Thank goodness for the Village Vet in Boundary Road! I am so thankful they are there. We have an adorable, very curious Bedlington Puppy who has been looked after by this warm and delightful at the same time as very professional vetinary practice since he came to live with us three months ago. About two months ago our little pup managed to get his head stuck in our staircase railings. We were at our wits end trying to work out how to free him. Pretty quickly I telephoned the Village Vet to ask for help. Without a moment’s hesitation they sent a very calm and knowledgeable nurse who was in telephone contact with the Vet, over to our house and very calmly consulting with the vet when she needed to, together with our handyman as well, she gently but professionally released him. It could have been disastrous but thanks to their professionalism and presence of mind, our little puppy was gently freed and has never looked back. Being a slightly anxious new puppy owner I have probably telephoned them more than necessary but no matter who has answered the phone, I have always been impressed and grateful at the care, patience and professional advice they have given me. Everyone in the practice has a wonderful, welcoming and very sympathetic attitude which really helps their clients/patients to relax and actually enjoy being there. When we are on a walk our little pup often drags me to their door and sits firmly down outside 110, in the hope that he can go in to see them again. . You can’t get better than that! I would definitely recommend this practice wholeheartedly.

We have attended the vet's practice in SJW on Boundary Road for nine years, ever since our dog was a puppy. We have always been pleased with the help they have given us. But the last 6 months have been exemplary! Our dog, Pretzel, is an English Springer Spaniel who loves to run and jump. That take its toll on joints and he had his left knee re-built 2 years ago. About 6 months ago, it was looking like it was time to do the other one. Francesca worked with us and just as we were getting ready to have the surgery, we discovered a cough. Xrays showed a mass in one of Pretzel's lungs. Kaye, at the practice in Hampstead, found a slot for him and he had more xrays and a CT scan - and we finally determined that he had aspirated a piece his food. Over time, that cough has abated and we then had his knee rebuild. And more success! Thank you to Jonas, the brilliant surgeon who did the knee surgery, thank you to the veterinary nurses who were so kind and patient with a dog who has never really been in a kennel before and who 'talked' all day and night to them, and thank you again to Francesca and the team on Boundary Road who have worked with us to get the best treatment for a very cherished member of our family. We're looking forward to his being able to run (no jumping!) again in a few months. Thank you so much, Village Vet. We appreciate all that you have done for Pretzel!

We have a puppy called Rudy who has been to this practise numerous times. Whenever Rudy has had the occasional funny tummy or been unwell I call the vet to ask if I should bring him in. Kelly always takes the time to call me back and really get to the bottom of it before advising me on what to do and reassures my that i'm not a crazy dog mum. Rudy was neutered at this practise and they were so great throughout the whole process. When I dropped him off Alex took the time to reassure Rudy which was so important as he can get quite nervous. There aftercare was also fantastic including when Rudy's wound got infected and they called in between our visits to check he was ok. I cannot recommend the team at Village Vet SJW enough. I wholeheartedly trust them to do the best for my dog.

I haven't even registered my feline yet (the first appointment would have been in another 4 days) and as I called the vet they were able to see her later the same day! I know that most vets has emergency appointments reserved but they could easily tell me to go to the hospital instead. When we got to the Vet they instantly put her cage inside a book shelf, covered the cage with a light blanket and sprayed it with a calming spray. They didn't treat her until it was already 10 minutes after so she will feel more comfortable. The whole process was very quick and my feline was very calm also afterwards. I'm very happy with this experience. It is a bit pricy though so charge it back to the insurance company

Hampstead & St Johns Wood Village Vet I firstly visited Hampstead branch as an emergency on Sunday as my cat wasn’t eating and was quite obviously very unwell. We saw Vet Sheldon Bunting and he was so kind and caring and patient. He gave her meds unsure of her actual prognosis. He later called me at home and as she was not improving he offered for us to go back that evening. We chose to keep our beautiful cat at home that evening. The next day we went to our local branch in St Johns Wood as she was extremely ill. Vet Kelly was kind, understanding and gentle as our beloved cat made her final journey. We are beside ourselves with grief but are grateful for being treated with such respect and kindness.

Very very rude place!! Do not recommend if you’re taking your pet to the vet for the first time. Called me 45 minutes before my appointment to tell me to be there 15 minutes before in order to register!!! did not say this anywhere before. I arrive 4 minutes late because of London traffic which I cannot control and they tell me to go back and rebook the appointment to another day so ridiculous. I wouldnt have been late if they told me before to come 15 minutes earlier and not on a phone call 45 minutes before my appointment!!! Very stressful experience and the vets clearly dont care too much about the animals since they dont even want to consider squeezing them in even though I was 4 minutes late!!!

