Dear Attila, I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and disgust at the recent experience my beloved pet, Teddy, and I had at your veterinary clinic. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness displayed by one of your vets, Dr. Robert, during our interaction has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the standard of care provided at your establishment. Let me begin by stating that the initial treatment provided to Teddy a month ago, by a different vet who was genuinely professional and compassionate, was commendable. I am genuinely grateful for her expertise in extracting a single grass seed from Teddy's ear and advising us to return if there were any further issues. However, the events that unfolded during our recent visit have left a bitter taste in my mouth. Today, Teddy was experiencing considerable pain and discomfort, necessitating another visit to your clinic. Upon completion of his treatment, I sought feedback and had some questions to ask the attending vet. Unfortunately, I was connected to Dr. Robert, who demonstrated an unacceptable level of rudeness and unprofessional behaviour during our conversation. I was merely seeking clarification and expressing my concerns, but he responded dismissively and abruptly, suggesting that he had no time for my inquiries and abruptly terminated the call. I must emphasize that all calls to your clinic are recorded, and I strongly urge you to review the recording of my conversation with Dr. Robert. It will reveal the disrespectful and condescending way he spoke to me, as if I were insignificant and ignorant. Such behaviour from a medical professional is entirely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your clinic. I had the opportunity to speak with Louise, who provided a much-needed apology for Dr. Robert's behaviour. She informed me that he is a locum, which only adds to my concern. I demand a detailed explanation for his appalling conduct and request the locum details, as I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the relevant authorities about his conduct. Moreover, the distressing encounter with Dr. Robert has had serious repercussions on my family. I regrettably raised my voice at my sister due to the frustration caused by the vet's behaviour, and this has deeply upset both my mother and sister. I expect someone from your clinic to contact me promptly to discuss this matter further and address my grievances in a satisfactory manner. You can reach me at +971 585335430 or +447961 750 487. This situation has left me so appalled that I am determined to take this matter to the highest level possible, no matter the cost, to ensure that such unprofessionalism and disrespect are rectified and prevented from recurring in the future. As a dedicated pet owner who entrusts the well-being of my furry family members to your clinic, I had expected a much higher standard of care and professionalism. I sincerely hope that this complaint will be taken seriously, and that appropriate action will be taken to address the issues raised. Looking forward to a prompt and meaningful response from your end. Yours sincerely, Jahney Selva
Hello, on Saturday i had emergency visit to my local vet, when arrived in the waiting area i was comforting my cat to not be scared for him, my bag was open on top and my hand was inside just to stroke my cat. And when vet approached me, he didn't say hello, or how can i help you? he straight away said to me : close the bag: its the rules!! so i said no problem rules are rules, but may i ask you why then one of yours receptionist dog Buddy is always without a leash and approaching other animals including my cat, and my dog which has attacked one time few years ago? i understand we are not alone in the practice and rules has to be, but why they are for patient but not for practice? so vets answer was ' my dog goes where he likes to go'!!!!! so he took my cat inside for check up . after few minutes he came out and shouted that i Must neuter my cat!!!! not just suggest that you might consider to do that, but you Must!!!! My answer was that i dont think to do that now, that is my oppinion, so he raised his voice again, and rudely said that i still must. So my answer was that i didn't came to argue, i just came for emergency app for my cat, so please tell me situation, give medicine and i will go. We are patients wit practice so many years, many vets have changed here, but never had such bad experience!!! now i don't wanna comeback for more app just because of this vet, i don't trust him anymore, and don't wanna him to check on them!!! The vet was italian guy. So be careful with your animals, if he can treat people rudely s how we can trust our beloved animals to him !!!
Absolutely disappointed with the level of professionalism here! Vets4pets have had our dogs registered with them since we got them. We recently got a new puppy at 8 weeks old, who unfortunately took a turn for the worse. We desperately tried to get an emergency appointment and vets4pets we’re not interested. We were told over the phone that she would be fine. We then turned up to see if they could still help, we were told that they would have not have turned down seeing her as she is so young. That contradicted itself straight away and we were left stranded looking for more help! It’s not great when this is where they are registered and most places don’t accept dogs unless they are registered with them. Had to drive to Staines, vet said dog might not survive, this messing around cost us valuable time that could of made the difference. Feel like moving all our pets to a different provider as this one generally just looks to line their pockets, I have found most of the staff rude whenever we have gone.
