lifes. One time when I picked up a litter of extremely sick kittens from the streets they did everything they could to help me out with the cost offering discounts and all. Thanks to them all of the kittens survived to go and live happy lives as pampered house cats. I miss Megan as she was the soul of that place and it's a great tragedy she's not with us anymore, but those guys stayed to pick up the pieces and they are doing their bests. I feel people can sometimes be unnecessary harsh. This place is by far the best medically equipped in Liverpool. I would definitely recommend it.

I thought it's about time I share my experience with this practice... On several occasions I have found the service and staff to be of poor quality. Today my dog went for a check up on his right eye which has had an ulcer on it for nearly 2 week's, after the vet struggled to put the dye eye drops in the eye and attempting to examine my dog's eye, the vet proceeded to ask my mum to look at the eye and see if she thought the eye still had an ulcer!!! My mum is not a vet and nor does she have any medical knowledge of what to look for in terms of an ulcer on a eye, which begs the question... Why am I paying for a so called professional to examine my pet and than having them ask for a second opinion from a person who has no veterinary knowledge. Previous to this issue... I had been getting medication for my dog for about 12 month's now and recently the price of said medication has increased from around £55 to just over £77. This is a significant increase in price and when asked why the price had drastically increased, the reason I received was, it's just inflation!!! I did ask for contact details for their head office and was given a number that is not in use. As well as other incidents of incompetency by various staff, I tried to give them another chance as they are not too far in relation to where I live, but after today's incident I will not be taking my dog back to this shambles of a practice.

Very poor service from staff they all seem to have an attitude right through to the vets themselves. They diagnosed my dog with diabetes gave me no information whatsoever, only how to inject insulin. We had to go to another vets to get information on diabetes. Poor knowledge only interested in getting more money from you. Have called many times and asked to speak to manger but to avail, made a complaint and wanted to speak to vet manager about service provided from staff saying they had sent off insurance forms, only then to wait over three weeks to be informed from insurance that they hadn't got them and that the vets can email them directly to them not post them. Still waiting after making the initial complaints in June and been promised numerous Times that the vet manager will ring me and arranged times with them to be available but guess what no calls. then when you ring them it's always excuses from the staff , even though they email you with a time and date that they will rong you they dont. Pet owners beware as Jessie jay sings it's all about the money money. Not one bit interested in customer service or contacting you when you make a complaint they just bury there head. SHAME ON YOU

Took my daughters pet rabbit here about 2 years ago to get him neutered because he just had a litter. Brought him home and in a few days I found him passed away. Over the next few days 6 baby rabbits passed followed by the mother absolutely devastating for the family seeing them drop 1 by 1 having seizures etc. I later found out they had contracted the RHDV virus from the vet. I get we are partly responsible for not knowing rabbits need vaccinations but as a vet you’d expect the premises to be virus free. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this still plays on our mind and the vet held no responsibility for this even though it was obvious the male brought the virus home after being neutered, they even offered us the vaccine for the mother “we had to pay” knowing it wouldn’t save her. Traumatised my kids. After doing a lot of research and speaking to a solicitor I am now taking legal action as this is unacceptable my kids were traumatised by this and still are the vet tried to distance themselves despite the time frame being accurate as it has a 3 day incubation period.Disgusting they obviously do not care about animals and just after the cash

very poor experience here. Scheduled an appointment about 2 weeks in advance. turned up to the appointment and found out it had been cancelled. They had called me about 30 minutes prior but as I was driving and getting my cat into her carrier I wasn't checking my phone. Such short notice for a cancellation. The receptionist could not have cared less about the inconvenience. They said the check-up appointment we scheduled isn't supposed to be on a weekend and a staff member incorrectly scheduled us?? so unprofessional. will not be returning. If the appointment was improperly scheduled they had 2 weeks to let me know but decided to share that information less than an hour beforehand. When I had already gone through the difficulty of transporting my cat and the journey.

We were treated decently by the staff, however a £30 checkup turned into a £125 visit. I was pleased the vet was so thorough and spent so much time with us considering it was supposed to be just 15 minutes. However, upon mentioning my dog had had diarrhea ONCE that morning, probably due to nerves on the bus, we had to pay for probiotics which seemed unnecessary. I was also made to feel very scared about various health concerns, some of which made sense but others seemed to just to be getting money from me. I decided to go for a second opinion from another vet, who said the appointment I had had previously seemed a bit over the top. The health concerns could be monitored and managed by me, and to bring her back if anything got worse.

