This could be taken positively or negatively, but is not the most bustling plaza. A positive would be that it allows for plenty of parking spots, along with little need to push and shove in order to shop. A negative would naturally be a slow and unmoralizing place to visit and shop at.

Good local shopping center. Savemart, CVS, O'Reilly's, Bank of America, Jade Garden Chinese Restaurant, a croissant/coffee/sandwich restaurant, bakery, Club Nails, and a few others that I am forgetting but know that they are there. Excellent parking, clean lot, and safe location.

I like to get foods for my cat in pet food express not only they have most of the high end brands in the market but also they have buy 3 get 4th free promotion which is saving us huge. The staffs are happy to help and very knowledge of what

Just another shopping center. Big box stores plus a mix of smaller tenants. Very large, you need to drive to get around the whole center. Nothing to get excited for. A few empty store fronts. The virus has the shopping center.

Lot's of parking and easy access to different stores. Went to Safeway and pet store. Don't live in area was there for meeting. First time visit nice to see such a place exists. If in area again I will definitely revisit.

Nice smaller shopping area off Stevens Creek at Lawrence Expressway. Lots of parking and a nice Safeway, a big Marshalls, a bank or two, and a few good food stores. Not big, but very handy and good for what you need.

Relatively nice Safeway grocery store, but otherwise slightly dinky. Sports store currently out of business. Not pleasant to get to and from, as it is wedged between I280, Lawrence expressway, and Stevens Creek Blvd.

I love Supercuts in Villa Shopping Center. I see Grace, she is the best for me. Jackie, the Manager is great. Sherry and the rest of staff are super and professional. I highly recommend this Supercuts.

I go to the Safeway here twice a week on average because I live so close. The self checkout efficiency and reliability is tied with the Safeway on Hamilton Ave (the one with a gas station).

definitely this plaza has many to offer. just be very careful while driving because there are many inpatiant and idiot pedestrians who are wearing headphones. and blame you for honking lol

You go there because of the stores that happen to be there. Doesn't feel like a destination in itself. Nor does anybody seem to be doing something to make it one. Ample parking.

These strip mall reviews are a pain in the patoot! A trouble in the tuchus even! I mean, I'm effectively being asked to judge the building and the selection of tenants.

A good mall, many restaurants, sports shops, and super markets. However I'm not sure if all the shops are open, because its been a while since i last visited that area.

Pet Food Express and Safeway here are the two anchors of this little plaza. There are always parking when I come, so I am not worried about trying to find a spot.

This center has a lot of stores for everyone. Plenty of parking but be careful as you navigate the parking lot. Can get busy and the area seems well maintained.

Nice neighborhood there’s a great big Safeway a nice Marshalls a Pet Food Express Halloween Store Sprint Store right next door a McDonalds in parking lot also

Bed, Bath & Beyond. Clean. The aisle were narrow hard to steer carts. The plus is it's smaller store & one level. Staff is friendy and helpful.

I like this one. I like it so much that I come here even when I got nothing specific I want to buy. Kind people, clean, and plenty of parking.

It's a nice place. Good stores and a e s t h e t i c buildings. However, never go during the holidays or weekend because parking is terrible

We like this Safeway. It's also close to Pet Food Express which our dog loves. Both stores always have what we are looking for.

Convenient I can go grocery shopping and visit the wells fargo ATM. While picking up something for my pup is very easy to do.

Went to the sandwich spot and it was amazing. The center itself seems well kept and it wasn't difficult to find parking.

You can do your entire shopping here, clothing,groceries at Safeway, liquor at total wines...and nice places to eat out

Good place to do grocery shopping. Not a great pharmacy inside Safeway but should get the basic off the counter stuff.

They need to fill the old Lucky's but the other places are good. L&L, Subway, Grocery Outlet, liquor store..

Nice shopping center with lots of parking spaces. Recently opened a Bill's cafe attracts more traffic.

Some nice things but stores here always go out of business (pre-Covid too). Even Starbucks is gone.

T-Mobile is just great cuz the people are so nice and knowledgeable and fast service

A bit hard to get to but the Safeway is big. Sandwich places nearby are good too

Didn't get stabbed there, didn't smoke Crack there. So all in all it was nice
