Beware of this location, sales man asked for security question for flexiti account so they can set up financing, purchased what we wanted, left. Checked my flexiti account and found he had charged $1000 to my account, looked at the receipt and seen it was only $660, noticed we were charged twice for some coverage on two small items and no warranty on the large item, returned to the store 10 mins later and told "manager" Brad s. About the issue and he got someone else to fix the warranty, Crowe was a nice honest guy, asked about the thousand dollar charge, and if we had purchased something else? We had told him no and I said I thought it was they way you guys financed, he immidiately called Brad S, and he asked him who charged him out, he shrugged and said it was someone else. Crowe fully refunded the thousand dollars and ran the normal purchases through. The original sales man wouldn't even look at us, he obviously knew what he was doing. I changed everything for flexiti. Bought a few items at this location in the past and never got good customer service till Crowe helped us out, would have rated zero stars but Crowe is a nice guy and decided to put 2 stars. Does corporate or the store even read reviews?

You are selling bad products and bad warranties and don't even shake a stick to care you just expect people to throw out YOUR garbage and buy more. You were able to make a sale and keep the sale based off a mistake someone made and you don't even show the littlest care in regards to the money people spend. This TV has had lines since day 1 but they convinced me to wait on it instead of using my warranty to have it fixed knowing the price of tvs would bring them more money after my warranty expired and they could ignore giving me my money back as I was told when I bought it I was going to be a credit but they didn't tell me it expires so fast!

Computer is great when it works, however, the first computer I ordered (CyberPower PC i9 RTX 4070) had a cracked panel and would power off during game. Visions told me I didn't need the cracked panel so I threw it out, just to be told that I needed it and was charged for the panel. I received the second computer after paying for the cracked panel replacement, to receive another computer that had a cracked panel. I am now in the process of returning the cracked panel to CyberSource PC to receive the new one. This all happened at the St. James location, never have had issues with the Pembina location before after buying thousands of dollars worth of electronics. TL:DR - If you're buying a computer from them, have them open the computer and show you the quality before you bring it home, never throw out anything from the box and always keep the boxes.

Minimal selection of speakers available to listen to in home audio. I was aggressively pushed into a receiver without much knowledgeable discussion ("I sell more of these", as opposed to actually discussing the features) Box had already been opened which the salesman identified, but I took it home and the display wouldn't power on. Luckily the return was painless but the experience soured me. Far superior customer service and more knowledgeable sales team at Advance Electronics, even if they don't slash prices and cut deals like Vision will. I made two trips to return first the broken stereo receiver, and second the lackluster speakers - noticed the same non-operational Danon box I returned the day before was out for sale on the floor even though I told the staff it was non-operational. Beware.

I am very upset with my retail purchase. We were there to buy a 65in TV on display for $669. But Jeremiah was very persistent on giving us a better deal for an updated version of that TV for $848. He continuously persuaded us and offered to lower the price of that TV thrice from $799-$749-$699. After paying, he immediately told us that the TV is already taken and advised us to pick it up at Regent location instead. Shockingly, guys at the Regent location said that that TV dropped to $698 the same night and even a dollar off of it. We were fooled to think that we were given a manager discount from $848 to $699 because he said he was a manager which was questionable but since it was a Black Friday night we did not really thought of it. We are never purchasing from this store ever again.

I have been a client for years and have been satisfied with my purchases, however Recently I purchased a 55” Tv , upon taking it out of the box the TV screen was damaged . When I returned the TV to visions , the manager said due to the severity the damage had to be done outside the box. I told him it was like that when my son and I took it out of the box : Basically I was called a liar . The TV was then sent to the manufacturer for a 2nd opinion. After not hearing anything I called for an update on the status . I spoke to the manager who told me the warehouse manager was out and he would call me back . A month later I am still waiting for his call. I guess they aren’t concerned with repeat business.

Brad made a promise that an order would come in if I took him up on a generous deal. It was very appealing at first, but being told I'd receive it within a couple of weeks soon became months. I made an order in JUNE, and it's now mid-September. We have to keep calling the store for updates. There are no courtesy calls from Brad or anyone there. It is as if they got my money and are satisfied enough with that. They claim their supplier couldn't get the item in sooner, yet they could just go to Best Buy or Home Depot and get the item and write off the difference. Very frustrating and disappointed.

Around November 2022, I went to Visions to buy a car starter. They had options to pay monthly with Flexiti. The staff member who was helping me never gave me all the information about this company. It’s been over a year, and the amount of interest they have charged me is insane. Since I accidentally missed a couple payments months ago, they took away the “promotion” interest and I now have to pay 45.99% EVERY MONTH. Don’t let the staff push you to use Flexiti! Just use your credit card. If I would’ve known they were charging me this much interest I would’ve NEVER bought from them.

Excellent customer service. I came in to the store needing a new remote for our tv. I had previously purchased a universal remote from Best Buy and it didn’t work at all. I came into Visions and explained the situation. The staff member said he didn’t want me just buying the same type of remote as I just did and have it not work. He went into the back and found my exact remote from our exact tv! Which is not normally sold separately. And didn’t charge me for it! I will definitely be coming back here!!

They lied to me when checking my credit for a flexiti card. I specifically asked if it would be a hard or soft credit check. They told me soft, and it was hard, they straight up lied right to my face. Can't reverse it either. So now I paid for something and it's on order, delay after delay, they ended up ordering a different one than I ordered, they claim it was a better one but I dunno.. took over a month to get my stereo

Excellent service. I arrived 5 minutes before the store closed and was greeted by Derek who did not rush me and took the time to go over all Tv's that would best suit my needs. In the end I walked out with an amazing TV and the necessary accessories at a price that could not be touched anywhere else. I want to personally thank Derek again for not rushing me and truly helping me out, bonus for saving me money too!

I went here just to check on the prices for Samsung 85 inch TV and they were able to match employee pricing for us. The counter guy Ready and the manager Ali were simply awesome and incredible. There was a guy who was named as dalton he was so good at explaining speaker details such as offers and current deals. He was so good with customer service. I came to buy jbl clip 4 which was only 44 dollar but he sold me jbl charge 4 which cost me 211$ but still it did not hurt me so i highly recommend that this guy should be promoted. Was greeted by Brad when I walked in, great help from him, and ended up buying a TV wall mount. When installing, I realized the studs to the house didn’t quite fit the wall mount I bought. I quickly went back to exchange the item right before closing and got a wider TV mount thanks to the help of Christian.
