DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT OR EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS PLACE. IT WILL TAKE MONTHS TO GET YOUR STUFF FIXED IF AT ALL!! I bought a Garmin epix 2 watch in June of last year. It was a pretty expensive purchase so I got the extended warranty with it. In August I noticed that the watch had a line down the LED screen so I brought it into visions for the warranty. I showed them the issue, they agreed that it was a manufacturer defect. I asked how long it would take to fix and with out even skipping a beat the worker told me "oh it will be about a month". Immediately I knew this wasn't acceptable so I vocalize my disapproval, but left it with them anyway. Hoping it would be quicker. Thinking to my self What was the point of even buying the "extend warranty?" Now I just got a call 1 month later asking me if I could bring my charger in so they could charge my watch to see if he can recreate the issue. So, it sat with them for the last month and they haven't even looked at it!!!! I would really like to know if this is thier policy. It's a good thing I didn't buy a TV. Imagine spending money on a television that sits in the repair shop for 2 months. Imagine investing that money and they tell you "well read a book for the next couple months". This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and at the point where I'm pretty sure I WILL NEVER BUY ANITHER PRODUCT FROM VISIONS. Upon reading more reviews it seems like it is thier policy. Once you walk out that door after purchase they don't care anymore about the customer. Almost every negative review has been on ordering products or getting them covered under warranty.

5 year warranty - what a rip off. April 19th, 2018 we purchased a TV and Christian White sold us a 5 yr. warranty program for $159.99. If the TV did not need any service or repairs, Mr. White said that $159.99 credit would be given in his store. The warranty information was attached to the receipt. As we did not use the warranty in the five year period, April 19th 2023 I telephoned Visions and inquired about the warranty program and was told I had to wait a further month. May 23rd we attended the Regent Ave. store and presented the warranty papers and receipt. I was told that I would have to apply on the internet for a store credit which Mr. White did for us while we were in the store. He said it would take about a week for the credit to come through and then we could take the paperwork to the store for our credit. 10 days later we filled out the necessary paperwork and received a reply June 12th/23. The warranty credit said we had to spend $319.99 or more to which our warranty credit would then be applied. I have read every word of the warranty information and the receipt and no where have I found it mentioned that we would have to spend more than $319.99 or more to receive the warranty credit of $159.99 I phoned Visions today and confirmed that this was not a misprint. None of this was explained to us when we purchased this extended warranty.

I don't even know where to start with this. I went and spent almost $600 to get the new sony headphones. They don't ship to house so i ordered them in the store to have them shipped to store and i would go pick them up. I dealt with the assistant manager and was told I'd have the headphones in 5-10 days. it has now been 5 weeks and i still don't have the headphones or any update on when they are coming. I have called the store multiple times in this past month looking for any sort of update and every time i have been told they will reach out to their supplier and get back to me... every single time they didn't get back to me and when i would call for an update they would say they don't know. Incredibly unhelpful and a little bit rude.. they would often hang up the phone before i had even finished saying thank you and made me feel like i was being a burden for looking for updates. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out but at this point i could have ordered the headphones from any other website and got them 5 times before i have received these. It's been super clear to me that they just don't care enough to help out and when i suggested if a refund could be an option they seemed almost eager to do it and be done dealing with this... i'm incredibly disappointed.

I bought a new command start system for my car in September of 2020 from the Visions location on Regent. For the first couple months everything worked fine - after that I've had nothing but problems and Visions has been 0 help for me. I've tried phoning and was told to either phone back or my countless emails had NO ONE reach back. I've had to replace battery after battery and customer service can't provide any other solution. The command start had stopped working entirely around November of 2021 in which I had tried repeatedly to reach Aaron, the manager of this location. It wasn't until I got a hold of somebody higher up that Aaron had decided to finally reach out. When I phoned Aaron back I was told that he had already spoken to me -this is untrue. He said he had already spoken to me and ordered a new part in (again, still in November 2021) for me - still untrue, this is literally the first time I had made contact with him. Since that phone call, I have not heard ANYTHING back, it has been 5 months and counting now. No phone call, no email to even let me know there's a delay or what ever is going on. At this point, id rather have a refund because the products you sell and the way the store is handled is absolute garbage.