Money > Pets Health Only 2 things to say about Vets4Pets in general. They exist to make money. ( most small vets are happy to split costs and do what they can to avoid costing the customer an arm and a leg because their passion is in saving animals and they appreciate repeat business if its necessary ). Vets4Pets do no offer this, based on my 7 years at Pets at Home i can confirm this. Finally, i took my German Shepard in for a routine booster in the South Ruislip store. She had a clean bill of health her whole life and was only trying Vets4Pets as i worked their...2weeks later she died of a suddenly in my arms without anything diagnosed as the issue to cause death and just a generic assumption of " Heart defect " which is preposterous for a dog that was 7 years old with never so much as a broken nail. Avoid these guy's and take them to Arden house in Ruislip if you're able to. 5star all the way around from fixes to finances.
I did not have an appointment but the nurse took mine & my cats details. She said she did not have any availability at the moment but we could wait. Because of covid-19 she asked us to wait outside as there was already people in the waiting area. After about half an hour she called to say we could go up. I explained to the vet what was wrong with Beans & he took her in to his room. Again because of covid-19 we could not go in with them. They were about 20 minutes then bought Beans out & explained what was wrong with her & what he had given her, she had cat flu but it was not something that could not be treated. Then explained about the medication we have to give her & that if she wasn't eating in the next 24 hours to bring her back. The nurse then told me how much to administer & when. I paid then left. Beans started eating that evening & is almost over it & back to her old self.
We spoke to the receptionist who told us that they’ve booked our appointment for the wrong day. There’s nothing they can do, we can wait for a cancelation or an open window. Meanwhile my dog bleeds on their floor. They offered no advice on how to care for her wound, no gauze to cover or clean it. We were repeatedly told they could do nothing since we had no appointment even though that was their mistake. A company that claims to care about the wellbeing of animals (“Putting your pets first” their slogan) had no compassion for her at all. Rather than offer any assistance at all, they brought out a mop to clean her blood after we decided to leave. The kicker my brother went back in to ask for some bandages to cover her foot at least, “sorry you’re not a customer, you’ve decided to leave so I can't give it away for free”.
Izzy was the vet whom saw me and my kitten. Having experience of many vets , and being able to let you know that I have been to Goddard in Northolt , I can already say IN JUST ONE VISIT, that you’re miles ahead . Miles ahead . We have not had good experiences at Goddard and thought we could trust a recognised brand. But myself and my wife can say we are vet4pets for life . The vet who saw me was empathetic to the feelings I had when I lost my last few kittens and cats to extremely rare diseases. Rare as such that the RVC took my kittens as patients for free because they wanted to see what they could do solve the situation. The lead vet who used to work at Goddard ( Alexander ) really reminds me of Izzy, just a gentle and nice person . The rest of Goddard have no empathy or understanding
All the staff are always fantastic with both of my dogs, they are so kind and have so much patience with both of the dogs and us, nothing is to much for them. They always have time to stop and explain everything to us in great detail and make sure our dogs are calm and comfortable each time they visit. My ONLY concern is that is have a physical disability and more often than not the lift upto the vet is not working, therefore it makes it extremely difficult for me to access the vets getting up and down the stairs. Also the reason one of my dogs is receiving treatment from you is for a problem with his leg so he too struggles with the stairs. So if the lift could be sorted out once and for all we would be EXTREMELY grateful, otherwise your doing a fantastic job, THANK YOU
I brought my dog in a urgent case as she suffered from sudden imbalances and head tilt. The vet spent 20 mins alone and concluded 3 things of which one was to consder putting her down because of the cost of a scan is 3-6 grand. No tests were done and she managed to conclude to put the dog down. Unbelievable. Shocking service i) I got a second opinion who clarified it's unlikely to be a tumour as suggested by vets4u. They did several tests and stated it's not possible to diagnose further without imagine ii) Imagine (CT) cost £690 not 3-6 grand! As you can imagine this shocked my mother into stress .Very unhelpful and a third opinion also suggested alternative diagnositics. Will not use vet4pets again.
The whole team took my emergency seriously and were extremely understanding to my pets needs. Raff took excellent care of my rabbit and helped me feel at ease during the whole situation. The nurse Leanne I believe was also extremely patient with my calls on updates on my bunny and showed real knowledge and care towards me and my pet. Couldn’t be happier with this service as it saved my bunnies life and didn’t cost a fraction of what I paid at an emergency service. The level of expertise and care was also incomparable. Best vet clinic we have been to and we have been to many ! Raff and Leanne were superstars !!!
