This has long been my most shopped at store in all of Houston as a long-time Montrose neighborhood resident and native Houstonian; unfortunately, I can no longer respectfully recommend this particular Walgreens location. Despite being a 24 hour pharmacy/store, they arbitrarily close their bathroom to the public (paying customers and all.). I wish I could say this was an atrocity of the covid pandemic (which would still be wildly unacceptable—especially for a health-oriented facility.) I have always seen security in the later hours of the store, and the area has its homeless population for which they may use as an excuse to warrant haphazard closures: I do not feel it is humane to deny some access to a toilet. Public defecation and urination is unsafe to public health and illegal. No one should have to chose between humiliation/crime/pain & suffering. Publicly indecency laws can be charged if an officer is so inclined leading to a having a sex offender charge all because they need to relive themself. What would America have humans with a biological necessity to eliminate do in these situations? This Walgreens needs to just adjust their humanity and obligation to allow paying (or not) costumers access to the restroom during all hours of operation—24hours. Hire another minimum wage worker for your corporate run business specifically for sanitation if needed. This is absurd for a country as wealthy as ours. NO EXCUSE-ever! We don’t have pay to use public access bathrooms outside of stores and shops like other countries; we are therefore liable and responsible for the harm we cause.
Please AVOID going here. This weekend my boyfriend and I went to go pick up his meds through the drive-through. He sent his credit card through the shoot. We spent 40 minutes waiting in the car because they lost his credit card. We clearly heard the agent named Ahmed say “I just had it in my hands I can’t find it.” Very unprofessional. After waiting 40 minutes in the drive-through I decided to go to the front desk at the pharmacy and inquire what is going on and what is being done about it. The manager named Tony was extremely rude and unprofessional. Responded to me saying “that’s what I’m doing” after I asked him why dont they try to pry open the box that they think it fell in. Once they opened it and found the card (because apparently there was a crack that it fell through) Ahmed proceeded to ask my boyfriend his name again (for the 3rd time) even though he was at the drive-through for 40 minutes handling his payment process. We were not able to attend an event we reserved for that evening because we were so late and spent almost an hour there. We were not told what they will be doing to avoid it happening again, and throughout the whole problem they kept saying they don’t know, they don’t know how long it’ll take, they don’t know what happened and they don’t know where the credit card is. We will be contacting corporate. If you don’t want to risk them losing your credit card do not go here.
Open 24 hours. I came in at 4 am after pain from an ankle injury had kept me up all night. The night manager (?, her badge was turned around), who appeared to be the only employee in the store, said good morning and immediately recognized my situation. Because I was limping, she walked ahead of me and found me everything I needed, and had pulled it from the shelves. She even suggested and brought a few other things she said would help; and they did! She met me at the register and even keyed in my credit card in manually when it didnt swipe, so that I didnt have to pull out another card, and worked to get me out of the store as quickly as possible so that I could begin to treat my injury sooner. She spent time to explain the returns policy, even saying I could bring back the instant freeze packs if I didnt find them to be cold enough. I sincerely appreciated her sympathy and efforts to find and to suggest the items I needed to feel better. This trip was the best experience I have ever had to a CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aide, etc and came at a time when I sincerely needed it. It may be a different experience during the day, but it would have been much easier for her to sit at the register and ignore me, as most nighttime employees seem to do.
This is the sorriest excuse of a Pharmacy you can find. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. The staff is rude, uninterested in service and slow as molasses. Waited for 45 min in drive thru with no cars ahead in my lane for a prescription for which I received a ready text. No-one bothered to explain what the delay was. When she finally bothered to talk to me, she took my credit card and then after another 10 min told me to get in the other lane behind the car that had arrived after me and wait some more as my items wouldn't fit in the chute. So I went inside to retrieve my card and then the pharmacist came out to tell me they couldn't find one of my items and needed to mix it again. Then she gave it to some dude to mix it and he drops the cap on the floor. Not realizing I was watching him, he picks up the cap from floor and proceeds to place it on my child's medicine bottle and place it in the bag. When I called them out on it the pharmacist didn't even flinch and acted all annoyed and told him to redo it. I asked for someone else to mix my meds and they said there is no one else. Do not recommend this place, awful attitude and no ethics!