We took our cat Bella here Friday the 23rd of April, Doctor McManus was the one to look her over. He was absolutely amazing, so nice to her, extremely competent, and so so helpful. We didn't know what was up with her so the doctor checked her over thoroughly and was able to reassure us that she was not hurt. He explained how to administer the anti inflammatories very patiently so that we felt confident once we got home. I really appreciate doctor McManus' help with Bella, after the first dose she perked up immediately! Within a day after being seen, our little girl is almost back to normal. I also very much appreciate that you were able to see her within a day of us ringing up. Thank you everyone at the clinic!

My dog had a potential life threatening health issue (severe and acute pancreatitis) and the vets and nurses effectively nursed him back to health during a three day and two night stay in the vet hospital (split between Vets4Pets and VetsNow). We initially did not have an appointment but an appointment was set up immediately and quick actions were taken to make him more comfortable and start his recovery. The two vets involved in his treatment were excellent at explaining everything and were genuinely concerned for Alfie. They looked after a very upset owner (me) also!! Alfie is a very barky dog and everyone at the practice put up with his incessant barking for three days. A big thank you to the whole practice.

  • Andrew Pankhurst

They messed up my follow up appointment, told me it was in February, when it was actually mid January. I missed the cut off date for my kittens booster, and now I’m being told to go on a waiting list. Which actually isn’t the issue - it’s that the manager basically told me that I was, in so many words, mistaken and that they couldn’t have possibly messed up the appointment time. Not listening to a word I was saying, aside from coming up with an excuse for everything I was telling him. To the point where I had to end the call. Apparently I was imagining being told I had an appointment for February, and now as a result I’m expected to pay for another two vaccines - so three altogether.

Just took my cat in for tooth extraction and was shown list of items that where extra to the price agreed at time of diagnosis ,the extra cost was in excess of £100.00 on top of £300.00 for the removal of the tooth. Having already explained our limited budget it felt like we where being pressured into paying an amount we could not afford, the form you sign says you will pay for the treatment provided so you can easily be put in debt by all the add onons that are not disclosed at the time of diagnosis ,feel a little bit let down by the practice when the welfare of the pet should be the focus not how much money can be squeezed out of the client.

It may have been 5 stars but we have only been once. Our dog is very vocal nervous on vet visits. We came expecting to be let down again. But the vet came out to us and examined him in the car park so he would not get any more stressed. He has a sore leg and she manipulated the leg and then listened to his heart manipulated his stomach and said that we had two options pain/antinflamitorys then if that didnt work a xray. But for the first time in 5yrs he was examined even though he was nervous vocal we are sill a bit shocked and thanked the vet. Lets hope that we can now call this our vet. Still in shock a vet examined him!!

I took my fur baby in to be put to sleep. I then was told it was ok to pay the day after 07/08. I went in first thing the next morning, I was told she would be taken away to be cremated that afternoon. I was told she would be home on the 21/08 I could not wait to have my baby home. I rang at least 5 times that day and again was told she had not been brought back yet. I then called again and was told that all that time my baby was still in there practice and she was not even taken. I was absolutely devastated they lied to me over and over. I then had to wait due to bank holiday I am hoping she will be home asap.

The staff are always wonderful, it was really stressful leaving my cat as a day patient however, I had no concerns about his wellbeing. I knew he was looked after well. The vets is clean, tidy and very organised. Updated 08/12/22: I have two more cats now living with my partner Vets4Pets as always so helpful in making me and my girls so comfortable, I've put them in today has day patients for MicroChip and Spay (2-in-1) so it's less invasive and negative effect - we'll be picking them up again today and they're going to keep me updated real time on WhatsApp! - fantastic service and all of the staff are lovely.

I attended with my Great Dane and she was treated with so much love and respect. she was really sceptical at first with the new smells and sights of a vets, but soon as the reception staff, nurses and vets seen she was anxious the made a huge fuss of her and made her feel so welcome and relaxed The vet was outstanding explaining everything in detail down to treatment options right through to cost of treatments I would highly recommend this practice High standard care from start to finish Well done to all the staff at vets for pets old swan!!

  • Chris 84

Honestly, I'd caution anybody about taking an older pet here. Their first suggestion will be: "put it to sleep". If you're really lucky, they may infer that a pet that's been treated like a prince for 12 years is somehow suffering (based on a 90 second snapshot), then proceed to make a thinly veiled threat, using an animal charity that you yourself donate to. I'd never ever ever go to one of these again & I cancelled my direct debit with the animal charity in question (that was set up over 20 years ago), wrote to them & told them why.