The recepionst was so helpful i cant thank her enough. I bought my puppy star in who is 11 weeks old in a bag i thought she couldnt climb out of well she did and it was a nightmare to hold her she was trying to jump out of my arms so the lovely lady got the nurse and she was able to go into a room while i went downstairs to buy a more appropriate carrier for star. Big thanks to the Nurse and the wonderful vet who took his time explaining what i neeeded to know his knowledge patience and friendly manner is beyond words. Thank you so much to a wonderful team and see you again soon for more treatments.
The member of staff I dealt with kept me fully informed throughout as due to the regulations around COVID-19 I was not allowed into the treatment room. I felt reassured that they took great care of my cat and she was not traumatised at all afterwards, which is amazing as she is a nervous cat abs she did have a small procedure . Very impressed and would highly recommend this vets practice to anyone. I would like to extend my thanks and deepest gratitude to the male nurse who I dealt with , he was extremely knowledgeable, informed and caring . I felt my precious cat was in safe hands
Went in for a routine check up for my British short hair cat. I didn't wear a mask as I am exempt with due to my severe asthma and being pregnant. As per usual I showed my card to show that I am indeed exempt from wearing a mask. The receptionist proceeded to snatch the card out of my hand to "verify" and handed it back to me in a rude manner. She also was rather unprofessional in her tone and barely spoke a lick of English preferring to rely on hand gestures for communication. Overall it was a negative experience and I will not be coming again.
This is the WORST vet I’ve come across. The receptionists are rude, untrained and unprofessional. The receptionists are outright discriminative and I’m considering bringing a legal claim against the vet for professional negligence, having cause my kitten an infection. The receptionists (especially the Asian one) are uneducated and need to be trained. Avoid Vets4Pets and do yourself a favour by going to another vet. I’ve since had to transfer over to Medivet, who provide a more reliable, professional and personal service.
Very unimpressed with the service and care received at this vets. One vet in particular has very poor interaction with both the animals and owners and we were unimpressed during both routine injections and during emergency treatment. The surgery had no sense of urgency and left us in the waiting room while routine cases were prioritised, despite understanding the urgency of the situation. Having used a couple of vets in the local area during the course of our cats illness - I would really recommend going elsewhere.
We just got a new puppy, no previous dog experience and our first trip to the vet was amazing. He talked us through the key points with the puppy, slowly explained all that needed to be done and we left feeling calm and happy. Puppy was also fine, he handled her with care. The reception staff were great too and we signed up for the care plan so we dont have to worry about flea/worming treatments etc as it's all provided. Really handy being able to then go shopping downstairs in pets at home too!
Staff are professional and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for the Reception staff, they will always assist you. Alll the vets who meet my pet are always complimentary of her. One said recently "she's very sweet, she doesn't have a bad bone in her body". On another occasion another vet just fell in love with her, giving her loads of cuddles. For a first time pet owner I feel assured in their company, so I know my kitty is in safe hands. Thank you Greenford Vets for Pet's.
Have taken my rats to Greenford a couple of times now. All staff encountered are extremely friendly and helpful. They take a lot of interest and spend time getting to know the animals before checking them over. When they needed a treatment plan I was offered various options with pros and cons of each explained to me. I always feel confident that my pets are in excellent hands. Can definitely recommend from a small animal perspective.
Both my pets have been seeing the vet at greenford for the past 4 yrs now and we have always had a great experience with the vet and all the nurses and reception team.I cannot fault the quality of service that we as a family receive from greenford branch.excellent quality of care and customer service has always been available.whether it has been a routine health care plan visit or a visit that needs more attention we love the team.
Wow. This place was a life saver on a Sunday afternoon for being open after our dog got attacked by some off-lead dog in the park in Wembley. They not treated our dog with the utmost care and saw him right away, they also were so reassuring and put our minds at full ease. Throughout the stitches, they kept nurturing our puppy. Huge props to Renee (vet) and Leanna who was at the front desk. We loved both of them!
Our dog developed an issue with her eye on Saturday and we called Greenford Vets4Pets first thing Sunday morning. Although they had limited opening hours and were fully booked, because of the seriousness of the issue they were able to fit us in between other appointments and have our dog seen by the vet. It’s very comforting to know that they won’t turn you away when you really need them, thank you.
