It is a small store compared to the big chains like Liquor Depot and Goody Goody. The comments on their selection being smaller than others is fair. However two things have stood out to me which is why I'll drive out of my way to shop here. First is the customer service. I spoke to Omar, the manager, today and he was extremely patient with my limited knowledge. He answered all my questions and shared what he knew. Same with the younger gentleman and kind woman. They were dancing while setting the display and little things like that is the start to a good atmosphere. She stopped dancing to help me find some liquor and was cheery the whole time. Second is the prices. These others comments don't make sense to me. They were selling at msrp on the harder-to-get liquors. I've bought Weller here and Liquor Depot and it is cheaper here. The eagle rare is $27 plus tax as it should be. Euless liquor depot for example sold eagle rare at $70. Price and service is why I'll come back here and why they have regulars.

This is a trash store and a trash company. The managers have been rude from day 1. I have shopped here since they have opened and it’s always been games and only good service for friends of family of the manager. I don’t know how WB managed to stay open. I thought maybe once they got rid of omar it would improve but they seem to have done a good job of finding someone even worse. I will never give business to this company. Real shame because I frequent Costco so I am around there often.

Lousy service, especially from the "manager". He is always rude and never helpful when approached with questions. The young ladies are helpful most of the time, however the same cannot be said about their manager. I was there last Friday, I asked the manager if I could call in and ask if they have a certain item available, he immediately replied with "Don't call, we won't answer" and dismissed me. You call that good customer service? Outrageous. Stay clear of this place.

They were out of screwball but had the little bottles with ten in a pack... For $19.97... unbelievably high price, but I didn't have much of an option if I wanted to buy screwball so I bought two it was over $40 for both packs probably the equivalent of 3/4 of a bottle... Not happy about that maybe since they were out of it the guy should have gave me a little discount on the insanely high packages...

Sara, the manager, is extremely rude and unprofessional. There was a special that was on their website that she refused to honor because she said “the website hadn’t been updated and we could call corporate if we wanted” we will call corporate and tell them of the terrible experience we had.

Guy with long hair and a mustache refused to sell to me bc he didn’t like how I set my cart aside when I entered the store. Didn’t even touch anything literally just rolled it when he asked me to put it aside. Specs is still cheaper.

Very organized, prices very good, top of the line products, samples are available on the weekends. Knowledgeable & very curtious staff. Just a note... Can't take purchased alcohol into Costco main building to shop.

It's nice. They are not affiliated with Costco liquor. They do have your usual variety and most are a little cheaper than your neighborhood liquor store. A little. Convenient because it's next to Costco.

They have a poor selection and just OK prices. Not worth going out of your way for. I was very disappointed. They also don't have any of the Kirkland brands which purportedly are very good for the price.

Good prices. Poor customer service. Associates seem to believe that it is more important to talk amongst themselves than to take care of customers. I was ready to check out and was ignored.

Normally Costco has reasonable costumer service. This WB has the worst costumer service. All employees were on their phone and Alma was rude.

Decent selection, good prices. Easy stop next door when we go to Costco. The girls were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

World class! No place is beating these prices. Can you get any better sitting next to Costco, yep that's why WB is here.

They always have a good selection of wines and some times great sale prices. The liquor is a good buy too.
