"Great staff who really love animals"
"The Staff are not all very welcoming and caring"
"First time for going with y new puppy"
"Store is good, not a vast amount of choice when it comes to dog toys and they never in stock of some items im looking for, however service is pretty good in all sections and staff always try to give an answer to questions, even if they are sometimes wrong, but the effort to please is there"
"I have always received great service from this store"
Great staff who really love animals. They have extensive knowledge of the animals they see. Attentive and caring. They listen to your concerns and are very gentle. Have been going to them for 4+ years with our rabbit. She is never nervous or distressed when we go for her vaccinations and nail clippings. Highly recommend.
The Staff are not all very welcoming and caring. The head vet is rude wanted to over charge me for something my pet did not wrong with it. I’ve since left them and joined a neighbourhood vet which are 100 percent better. And did I say cheaper and more welcoming and accurately diagnose my pets health.
First time for going with y new puppy. Microchipping and vaccinations. Good value and clean. Lift for disabled. Very open. Appointments needed. Only down fall, reception is to open and everyone can hear your conversation. Outside disabled parking available and located inside the pets at home store.

I have always received great service from this store. It is very well run. The Assistants go out of their way to give the best service. I have been able to order from the store and the goods have been delivered in good time and in good condition. Many thanks, Pets at Home!
Proactive reach out to recognise we have a senior dog & offered a senior pet check (didn’t realise this was a benefit of our health care plan) got an appointment & in depth questionnaire to fill before & nurse was brilliant. Results were quick. Overall amazing experience
Avoid this place at all costs. They only care about your money, not you or your pet. Please go to another local vet - their pet plans are cheaper. Stop buying anything from this company. It is independently run, so whoever is running this one, you're doing a BAD JOB!
Receptionist was so brunt and rude and didn't even answer my question, just went straight into prices and completely ignored what I said! Sounds like theyre in a rush and just want to go through all calls asap with no attention to what customers actually need
My cat had been missing for 3 weeks. My normal vet couldnt fit me in. The vet was bery supportive of her needs and gave me the best advise to help het her weight back on. Best of all i had my baby back and the vet gave me peace of mind that she was ok.
The reception staff and the vets are amazing. Truly personal service from start to finish, with genuine compassion. Even after all the staff changes, I am still delighted with the service here. Have heard some stories but not experienced them.
Avoid these egregious money hungry fearmongers. Went in because I was worried about my cat and the vet came out saying he was too small, his kidneys too large, that she was really "worried" etc etc and that she wanted to run tests totalling
I have been a customer for a few years now... I have the annual plan and all. I think you are very over priced. I know it's London but still its very expensive. Last year I paid for an Animal Health Certificate 164 pounds and this year you
The receptionists are all very polite and very helpful and fitted my dog in on the same day as her problem. The vet was very explanatory with my dogs problem, to treat her and aftercare information. My dog is very nervous and the vet made
On Friday 3rd March '23 I took our cat 'Smudge' to a Weight Clinic appointment and saw Meg who was absolutely fantastic. The clinic cost £10 but it was so well worth it as Meg took the time to examine Smudge who is definitely over weight.
We had to take our puppy to Vets4Pets as our registered vets didn’t stock the Lepto 2 vaccine our breeder had given to our puppy as a first dose before we picked her up. When we went to get the second dose of Lepto 2 the new vets advised
Love it here... Staff always helpful and great with advice. Animals always look healthy and cared for. Great deals and lots of parking which is handy. If there is ever anything you need staff can never help enough. Plus there is the vets
Very very expensive. I pay £34 for a kittens first vaccine and microchip at vets for pets romford but here exactly the same thing costs £91...what an absolute rip off. The receptionist was nice and the woman vet I saw was ok but she did
I can’t believe this vet still open with so many bad reviews, they ripped money out of they customers that end up paying for expensive treatment with no need for it , the vet simple refuse to give you a simple medication prescription,
Been registered with this clinic for 3 years since we got our first cat. Always pleasant and knowledgeable. Great services and care taken of the animals. Felt comfortable to leave one of the cats there for her spaying and the vets and
The receptionist are extremely rude and when you have a conversation with them, they send you a warning letter stating you was ‘Violent, Aggressive and producing abusive behaviour and language’. They are absolutely racist pushing this
Everyone is always super friendly and accommodating. Our dog always gets seen in a decent amount of time and all the receptionists are attentive, respectful and knowledgeable. You can tell everyone really cares.
From my first interaction with the vet, she was rude and condescending. She took away my cat and returned shortly to try and belittle me without any facts which I immediately shut her down.
Update on my previous review: They were very accommodating. I called the day before, a bit panicked as my dog was starting to be ill. The receptionist was knowledgeable and helped me deal
Receptionists continue to be rude, unhelpful and dismissive. I know dealing with the general public can be demanding but please remember part of your job is to help people and be polite!
Just to say a huge thank you to Megan at the vets4 pets reception desk. Very professional lady, very helpful. I wish that more people were kind like she was. Big thank you from Benji
Staff are not friendly, scam extra money on top of almost every visit, helpless and expensive . Will look for other vet , warning : they can’t deal with non well behaved animals
Excellent service from reception and the vet, very friendly and very knowledgeable also. Extremely good with out young cat and the handling of her. highly recommend
What's with the vet asking if I've got a face mask or a proof of vaccination card?? It's not 2021 anymore. And both of those things have been scientifically proven
Stay away! Worst vet we have ever had. We got accused of refusing to pay an unpaid bill and the manager deleted our account without informing us first.
If you love your pet, don't do them a massive disservice by bringing them here. They do not care about you or your pet, only about money.
Had to come in for a rabbit emergency and was seen so very fast and they were so lovely with my two! Always grateful for their service!
Been going here for years, its so different now and certainly not like it was 7-8 years ago. Not friendly at reception, quite abrupt.
If there was zero stars that’s what I’d give. The worst place to take your pet. Only after your money. Take your pets somewhere nice
The only place I buy my fish from and so far I have got some very pretty fish .. Friendly and informative staff and good prices.
A vet that has absolutely no clue works here! Originally we took our wonderful dog in for a review of her tooth as it had
Excellent vet very helpful and very caring. Nothing was hard work and the vet was amazing
Usually very well stocked but this recent visit was totally lacking in stock
Very good professional and friendly service. Would highly recommend.
Good one for your pets, very friendly n supportive staff members.