I absolutely love the care and attention with which my dog and I always receive from the employees at the store. The receptionist of the Vet was simply so loving towards Leo, petting and calming him down. Also, before leaving the premisses, the cashier at the store entrance made sure to come by pet my dog Leo, giving him loads if praise and Love, which him and I very much appreciated. Lovely staff
I was highly satisfied with Greenford Vet4Pets, because I was able to see them even though I didn't have an appointment when my kitten was poorly. The vet has explained the right ways to treat her and has shown interest in the kitten's health and wellbeing. The prices are also very reasonable. On previous occasions with my other cats they've shown patience and understanding. Highly recommend.
The staff were lovely but I've just spent £60 and the problem I went in for isn't even sorted. My dog won't stay still at the vets, he gets extremely anxious, wriggles and tries to get off the table which doesnt make things easy, but the 3 times this has happened before and I've taken him to different vets, I've NEVER left without the problem being fixed. I'm so angry.
My recent interaction at the store was appalling. The general manger who also works as a nurse was so rude and very unprofessional, she refused to identify herself as the manager and spoke in a very aggressive tone. She also refused to help with my enquiry and directed me to send her an email. I am removing my pet Asia from this store and will no longer be a customer.
Friendly service, made few calls before about my dog very friendly and helpful ladies on the phone. Appointment went quick and smoothe, Vet was friendly. Really happy with my first visit :) plus i have paid £61 i think for both vaccine so better than paying £49 for one :) we are looking to visit a groom room as well :) and next visit at the lovely vet in may :)
Worst vets ever! I arrived at 4.30pm for my appointment but the staff member didn’t book me in, and then they refused to see me, disgusting behaviour. I waited patiently for 1hr 30 mins to be seen, they weren’t even apologetic and we never got seen in the end. Save your time and money and go to a more professional vets. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour.
The cat had a broken leg. This was late at night. The nearest place is your hospital. I waited until nine in the morning and then went with my cat. The reasons for my complete satisfaction. The treatment was good and frankly, I had no money, and they treated me humanely with the cat and gave him painkillers at a cost of more than 300 pounds. Thanks
Due to Covid19 I could not go into the Veterinary waiting area but a Nurse came down to meet me to collect my dog. I was then phoned by the Vet to explain the treatment my dog needed. I then paid over the phone and my dog was returned to me downstairs. Great care was taken to ensure I was not in any danger and social distancing was excellent.
The receptionists and the vets are particularly caring and friendly. My cat Ruben was seriously ill recently and although the actual surgery was very expensive [not the fault of the vets in any way; I just didn't have enough insurance cover!] we were treated with kindness, sympathy and concern.I would highly recommend them to any pet owners.
Enrico, our healthcare professional, took control, giving me instructions on how to hold Sid, (EBT) before clipping his nails. Naturally, Sid freaked out and wanted to escape out of the consulting room. The procedure was carried out quickly with minimum fuss. I was very happy with the service and also with the price.
We have been coming here for about a year now and every vet we have spoken to has been warm and professional, and really took the time to make sure our animals felt comfortable. We sadly lost our rat, William, today and the vet who dealt with us was so kind and considerate, he made a very emotional day a lot easier.
The Vet Mathew Smith in Greenford branch was very thorough when explaining the plan for my diabetic dog and the unplanned surgery for my other senior dog who had pyometra. The Nurse Leanne was very friendly and comforting when i was anxious during the surgery of my dog. All of the staff were very accomodating.
unprofessional.. they don't have displayed prices. very expensive .. and break the laws to get as much money as possible for nothing. in this way they make you dependent on them. does not provide the analysis results. because I said I was leaving, the prices of the medicines increased by 50% in one month
Before any examination took place, the vet took time to cuddle and reassure my cat. He remembered her last visit with him some 18 months prior, and was so gentle with her it was like it was his own pet. He genuinely cared for my cat and did everything to make her experience as comfortable as possible.