I don't have a vehicle so I went here with a male friend that drove me to replace/upgrade a gaming laptop. Also ensure that I didn't get upgraded higher than I actually needed to be since I knew a basic idea of what I needed but I'm not a full on tech expert, and have social anxiety, having a male safety net was nice. The staff acknowledged my male friend and only asked him questions, my friend would turn and talk to me and I would answer on what I was interested in... Even when he tried to upsell a bundle he walked us over to a display and hilariously stood in front of me with his back to me showing products to my male friend as I stood behind him rolling my eyes. At the register I was standing in front of the register with my wallet in hand, he asked my friend behind me if he had a number on file, he seemed genuinely confused when I gave my number and a female name popped up on screen. When we left my friend said to me "that whole encounter was SO uncomfortable" I laughed and said "because a female gamer doesn't actually exist!" Sorry I left the kitchen where I need to make a sandwich... back to the 1920's I go!!

I'd like to give Victoria, the cell phone department manager at the Regent ave Visions 5 HUGE stars. We are above and beyond thrilled with her great service, and tons of patience. I came in close to store closing time with my 3 young children (1year old, 5, and 11.) And my wife to get a new cell phone for my wife. Victoria did some research into my existing plan for me, and actually helped me get a better phone as well, with a cheaper plan that has way better options! We also ended up getting a really good deal and plan on 2 tablets for my oldest boys, and a Samsung smart watch for myself.... She took the time to answer every single question, called all the people she needed to to make this work for us, and even made sure to answer my kids question and listen to their stories. She stayed in quite a bit past quitting time to make sure all our T's were crossed, and didn't seem to be bothered. Victoria is a great asset to Visions, and I HIGHLY recommend anyone in need to go see her! You won't regret it. Thank you Winnipeg, Regent Visions, and Victoria. Darrell

I have many positive experiences with Aaron at this location. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He was happy to answer my many questions and did not just sell me on something and leave me. He made sure my entire experience was positive till I left the store. On my last visit, I mentioned to Aaron that I may be interested in a new cell phone. He immediately had Victoria assist me as he stated that she was the most knowledgeable person to speak on the subject. Victoria was fabulous. She knew all the BELL plans and iPhone and Samsung sale prices off the top of her head. She not only sold me on a new phone with a great deal, but we got a second new cell for our Son. I would highly recommend anyone to go see Victoria for a phone on any service provider.

If you are looking for the best deals and the best sales rep, go see Christian White at Visions on Regent. I went in to the store in early February and Christian was there to greet me, he wasn't pushy, he wasn't trying to upsell me, he was genuine, informed, and knew everything there was to know about the TV's and Sound bars that I was looking for. He help me make an informed decision, pointed out the pros and cons of the different brands and tech and worked out an unreal deal for me that no other store in Winnipeg could touch. I bought the TV and Sound bar on the spot. If you want the best deal and want to work with a great sales person who knows how to keep customers happy then go to Visions on Regent and ask for Christian. TWO THUMBS UP!

Duped me into buying a monitor for $600 claiming it would be 4K and 120 FPS with the Series X. Monitor cannot be set to 4K and 120 FPS at the same time, so I basically wasted my money. Monitor also needs to be constantly turned off/on whenever I return to the Xbox home screen because I am left with a black screen. I am also still owed money from unused warranty on a television I bought 10 years ago. Not sure why this wasn't added to my purchase like the company promises. BUYER BEWARE; they will lie about a product to make commission and will claim, "you can reuse unused warranty" which is a total scam.

READ THIS!!! I had bad experience with store manager Tyler. Thank god he is not there anymore. New store manager Marshal helped me with my warranty replacement and also gave me huge discount on new TV. So if you guys also had bad experience, I suggest give this store another try. staff is changed and they are very helpful. Marshal is great, I saw his employee taking off early and Marshal was cool with it. I like employers who keep their employee happy. Instead of calling another employee, he did all the work. Great and kind leader. Definitely going back to store in future for sound system.

Manager treated his staff VERY poorly. The person who was helping us seemed like they were still in training and just needed some help (I understand so if they are learning I don’t mind waiting), so when they asked for help the manger spoke in a rude/negative tone towards them. I was about to cancel my purchase from how rude the managers seemed but I didn’t want to get the person helping us in trouble. So I would NOT recommend going here! Go to the Visions off of St James. The manger there can handle the pressure of being a manager and treats his staff with respect.