  • Lauryn Hall

Vets4Pets is amazing, we turned up late to have our rabbit vaccinated due to traffic and they were still able to fit us in despite us missing our appointment and were late. The vet explained everything to us about the vaccinations and also about the neutering which we have booked him in to do. The ladies at reception were lovely and friendly are we’re able to explain to us the times and things we needed to bring when he is neutered! Overall very happy with my experience here and will definitely be using this place as my vets!

  • Sarah Smith

Been going here for years, definitely going downhill, rude/argumentative staff who act like you are an inconvenience, getting charged for meds they didn't have in, they don't have painkillers, wormer, nothing, and never an appointment when I need one. Been getting charged 24 a month for flea and wormer for one of my dogs and not receiving it becuase the vet hadn't seen my dog in 12 months (even though it was during covid). Really not happy with service lately. I am gonna have to look elsewhere, my pets deserve better!!!!!

  • Suzanne Murray

Fabulous from the minute I got there with my bichon frise Milo .he was looked after and helped for the short time he had left.everything explained and just caring ,even though we lost him .I went back just over a week later to collect Milos ashes and still brokenhearted I took some chocolate for staff as they where all fantastic with my Milo at the end ,even getting him back home I even got paw prints and fur cuttings ,you all made a devastating time just that little bit better thankyou for caring you are all fabulous

  • brad c

Wanted a flea treatment for our dog, although registered, you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for what should be a simple and straight forward transaction. Prices are sky high, fully reccomend shopping around. We also thought being registered at one "vets for pets" meant you could use any branch, but nooooo. You have to use the one you registered at, but guess what, for an extra fee, you can pay to register at another branch to get a consultation and then start again. Strongly think about using this vets.

  • David Worthington

The worst vet I have ever known I have taken my two dogs there one had a ear infection paid £100 to get it look at with ear drops lost my ear drops phone them up give they the details of what I need for more ear drops but they said no you've got to get another check u. My mum truck my other dog day last week £110 pound to see them with a quote of 2 to £300 for operation so we said yes took the dog today it's gone up to £850 just for a little lump on her lip I would not advise anyone to go here

  • stampylongnose Edwards

Very friendly staff, always caring for pets and owners. We have a cat, rabbits and dogs with the practice. We had a little dog had to be put to sleep last year following an incident knocked down due to being frightened by fireworks, she escaped totally out of character, and the staff went to the en-call vet picked her up and did paw impressions which my granddaughter who had autism wanted, and the en-call vet couldn't do. They are exceptional, caring in every way.

  • Woody C

Fantastic service provided for when I took my dog here to be neutered. The staff where lovely, praised him for his looks (all white husky) and treated him with such care. Even reassured myself as I know it's a simple procedure but taking a member of the family to have it done is another matter. Upon picking him up afterwards they where so kind and told me how they looked after him after he woke up and was a bit lost looking for me. Highly recommended vets!

  • Sarah Rigby

Been brilliant with our aged cat, especially Mykalina the vet. Have been really thorough and also were excellent over lockdown. Still awesome with the even more aged cat, who is becoming famous there. She's been an inpatient today so hopefully she's OK. As vets they've been very thorough whilst trying to keep prices down and I feel that they have the balance about right, and they are very clear explaining what options you have and the costs involved.

  • Anthony Ainsworth

Took my dog here today. He has been suffering a terrible cough. Fair enough that the consultation cost £36. I left the vets not knowing anymore than I did when I walked in there. Unfortunately refused to give any medication to help my dog relive his cough. Was more or less about the money. Was told it was cost nearly £1000 for a x-ray and a blood test. That's without treatment. Literally disgusted. And these people love animals ? I think not!

  • Ruth

Alistair was remarkable as was the lady on reception on Saturday at 1pm. My cat was brought in as an emergency and on arrival they were all stood at the door and took him straight away. They made what was a very traumatic experience for my cat, as smooth running as possible. Never experienced such quick thinking staff before, an absolute credit to Vets for Pets. Please tell them that Snorkel is doing much better and resting up.

  • Amy Hitchman

Can't recommend enough. Having been to other vetinary surgeries in the past I wouldn't go anywhere other than here now. Staff are wonderful, so kind and helpful and genuinely can't do enough to help. Consultations are discussed fully prior to treatment and the vets on each occasion we've been have included the children which was a great special touch. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and most of all a clean surgery!