I was referred to St John’s Wood Village Vet when my dog was in need of a specialist assessment for a heart condition and there isn’t enough praise I could offer the team! Mojo (my dog) was so well taken care of by Francesca, Tessa, Tom and Jade who all went out of their way to put him (and me) at ease. They were consummate professionals, dealing with everything in sensitive, kind and accommodating manner. There’s a really strong sense of community with this vet that I haven’t seen before (and my dog is ten years old so we’ve seen plenty of vets) which is evident from every client that comes through the door. A credit to the veterinary practice and I’m delighted to have found them!

All the staff are wonderful. They took amazing care of my cat Boris who had a skin condition that the vets hadn't seen before. Francesca was amazing. She explained everything in great detail and made me feel very comfortable and at ease with what was happening. I believe they went above and beyond anything I would have expected and the final cost was extremely fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vet to anyone.

The Village Vet in St Johns Wood is the best veterinary practice I have been to in my 20+ years as a pet owner. Dr. Kelly Moore has been beyond amazing for the now multiple emergencies I have had with my wire fox terrier that has caused me to visit her practice. Alex Schilder is incredibly kind and helpful. I feel safe knowing that when I bring my dog there that he is getting the best veterinary care in London.

Absolutely love Village Vet St John’s Wood! The vet Kelly is super professional and very caring and has been brilliant with advice for my new kitten. My husband visited the vets a 2 weeks ago and this is our regular vet but this time he saw Amy who was absolutely fantastic. I finally feel that there was a vet who understands what we are doing for our dogs. Very lovely professional vet who gave loads of products and advise on what to do with our dogs. I hope Amy will be a regular vet at this practice.

Perfect little vets, staff are the most kind and caring souls with much love for the animals they treat. I took in my rabbit for a spay and she was treated like a princess. They told me how she was and when they finished. They always give me clear instructions whether its with medications or just daily advice. Also they keep to their appointments.

Sadly the Village Vet did not properly check if our cat was already micro-chipped, so when our neighbours, who have effectively stolen our cat, brought our cat to the Village Vet, they injected a second micro-chip into our cat. The result is that our cat has 2 micro-chips because the Village Vet di not scan and check our cat's neck properly.

Francesca and the other staff at Village Vets handled an unfortunate situation with my elderly cat Sebastian amazingly. All staff showed a lot of compassion and willingness to help throughout. It is for this reason I have given 5 stars and will be recommending Village Vets to both family and friends. Thanks for all your help today!

I have used Village Vet St Johns Wood since the day we got a new puppy, one year ago! The service has always been excellent. The reception staff are always very helpful and friendly and Francesca and the rest of the vetinary team are amazing. It's great also to have the 24 hour hospital nearby. This really is a great practice!

I went there with my little fur baby ozzy it was all very sad he was 19 years old and very poorly but vet Kelly was brilliant made a difficult time that bit easier she showed that there very sympathetic and understanding I would definitely recommend them to anyone also the receptionist with his dog travis are lovely

Very knowledgeable, helpful, nice staff (vets and reception) - which is such plus in what is often a stressful situation (sick pet or stressed out pet). Called us back to answer question over the phone and provide advice. Has been our vet for a few years and through a couple of accidents and we are really happy.

The vet was extremely kind and caring. Dr. Kelly took the time to explain everything that was going on with my dog in detail and walked me through the different approaches we could take. I truly feel that she cares about what is best for my little guy while also being able to connect with me as a pet parent.

Venus at Village Vet St John’s wood is so amazingly helpful! She managed to source a medicine for my dog that another vet practice claimed they couldn’t get in. Venus came up with multiple solutions to help me get the medicine and ended up

This vet was really helpful and checked over mine and my daughters rabbits. I was also given advice that the vet stuck by and and emailed over as well. I appreciate it....I enjoyed the first vet visit as I learned more about rabbits.

I would like to say how thankful I am to these vets. I have a 2 year old French Bulldog. He was terribly ill and other vets could not help him. Thanks to the great care of these specialists my Spike is now in perfect contrition.

Initially left a poor review, but a lovely woman who runs the branch contacted me, taking time out of her busy schedule, to enquire what she could do better to improve their service. That is called customer centricity.

We love Village Vet! Francesca and staff have provided excellent care for our Border Terrier over the last 2.5 years. It's easy to get an appointment and the standard of care is high. Honestly have no complaints.

Never have I had such a bad service from the receptionist Venus Esfamdir. She was completely rude to me and insulting. I was 10 minutes late and they cancelled my appointment. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE!!

I'm afraid reception at Primrose Hill was quite unfriendly and backed up by the vet. They did a good job on my cat but not very nice to me the owner when I came late after struggling with the cat box.

We've used multiple Village Vet practices. I have to commend Francesca, based at this practice, for her care of our cats. She and the team have been excellent with referrals and aftercare.
