I came in to have my very outdated phone fixed. Andrew took one look at the phone then looked at me and said "why" haha I purposely didnt sit because i could tell by the look on his face he just couldn't let me leave with that phone but I don't like change thankfully I gave in because Andrew took the time to help me explore some really great plans that gave me more for the same price I was already paying that even included a very much needed new phone He was honest, helpful and very friendly. Definitely recommend visiting Andrew before going anywhere else he won't disappoint.

Rude male that works there.Tries to bully everyone to buy a new phone and the girl stands there and giggles while he does it.I bought a new expensive phone from the other store since.He puts your phone down if you ask for help.I fixed the issue myself because he only wanted me to buy a new phone and put me on a plan.My phones bought outright.He tried to do the same to my mother.Silly sales tactics don't work with smart people.

Being with Vodafone prepaid off & on over the year's but had a different thought so living near by l visited nepean centro, l was served by one of your staff member's named Andrew not just once but a few times he's doesn't just do his job well but is a very helpful generous & thoughtful young man also goes out off his way to meet the means of his customers Thanks again & keep it up