  • Simone Adlen

We were advised that turbulent dispense the flea working treatment without seeing missy. So appointment made. Was told it was with a get otherwise we wouldn't of gone tornadoes for nusre. Hence the cost of treatment and what they call a health check. £87 ...not a happy customer . Raised a compliant which is getting investigated. I await their response...if I'm not happy I'll be moving vets that's for sure

  • Krzysztof JAWORSKI

I am very pleased with the visit to Mrs. Ewa, I received a lot of additional information, a very professional and kind approach to the pet. May there be more such people in the team and also in other clinics. I also have to commend the ladies at the reception, very nice and helpful. I can recommend 100% to everyone The team at Liverpool Old Swan - Vets4Pets. greetings

Was helped by a wonderful girl named Ashleigh who I believe went the extra mile for our Daisy when we came in. She was very caring and compassionate and made our pup feel right at home. So thank you Ashleigh in particular. Very friendly staff who definitely care about your pets. Clean and organised. I would highly recommend this place for your pets!

  • Bernadette Clare

In November, my beautiful rescue greyhound crossed the rainbow bridge at this practice. I received nothing but kindness and their care for the dog was gentle and loving. I have recently acquired a cat and needed to begin her vaccinations again. The vet was very clear in her explanations of the care she would need and actually seemed to like the cat.

  • Julie Nolan

We would like to thank the staff who looked after us on 16/03/2020 when our little dog Benji was put to sleep . We were all treated kindly and considerately by all the staff on what was one of the saddest days of our lives. Thank you for all the care you showed to both us and Benji it really meant a lot to us. Love from the Nolan family.

  • Patricia Duffy

Took my dog there for months, they never once said he wouldn't get better. Took loads of money off me because we had no insurance. We had to get him put to sleep on a New Years Day in a Emergency PDSA vet. Which wasn't that nice. Will never get over him and certainly will never use that vet! My blood runs cold when I walk passed it!!!!

  • erin wynne

Sadly my gorgeous boy Reggie passed away due to a severe gastro illness but Niamh, Michalina and the nursing team worked tirelessly to try to support him and care for him. I can honestly say they explored all options to support him and outlined all routes I could go down. I am so grateful for their support during this horrible time.

  • Ti gi

This vets helped my dog, they saved my dog who swallowed a food glove. Our family is very grateful to Dr. Alastair McManus (Veterinary Surgeon ), who is really smart and quickly figured out how to help my dog Rocky and a big thank you to him and I wish there were more doctors as kind and smart as him. …

  • Christine Mason

I was tested Covid positive so unable to attend surgery The vet gave me a phone consultation I Emailed photos which she viewed The vet was excellent and went out of her way to help ,even dropping medication for Kiera at my home. Always happy with the girls on the desk and the vets

  • Gina Cottier

As a past customer I already had high expectations of this practise, and happily these were met. Excellent staff with friendly efficient manner, positive attitude and superb people and pet skills, even though my boy is a goofball. I have always recommended this vets, and will continue to do so.

  • Thomas Meadows

Took exceptional care of our cat. The vet Kate took one look at Zorro and realized straight away he needed immediate care. All the staff are friendly and love animals. We have used vets4pets for 8 years and have 3 cats that attend regular. We truthfully don't have a bad word to say about them.

  • Jade

Friendly kind and efficient. Took amazing care of my cat and made sure she was comfortable during her time there. Vet and nurses highly professional, explaining to me everything that would happen. Quick to respond when making the appointment and getting my cat checked in even with the virus.

  • carmen B

Took the kitten earlier today, clean and tidy and the staff in reception were nice and welcoming, Had a good experience didn't think it was too expensive and the Vet was really nice load of information and cat was relaxed he got his 1st needle didn't even flinch five stars from me …

  • Kathryn Nolan

The very ordinary meds my dog was prescribed are available online for £22.03. The practice charged me £71.63 & used bulk purchasing as an excuse. It's a franchise, they're everyday meds and the online prices still represent adequate profit for those businesses. It's exploitative and immoral.

  • Polly Kavanagh

The vet made my pups first visit as pleasant as possible and explained everything in great detail. The pack provided had some great tips and helpful information in also. I hope not to be a frequent visitor except for yearly treatments but know my pets would be in safe hands if necessary.

  • Diane Howard Conroy

As always all members of staff were friendly and professional and had my dog's best interests at heart. My dog was well taken care of and has been great since his appointment. I was very impressed with the COVID measures put in place and felt safe and comfortable at Vets4Pets Old Swan.