The pharmacist refused to refill my prescription because I had not been a regular customer at that store in the last few years. No matter that I have a valid prescription, insurance, and had monthly refills there for over 5 years (but not within the last few years since they don't carry one of my medicines). After waiting on hold for 28 minutes (I was testing to see just how long they would make you wait), he asks if I am a patient of theirs> What? They aren't a doctor but a pharmacy that by the way advertises their nationwide capability. So after checking their records, he said he would not refill since I didn't live in the immediate area (I work 3 miles away but live 12 miles away) and wasn't a regular customer of "his" store. Really? What if I was traveling and needed a refill? What a POS! He picked the wrong person because I won't let go. This bull dog is going up the chain to my legislator because this is something our representatives need to know about. Preferential treatment and sales on federally regulated medicines, by an arbitrary requirement like this, is unacceptable in America. And it should be criminal also.
Not my regular pharmacy but used them for COVID booster. The online appointment procedure was simple and fast. I was able to input my insurance info online so didn't have to fool around with it at the pharmacy. I got a 9:15 appointment, got there at 9:10 and had my booster by 9:25. Everyone who dealt with me was efficient and courteous, and in the case of the person who gave me the booster, was cheerful, engaging and informative. I can't comment on other aspects of the store, since this was the only time I have used it, but it appeared to be clean. Some other reviewers appear to have had less satisfactory results with getting their covid booster, and I would have been reluctant to try it, but since I live about a mile down the street and was going to pass it on my way to the grocery store, I thought I would give it a try, and if there was a problem with the appointment or there was going to be a wait, I would just leave and head on to the grocery store, only a few minutes lost. Fortunately for me, it worked out great, I don't really know how it could have been better.
After the Target pharmacy switched to CVS and the prices went up, I decided to come here since it's close to my apartment. Last night I waited for 30 minutes in the drive-thru just to drop off my prescription. There was no one waiting at the counter inside the store, yet the pharmacist came up to the computer by the window three times and never even acknowledged me or the other car waiting. He finally took my prescription and told me they were very busy, and it wouldn't be ready for a couple of hours. Fine. I came back after calling to see if it was ready, and waited in line for another half-hour. I was told to activate the coupon I was trying to use (which was my fault for not doing before), so I pulled around to the back. I then waited for 45 minutes, only to find out I wasn't eligible to use the coupon in the first place. When I call my doctor today to call in a new script, he will be calling a different location. On the other hand, I've never had a problem with the employees inside the store itself. The pharmacy is the real problem here.
Absolute horrible customer service. I gave 2 prescriptions to one Pharmacy tech, who told me it would take 15 minutes. I returned to the drive thru after 15 mins, waited about 10 minutes because the lady in front of me looked like she had an issue with the quantity of her prescription. When I got to the window, only one of my prescriptions was filled. The other had been lost. It took 2 pharmacy techs and 2 pharmacists to find it and instead of offering to fill it was going to just refund me without my permission. I'm literally sitting at the window watching them run around lost while I was left in the dark about wjat was going on. I had to wave them down to ask them to explain to me what was going on. It is clear they have not properly trained their staff to handle such situations. When dealing with prescriptions that could be life altering for people, doing so in a timely, efficient manner could be vital. I will never return to this Walgreens Pharmacy and advise you to do the same.
I love the location, but the pharmacy needs some restaffing. I called to receive a medication refill and was greeted with a very rude staff member with a distasteful tone. Instead of listening to what I needed and clarification she insulted my intelligence, neglected my needs, & delayed my care. To make matters worse, while I was talking she interrupted me, stated “ima have someone else talk to you”, the put me on hold mid sentence. I have never experienced this negative treatment before or at this location so I was very disappointed. Working in healthcare, it is our responsibility to ensure we do our best to help those we serve. I’m not happy I was treated that way, but I’m glad it was me and not someone who wouldn’t have known how to navigate that situation to get what they needed. MUST DO BETTER. Fortunately I was able to go to the pharmacy and was taken care of by Chelsea and the Operations Manager Carolina. Hoping to have a better experience in the future.
By far the worst and most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life. I have never gone there without a major complication. The first time I went it took them close to 2 hours to figure out my insurance. The next time I went they said they were out of stock of one of my prescriptions and I would have to wait until next week. I was disappointed but I shrugged it off. However, when going back today (Tuesday of next week) they told me they were still out of stock and won't have the prescription available until next week. I tried calling before hand but I was on hold for 45 mins so I just walked inside. Also if you look in the back of the pharmacy it is extremely unorganized! It scares me that these people are handling peoples medications. Please, go to any other pharmacy in Houston but this one or you will be extremely frustrated.
