I really loved the vibe of this boutique but unfortunately my experience with them has become a disaster. When purchasing, it automatically selected “pick up” from the store when I live far from Texas. I hadn’t received a package so I contacted them, they made me pay for shipping which I didn’t mind. I supplied them once again with the correct address and then they shipped it to the wrong address. I had no idea. Then I received an email stating that they also put someone else’s order in my shipment. I need my purchase in less than a week and they are sold out of it in my size. I am absolutely heart broken because this was something so special to me and now I have no confidence in an outfit for my event. I was hoping they would really try to fix this issue but I feel as if they aren’t. I had several items that I was eyeing for future occasions from their boutique and now it’s very hard for me to want to purchase them. I will give them the benefit to resolve this issue but I am so upset over this.

After looking all over La Cantera and North Star mall TWICE, I found the perfect dress for a New Year's Eve party at Voge! I had been searching for weeks all over San Antonio and was desperate to find something special! When I walked in, I was greeted by a kind employee and I explained to her my situation. She pulled 5 dresses in my size and immediately got me in a dressing room. The whole experience was quick and easy and I was extremely relieved (considering the party was in less than 24 hours). The quality of the dress (second from right in the photo) is amazing and I will wear it for several occasions in the future!

I have been going to Voge for quite a few years. Today when I walked in with my daughter we were not greeted or asked if we needed help. The other customers that walked in after after us were greeted and asked if they needed help. Poor customer service ,rude girl at the desk. Guess my money wasn’t good enough for them. Probably have to look a certain way to get good customer service. I own a business as well in the same strip as Voge I would never treat or discriminate clients like they did today.

Voge is one of the best and cutest boutiques I’ve ever been to! They’re also very active on their instagram and allow you to make purchases through them that way. I purchased an item from them and only wore it twice and it began to come undone a bit, very much fixable, and they responded immediately and helped me out. Their attention to their customers is remarkable and I will definitely be purchasing more!

I absolutely LOVE this store, and it's owner! They always have the cutest, trendiest clothes, and the employees are always so helpful and friendly. And on top of that, everything is great quality AND affordable! I highly recommend this store to any girl or woman looking for a standout outfit!

Really cute clothes. Prices are high and return policy is awful!!! Only for store credit and if after 14 days - NOTHING!! I bought a candle and even that was considered “final sale”.

No one greeted me, asked me if I need assistance or said good buy. 2 girls at the register, only one of them checking out a customer. Rude.