  • Dawn Brown

Needed an appointment for an injury to my dog. Rang at 6pm, told to ring back at 8.30 next morning. Got one for that morning. No problem. Nurse remembered the dog from last year, very good with my dog. Explained everything, took an interest. Would use again, very professional.

  • Louise “LouLou” Whalley

Really happy with the service here from ALL the staff. Professional caring staff from the first phone call to the first clinic visit. Great visit with super nervous chihuahuas for their nails clip today. The nurses were so patient and thorough. Always have great service here.

  • Christine Jones

All staff were friendly and helpful, everything was explained clearly to me and Fudge was well looked after during his visit and I felt very confident leaving him in the practices care, which hasn't been the case for me when I've used other veterinary practices in the past

  • Yinyangyo

Everybody was so friendly and professional. They put my dog at ease and the vet was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The other member of staff (Emma) was so lovely and really made a fuss of our dog. She gave him loads of attention that really put him at ease.

  • Brigitta Beloczki

I was with my 11 weeks old Puppy for the emergency appointment the doctor is was very kind i forgot her name but she was so professional she tell me everything what am i ask. So i can recommended everyone for this Vets Thank you so much everthing you the best …

  • M O

Disappointed with the level of information that was give. I wish the vet would have discussed with me before hand the procedure and the cost, before taking my pet in, then ask me to pay and only to come and given me the correct information after. Not best please!

  • Kirsten Arding

Unbelievable staff and very caring vets. I'm new to the whole pet insurance thing and they have been so helpful and knowledgeable about the process. The vets have made sure our pooch gets the best care for them. Would highly recommend taking your animals here.

  • Samantha Lawrie

Fantastic service. Ewa was just incredible and truly cared for my cat Spot I thought he was never coming home, but Ewa worked through the possible causes of his illness and found a treatment that meant he came home. I cannot rate them highly enough …

  • Josh Cameron

Very helpful staff and the vet was fantastic give us so much good advice really took a lot of time and was very thorough with my dog's examinations. She put my mind at ease even though It wasn't the best of news there was options and several treatments

  • M P

Great service and the staff is amazing! I moved quite a bit around the UK, and I have to say the the receptionists, the vets and the nurses are the best I have met so far. Always very welcoming and ready to answer any questions. Highly recommended

  • Kate Weston-Polak

Both Michaelina and Blaise have really pulled out all the stops to help Snowy all. They are both extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about his health. All options are clearly outlined and knowing I can email any questions is a massive help.

Awful service! Tried to call to let know was going to be late as I couldn't find the practice very rude receptionist who has been quiet rude a few times when phoning. Quiet happy have averted giving any money to this place sounds like a shambles!

  • Kirst Jones

I phoned up as my cat was not very well and was told to bring him straight to the vets. Waited a couple of minutes and was taken straight in. Throughly examined and a plan in place. Vet explained everything to me. Signed up to pet plan when there

  • Vicky Reynolds

I turned up a MONTH early for our appointment. But instead of sending us home the Receptionist checked to see if we could be fitted in. They were BRILLIANT. We got seen to and was well looked after. Thank You All Very Much. ME & Sadie Reynolds

I would like to say that Chloe the vet was amazing. She explained all the treatment options available to me and also gave her honest opinion. Apart from having a very poorly dog (he seems much better today) ilit was a very satisfactory visit.

  • Mcj (Mcj)

I went here last week with my cat to get her sprayed. I ended up paying more for the treatments because they kept on saying she needs all this. It's not the vets there just doing there job it's this big vet company there just want your money.

  • johanna kevan

Excellent service, treated my dog very well. Gave good, honest advice. This place doesn't operate just for the sake of making money and genuinely appears to care for the animals they treat. Not overly expensive either. Great value for money.

  • Rachael Davies

Such an amazing veterinary. Went in with my dog who had just been attacked in the park, they were kind, attentive and extremely thoughtful to my feelings too. Couldn't of came out asking for more - plus dog is on the mend. Thank you!

  • Jessica Jones

Disgusting service never picked up on hernia with my pup and then when asked why this happened they had attitude rolling eyes and when I told them not to do that I got barred from the vet and kicked out disgusting all round

  • H Carroll

Wonderful, caring staff and expert advice from the vets. Not pushed to have unnecessary treatment like some vets can, but we were given the option to monitor a condition for a while instead. Lovely clean airy practice too.

  • Mandy White

Great vets, Gemma who was my vet on the day was very pleasant and helpful. First time I've used vets4pets and I will definitely be using them more often. Receptionist could do with cheering up tho.. not the friendliest