Ok service if you need to visit the vet. However, if you just need general advise, you cannot speak to a vet on the phone or be given any kind of advice. Not really delivering a quality service. Only interested in booking appointments, which means unnecessary visits to the vets at cost to you
The team are so friendly as well as professional, I felt at ease leaving my little member of the family in their care . They explained in great detail at the start the procedure and upon pick up explained the aftercare in full I felt confident I could provide the aftercare at home in ease
1st appointment to get additional vaccinations for my bengal cat; reception staff and vet were extremely helpful and the price for this package was also much cheaper than the rest of London. There are some bad reviews about other Vets4Pets locations but I would recommend this one!
It's our first cat at home and that was our first Vet visit. Vet Doctor explained everything about current health state of our cat, gave him vaccination and advise to us to treat him with worm and flea treatments. We have no hesitation in heartily recommending this Vet4Pets.
I had a surgery appointment for my kitten Murphy. The vet , Fabio explained me the whole procedure and the next steps after. Also the other team members were really helpful with all my questions. They looked very well after Murphy and I really appreciate their work!
Excellent service. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They will answer all your questions. The animals gets great treatment and examination with no rush. I wish I was an animal as they get better treatment than I do at the GP! Very clean environment.
Best value and great care. They make you feel that your pet is individually important not just one of a crowd. They listen to you and are happy to let you make the final decision. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will do so again.
Able to book appointments for same day. Despite the fact that appointments are taking a lot longer due to the coronavirus the Vet seem to be coping with the demand and different processes. Happy that they were able to see my cat and help her feel better.
I had my annual check for my pet. As always really very impressed by the nurse Louise and vet Mattew! They are outstanding and amazing! In the past my pet was sick few times. They have saved his life! I coudnt recommend them enough! Just amazing team
I was able to get an appointment at short notice and this was extremely appreciated as my cat is difficult to predict and handle on my own. The vet was very gentle and kind to me and my cat and the cost was reasonable in comparison to other vets.
Unimpressed with the level of care and service rude and incompassiociate receptionist poor treatment of animal. Thankfully there are vets and receptionists out there that care just not here. If only there was 0. £££ over care and compassion.
My experience was positive, my pet was in need of attention, and although I made a brief appointment I only had to wait a hour to see the Vet. Great advice and treatment and now my pet is recovering. Thank you to the Vet that was on duty.
My words can hardly express our thanks to Vets 4 Pets. For saving the life of our cat. We took our cat into the Greenford branch as an emergency. After a short procedure. By a very nice and kind Italian vet. She improved straight away.
Very friendly from all staff .. reception/nurses and Vet .. my embarrassment of my dog peeing in the waiting are was delt with with a smile as they cleaned it up! (Naughty boy lol) overall experience was very friendly and professional x
Our appointment was for a groom. However, Rosie trotted up to the vet desk to say hello and get a biscuit or 2. While she was there, the nurse remembered that we could also pick up her monthly prescription so she got it ready for us.
I saw Matthew on this visit who showed so much love and care to my kitten. She was comfortable in his caring hands. He did not rush me as I had alot of questions to ask. His professional approach made me feel calm as well. Thank you.
A simple phone call to arrange a repeat prescription I was notified when the medicine was available very promptly arranged to visit the vets and the medicines were ready on arrival and double checked correct prescription was given
I was very concerned about my dog. The Vet was very calming listened to my explanation and gave me various options. Also gave me an understanding of processes I need to follow. He eased my mind which I really appreciated
They have been incredible with our little cats. Prices are great, the vets are very skilled and friendly, we always feel that our little fluffs are being taken care of very well here. Thank you Vets4Pets Greenford!
Yet again great service and professional service. Lucy the receptionist was extremely helpful and fitted my cat in for an emergency appointment. Matt the vet was very empathetic and professional. Many thanks.
Amazing veterinarians and nurses. Helped my kitten with a really bad swelling on her lip. The kitten was already feeling a lot better after we got home. Very friendly and professional people!
Absolutely brilliant. The team explain what the animal needs first before going ahead with it. Not like other vets - friendly, fast and excellent service and would recommend highly to others!
Very welcoming and friendly practice. Myself and my pet felt at ease and comfortable. Excellent costumer service and vet was very informative and very warm towards my pet. I will recommend .
Service is great but not completely sure about the vet. My kitten had her microchip and it came out by the time we got home. Not too sure if she was too young or it was inserted incorrectly.
Traveling in to get a proper information about services and sending us away to look online. Not even a brochure available to see packages and prices. Definitely going somewhere else.