I had a big issue by them not processing my insurance properly and for about 6 months I kept paying $80 a month when they should've charged $5, luckily one of the employees I believe his name's José found out they had never submitted my insurance to the claims dept. He submitted my insurance properly so thanks to him doing his job I dont have to pay all that money mind you I kept asking the clerks why is 80 bucks they kept telling me that's how much it is after the insurance copay then when I called the insurance company after this employee had found the mistake the insurance said that Walgreens had never submitted any claims except by this last time when the employee did his job. I had my meds prescribed there for the 24hr convenience since I work 12hrs shifts but I am about to transfer to CVS or other pharmacy.
This literally must be the slowest pharmacy in Houston. I live very close so I usually fill my prescriptions here, and literally every time I come through the drive thru, I wait at least 15 minutes, and that's when I'm the only one in line. If there's one car in front of you, you might as well just turn the car off and park in line because you'll be waiting for at least 30-45 minutes. The customer service is horrendous at this pharmacy. They need to get better staff or hire more staff if they're understaffed because it is literally ridiculous. For example, I was just there and waited at least 20 minutes and no one even came to the window. Two cars left because they had waited so long and eventually I did, too. This is a recurring problem. As a side note, the actual Walgreens staff inside the store are very good.
Extremely unfriendly staff...and not the first time. Purchased an item...later when I opened the box I learned it was empty. Given the cost I wanted to make sure I would get a refund. Called the store and after two attempts and hearing lengthy messages unrelated to the reason I was calling, I finally got a person. Told them the situation. Their response, "bring it to the front register." No sorry for the inconvenience we will be happy to take care of this for you. Given the staff person's tone and response, I asked if this possibly happened often. The answer was no and they ended the call by hanging up on me. Wow...sorry you have such poor security that things get stolen and you are then rude to the person who purchases your empty boxes. I am moving all my prescriptions and won't be back.
The lady on the previous review is correct. The pharmacy is trash. Customer service is COMPLETE trash. I picked up our prescription today Sunday May 20,2018 at 2:15 in the afternoon and the prescription that was supposed to be ready that the nurse called to be picked up on Sunday which is today was put away in the shelf,NOT only it’s put away in the shelf but the pharmacist assured my doctor and nurse it will be completely covered by then so that’s the reason why I had to wait on Sunday. When I went today, this African American lady charged me. I said the pharmacist said it’s supposed to be covered if I pick it up today. I said y’all have to do something your reviews are so bad,I’m about to put a poor review. She said ok,that’s fine! Not a care in the world !!!!!
Tony the manager is probably the realest dude I've met thru a costumer service aspect, REAL GOOD DUDE if he can help you he will for sure as well as Rayo the Px Mngr he as well REAL GOOD DUDE I pass up a bunch of Walgreens and cvs to only go to this Walgreens. I have to say since 2016 they have kept it 1 million w me and done all they can if problems arise to accommodate what I need and have at times MADE sure to meet the necessities I go to for medicine so IDC WHAT OTHERS TRY TO SAY NEGATIVE they're probably someone who couldn't slide some BS past the staff there and now are hating. On everything I love it's damn good store w better PEEPS. Yeah EVERYWHERE has some dips that need to go but overall this Walgreens is the truth.
Had an emergency drs appt today n she called this pharmacy in. When I went to pick up medicines, they dint have a medicine which I needed for my cough. Already became too sick with two days of coughing. The pharmacist said to wait till Monday! Not sure what kind of service. This is not a BP medicine! Then they said they cannot transfer the prescription to other pharmacies. Asking me to call all Walgreens n checking on medicine availability. What kind of a inventory system are they having that they cannot see if other Walgreens inventory. Why can’t they do this work? You call no one answers. 20 mts on wait. Someone from the regional level have to check out this Walgreens pharmacy.
