We booked an appointment online 1 week prior. It got accepted and received a phone call the same day asking questions about the type of pet that we have and its info, everything was set. We changed our work schedule, rescheduled builders that were due to come on the day, hired a car to travel. And got informed in the late afternoon the day before the appointment that they won't be able to see us because they don't specialize in the breed of animal we have even through they knew this the whole time... Not only did they mess us around but most importantly delayed an appointment for our gecko and it potentially can be harmful to her health. Its hard enough to find a vet to accept an exotic species since we relocated and this was so heartless. They said they will send info on a vet that can see her but they didn't. So disappointed. Shame on you

I went to Village Vet yesterday Palmers Green, dreading the trip as my friends cat had to be put down. Baby girl was 22. My friend was inconsolable and understandably very very upset. She had not slept the night b4 and held baby girl in her arms all night. We could not have got thru this emotional rollercoaster without Alison (Vet) and Kat. They were so kind, understanding, caring and compassionate. I would not hesitate to recommend Alison and Kate who went over and above their duties. I collected Baby girl with Daisy 22 years ago from a pet store and was with her for her final moments.

I had a confirmed appointment 2 weeks in advance, 4 days before my appointment they send me an email telling me that they cannot see me and that they give me an appointment at another clinic. I said "ok, nothing happens" they send me another email telling me that they cannot attend me either and to call another clinic to make an appointment. I already had my appointment, they canceled it and should confirm another appointment, when I answered that they preferred to ignore me and stop answering me. very unhappy with the deal !!!

I took my cat Billy here today and I was really impressed with the service, they're super friendly and helpful both as a veterinary practice and pet shop. The vet spent a lot of time with me going through all the care information for our new cat and was really helpful in answering all my concerns. The guy in the shop was also really helpful with advice on food for our cat. Very please to find such a great vets so local to me, couldn't of asked for a better service!

These people do not care about the animal only care about the money my kitten and puppy were refused immunisation because I was still paying weekly on an agreement I had with village vet and because I hadn't yet completed the full bill they refused my pets even though I was paying up front for the immunisation I will be recommending pets at home to people as these only care about the money

I'd really recommend Village Vet to anyone local, we had a bit of a health scare with one of our cats and having called Village Vet Palmers Green we were able to get a same-day appointment within 2 hours of calling! They were so kind and accommodating when meeting us, they weren't trying to push sales of things we didn't need which was very nice. We will definitely be going there again!

Alison and Katrina are always friendly, helpful and take great care with all of our pets - taking time to give each a thorough check. The advice given is clear and their response to any problems quick and effective. I wpuld recommend them wholeheartedly.

My cat was rescued by two good Samaritans from Ymmes Brook and took him to the vet whe were able to contact me as he was microchipped. They cared for him lovingly until he was warm and dry and ready to be returned to me. I can’t be more grateful.

After a couple of bad experiences I have decided not to return there anymore. Those included having an appointment and being left there waiting for a good while (another client with previous appointment was also there) and only after that

Friendly and warm local practice with caring & attentive staff. Anja is wonderful and spent a lot of time showing us around the practice and where the animals are cared for. My son still talks about the parrot and African land snails!

Really happy with the service. The vet talked me through the first appt with my cat and she answered all the questions that I had. She didn't rush me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Really glad this place is nearby.

Very friendly and helpful vet. staff that are very thorough in explaining the procedures etc.! We’ve had mostly positive experiences however there have been issues with appointments (scheduling, no vets in for 3 days)

Very kindly saw my cat when I had turned up on the wrong day, even though they were very busy. Greatly appreciated not having to go back a second time when he was so stressed by the first trip. Lovely helpful staff.

I've just joined Village Vets Palmers Green and the have been excellent. They are helpful and understanding and organised. My Vet Alison has been brilliant and I am so happy that my four moggies are in good hands.