Great, friendly service. I didn't meet the vet in person due to Covid 19 restrictions, but he did call me and explain everything. Both the vet and nurse showed real care for my pet.
Ralph was amazing at taking care of my pet, he was caring when handling my dog and showed great empathy. The medication given worked in about 48 hrs and my pet was feeling fine.
Always a great quick service with lovely helpful staff. My phone conversation with the vet was really helpful as could be there with my cat in the room due to the restrictions.
Very professional and reliable staff. Lauren, you handed my situation in the best possible way and was very sympathetic. Thank you for taking care of my Emi. Highly recommended
Too expensive for people who are NOT on benefits. If you are on benefits and do nothing than this is the place for you and people like me will have to pay for it in our taxes
My pet was checked thoroughly for any other problems apart from the one it went in for. Was pleased with the way I was professionally explained to, about my pets’ illness.
The vet that gave Fudge and Lola their vaccinations was so friendly and caring. She also looked at fudges sore paw and gave him some medications. Really informative.
The Vet we dealt with was amazing and was so good with our dog, she had a tumour removed and some treatment after, i could not of asked for a better service
Did a video call as the current circumstances would allow me to go To the store and visit the vet in person , was very easy and quick and was very pleased !
The vet was very helpful and caring towards my cat and Jemima was lovely. She explained everything about the care plan and how the payments would be taken.
Best round of vaccinations my dog has ever had. Quick, painless and without anxiousness on mine and my dogs behalf. Thanks to the vet who performed them.
Staff are very friendly. The vet I do not know his name but I think he is Spanish he is so lovely always so kind and extremely helpful he's a lovely guy.
Very friendly and caring team. The vet has explained his findings in simplific form that I think even Munchkin, my rabbit, understood. Thank Vets 4 Pets
My pet had had the same problem last year around this time. The vet had remembered treating him then, so he already had an idea what was the matter.
I had the worst experience I hope to ever have at a vet office. The breeder I got my cat from used this place to get their chips and vaccination
Pick up flea/worming treatment during Covid-19 lockdown period. Reception staff is working very efficient and arranged a non-contact collection.
Good and caring staff with me and cat. Took time to tell me all the details of the problems of my cat. Pricing was fair. Would recommend.
Very kind of staff to take in two poorly rejected feral kittens. Unfortunately one didn't make it but one has now been given a home.
The vet was calm, polite and looked after my cat and kept him happy while I waited patiently in the clean and tidy waiting room
Didn't wait too long after coming in for an allergic reaction / unplanned appointment. Lovely, friendly and knowledgeable vet.
Always find them helpful and good that we always see the same vet which I think is important because he knows the pet and us
Really good service , nice vets and nurses . The place itself really close to the tube and you do have lots of parking space
The vet ,Rafael, was thorough and explained everything in detail. The receptionist was quick to offer Branston a treat also.
Considering working during Covid-19 and to be able to provide a safe 2m distance service was impeccable and well organised.
Seen at appointment time no delay vet very pleasant seemed to care for milo as an individual not just the next appointment
Good vets and pet store. They do kitten vaccine and Microchip package. I had spaying and neutering done at a good price.
We met the vet for the first time since moving to the area & she was absolutely lovely, so friendly & knowledgeable
Our vet, Matthew, is amazing, always friendly, explains everything, answered our questions and our dog adores him.
Excellent vet. In particular the lady vet who clearly loves animals. Very efficient indeed. Helpful and obliging.
Easy access, it's a pain to get through to reception to boom an appointment but the vets are nice and knowledge.
I will not be giving this vets my business anymore. The receptionist was rude and didn't care about my sick dog.
Raffaele is always professional and got lots of experience with cats. He listens to all concerns. Thank u.
Vets are always helpful, and understanding, not a long waiting list, you can get an appointment on the day!
Dr Matthew was very good and friendly with our pet Scuffy. Scuffy was immediately comfortable with him.
Absolutely unprofessional reception lady. The way she was so reluctant to speak. Horrible experience.
Very friendly and caring towards pets. I use this vet for my 7 months old cat. I would recommend it
A very huge thanks to vet Raffaele, he was amazing with us and look after my ginger cat very well!
It's nice to see the same vet each visit, especially as my cat has had a recurrent problem.
The staff are very friendly and very patient with my cat Kaci who is scared of most things
Lovely friendly staff and easy parking. Always willing to help carry stuff to the car.