Went to visions to purchase a DJI drone because they had it in stock. The first guy showed me where they were and walked away. Waited for a few minutes for someone to help me. Then waited at the counter. A couple of employees looked at me and didn't acknowledge I was even there. Opened up Amazon and ordered a DJI drone while standing there looking at the 1 they had. Had my amazon order delivered to my door 3 days later. Where has the customer service gone? Business ask customers to shop local but when nobody wants to help you, what are customers supposed to do.

1 guy in the back of the store super helpful in an experience of mine. However, typically not very helpful especially when they do not even approach me or the 1 time I was bellowed at asking if I needed help from across the store. Went in today planning to make a purchase. Those I could identify as workers just looked at me. Nothing said and no worker was able to be found in the entertainment area. Made me wonder why this is. Customer service seems to be non-existence in many establishments and this is a shame. Do not plan to purchase anything at this location.

Was interested in a new phone and saw Visions was having a sale on Samsung. Called to see if they had a particular model in stock and spoke with Victoria Smith. She sounded just as excited as I was to hear what they had to offer me. She even called me back to let me know the particular model I had my heart set on was available only in Regina. The last one in Canadian Visions. Drove there the same day to complete the transaction and she was wonderful. Very patient with her explanations. First time with Bell so I was a little nervous, but so far, so good!

I've had several excellent buying experiences, especially with the managers. Aaron is fantastic to deal with; he treats all of his customers like gold. Marshall is a wealth of knowledge and can not only rattle off the specs to almost anything in the store, but he explains what they mean to help you make an informed buying decision. Most of the sales staff have great product knowledge and can usually work out some pretty awesome deals.Even the installers, like Darcy, are willing to use their experience and expertise to help you make the best choice.

I have never felt more welcomed into a store than I felt at visions. The person who was of the outmost help was Daniel, he was very knowledgeable of the product he was selling, and did not mind explaining to me all the benefits of different car audio systems. He was very kind and set me up to an amazing deal that I would have not gotten anywhere else. Now my 2004 Subaru WRX STi looks and SOUNDS heavenly. I will definitely be coming to this store and especially to Daniel, who is a very intelligent and efficient salesman.

Had an amazing experience yesterday at Visions on Regent. Super great deal, we walked in to buy a tv and left with so much more. We needed a new cell phone plan and from that recieved a gift card for the black friday sale. Very unexpected but we ended up spending less than we though, which is always great. Thank you so much to Victoria Smith for showing me the better deal and different options. I highly recommend you ask for her when shopping there. She is great and very knowledgeable. Had a small Issue at first then spoke with the manager Arron and he along with Rahul went above and way beyond to help me out. I made a purchase of a car media player to outfit into a camper. They listened to what I was saying and got me exactly what i needed and gave me great advice to help with my unique install application project. Will for sure go back for the following pieces that will be needed and also to upgrade my truck system. Thanks guy for working so hard on this for me!

Victoria and the staff are just amazing. I had a particular unique problem and Victoria helped me the whole way through on Boxing Day (under pressure). Also the gentleman who sold me a tv a month earlier and the other gentleman who helped me load/ secure it into my truck were amazing. Myself coming from 20 years of sales and service was amazed of the professionalism and care provided. It’s a rarity these days to come by but Victoria and the other two are 5 star employees.

Absolute worst electronics store. They do not have literally any TVs and I mean any unless you want to purchase a 4000 dollar 32” (over exaggerating Ofcourse) also I warn you now do not buy anything that needs to be shipped out and do not order anything online you will pay the express shipping just for them to forget about you for 2 weeks till you call them and then they fail to make it right and not even deliver your items and also not refund the express shipping.

We were at the Regent store on Oct 13th, 2022 looking for a stove, fridge & dishwasher. Jeremy C. assisted us and he was very helpful, which made it easy for us to select the brand and style of appliances that we need for our new place. Great service and better deals, worth to buy. Really bad service. Reserved a robot vacuum on 19th Nov, 2022. Was told I would get a call when the item arrives and that it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. Called them back on the 22nd December (no update till then) to ask the status. The rep mentioned she could see the item had arrived as per the system but could not find the product. $675 dollars spent and no update on the product. Going to the store to cancel the order.

This was my first time dealing with Visions. Daniel was able to get answers for all my questions about the Thinkware cameras for my car and they where able to install it right away. I was very happy to wait at the store as they have comfortable seating and huge tvs to keep you entertained. I was also very surprised at the variety for products that they stock and the rewards program they offer. You can’t loose here.

Sam was THE BEST sales guy I've ever dealt with. Even though the store was crazy busy, he still made my mom and I a priority. Nice clean store as well as friendly service. I called & spoke to a salesperson (Manny) and had some questions about a 360 camera. He took the time to answer my questions & was knowledgeable about the product. I went down & bought the unit! I've purchased quite a few items from that store over the years. St. James is closer, but Regent has a much better vibe, so I go the extra mile!

I don't think we'll shop for electronics anywhere else. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection. You can check stock ahead of time on their website. Our two week old TV kept needing to be reset so when we brought it back they were very accommodating and we had a new TV in no time and it is great. They also had the automatic two year warranty that didn't cost extra.

Was waiting to longtime for a soundbar at visions store in st James.”no fault of the store” because of shipping issues and supply….went to the regent store and was up sold a better soundbar by Samiur. He explained my room and equipment I already had and I think came out better. Im extremely happy he did and really appreciate the zero pressure service and honest knowledge. Great job.

RAHUL the installer Just had my car audio and 2 way remote starter installed to my truck and it looks fantastic!! He give all the option with no rush.. the installation was neatly done, put back everything as if nothing was done in my truck except obviously I got new touch screen on my dash and a new remote starter...I'm a happy customer and thanks to RAHUL!!!

This is the second television we have bought from visions. Both times we had excellent service and knowledgable sales people. Both times we were given plenty of time to make a decision without any hassle.Keith was terrific help and very patient with all our enquiries. We know we got the best deal as we checked Costco and Best Buy. Kudos to the store and especially the staff.

Marshall offered terrible customer service. He refused to help us with our phone plan as he was "uncomfortable" in changing ownership of a phone number (even after receving approval that it was possible from BellMTS). He also added that helping us would create "too much work" for him. Poor customer service and Marshall was condescending when I explained the situation.

Bought a OLED tv from Visions yesterday Manny was great he is very nice and knowledgeable, he answered all our questions. He had the TV all packaged and ready for us to pick up at the agreed time and he helped load it onto our truck. The whole experience from start to end was great if you are going to shop at Visions on Regent ask for Manny, he is a great salesperson

Watch out for their hidden conditions with the price protection. After contacting the store (originally 1 star review), the sales person reached out to clear up the confusion and honour the price protection. Kudos to them for correcting an issue within an hour of knowing about it during a busy holiday season. Christian was great to deal with looking for a TV.

Ordered a gaming monitor thru the phone that was on sale at the time. They said it would take a few weeks to get in. Didnt hear back so I phoned to get an update and they had nothing on file for it. No longer on sale anymore either. Guy on phone basically said "Nothing we can do." Not the first time Ive had a bad experience with this place. never going back.

Extended warranty is horrible, been waiting for over a month for a answer on repair or replacement and can’t get through to customer service as no one is available, phone hangs up after 10 min on hold , don’t waste your money at visions! By experience Other retailers provide repairs/replacement within a week or two and provide much better customer service.

You rarely ever feel the need to ask a question when she is helping you, because she provides simple, and profound knowledge. Ordered a gaming desk from them and was quoted 3 - 5 weeks. After waiting over a month we started calling each week and got zero information. 10 weeks later we finally get to pick it up in store and the thing looks like it came from a war zone. Not happy at all with how any of the staff treated us. Pics of package that was layed at our feet in the store.

Great experience today at Visions on Regent. We were assisted by Dill and Sam as we looked for a new TV for my mom. We had specific requirements that needed to be met and they helped us find a product that worked for us but at a price that worked with our budget. Have known the Manager Aaron for almost 15 years, he'll guide you in the direction you need to go with your purchase, won't oversell, and will listen to what your needs are. Marshall was an excellent source of information. He explained all the high tec stuff with the tvs and how they coordinated with soundbars. He never used any high pressure sales which was appreciated.