I like going to Walgreens to buy my paper towels and toilet tissue. They have a special 2 for $10, which is perfect - the toilet tissue is the double rolls. I was a little upset about not being able to get a Walgreens card, that I asked for. I gave the lady my phone number and I specifically asked for a physical card. I am a very clumsy, ditzy person and I am always losing my cell phone and I constantly have to change my number, this can cause a problem every time I would like to collect points or use my points at the check out, when I don't even know my own number, having a physical key chain card would make my life a lot easier. Thanks, Noe
I've been trying to contact Walgreens for over 2 hours now. The main customer service person told me this location is the only one open and to have my prescription transfered to this store. I call this store and was on hold for another 45+ min only to get hung up on when it was my turn. I call the store back and reach the store manager and am told they aren't open until 12p today?! I have a medication that I MUST take daily that was supposed to be filled over a week ago. No communication has gone out with updates, pharmacy updates or anything. What are people supposed to do right now when we NEED our medication? This is poor customer service.
Manager claims there is no bathroom in the building and the employees do not have anywhere to use the bathroom for their entire shift. It’s against the law to deny restrooms to people with health conditions requiring access to restrooms. I find it hard to believe that this establishment has absolutely no working restrooms. I am working door dash and I happen to be a veteran traveling with my ID Card because I have a condition which requires me to need access to bathrooms. I hope they get this issue “fixed” I will be making a report so they can get assistance quickly both for myself and I guess the sake of their employees working here.
By far THE WORST pharmacy I have EVER been to. Every time I come, there could be ONE person y of me and I find myself waiting 30 minutes. They move so unbelievably slow it’s truly astonishing. The people behind the counter aren’t exactly friendly enough to make up for it. So they lack in speed and in customer service. Countless times have my prescriptions been sent over for hours and they’ve never been ready. Once they gave me the wrong amount and my insurance refused to allow me the extra 30 pills because the pharmacy had shorted it. It’s truly ridiculous. I’m surprised they haven’t had a complete staff change due to how awful it is.
After waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes for the car ahead of me to get their prescription. I motioned for the other 4 cars behind me to back up so I could leave. I went inside and was waited on quickly. The pharmacist asked me if I had any questions and I said, "Yes, I would like to know why I had to sit in the drive through lane for 25 minutes in the sun and you didn't just ask the person to pull around until their prescription was ready." The pharmacist turned his back on me and walked away. I have never been treated like this in any store, anywhere at anytime. I will never do business with Walgreens again.
I really like this location. My daughter accidentally left her reading book there and the staff were friendly and kind in getting it for me the next day. Also, I found a treasure in the toy aisle, there was only one left and it was a sentimental reminder of my late brother. I thought it was 50% off (it wasn’t) but they still hooked me up with a $5 off coupon, which was close enough. Of course it’s not always going to be a memorable visit like today but it was refreshing to have that level of customer service. It felt genuine and I appreciate it. I haven’t had any negative experiences at this store either.
Went with my husband for covid vaccine booster without an appointment but the person in front of us also didn’t have an appointment. Everything was explained to that person but he decided it would take too long so he left. When we went up after him the person explaining the vaccine, Ahmed, just looked at us and said we couldn’t get the vaccine because we didn’t have an appointment. It felt very discriminatory. He could have explained that they were too busy or handled it in a more professional way. I only hope that Walgreens will train their employees to act in a fair and professional manner.
I waited 15 minutes while ppl where hiring around in the back of the photo area to pick up my photos. The guy at the front called for them and they still didn’t show up. One girl came out of the door and walked rt past myself and one other person waiting and just standing there for our photos. Vanessa finally came out and didn’t even apologize for the wait. She literally was still laughing at some joke they were yelling about … the phone was ringing for a good ten minutes and she didn’t answer it … what kind of customer service do they promote? They used to be so awesome!
All of the pharmacy employees are always prompt, super conscientious, responsible, friendly even under pressure and waits on each customer as if he were the only one in line. And all of the pharmacist are knowledgeable, and, no matter how busy (and the pharmacy department is ALWAYS busy) they take whatever amount of time necessary to answer a persons question. In short, in all of my last ten years of needing drugs (age: 82) I could not ask for a better department than this store on Montrose. Try CVS and you will see what I mean. The staff is always friendly and honestly if the store closes like the Kroger‘s did I will purposely shop in another chain. Those people that work the night shift are always always great no matter what! they’re there with a smile on the face ALL THE TIME In their customer service is off the chain. It really feels like a neighborhood store rather than a big named Entity. Like it or not they’re the only thing the Montrose area has left and with them being open 24 hours it’s easy to get last minute items right after I leave the scene! We love the staff.
Never thought I’d be reviewing a drugstore but here we are. This location is terrible. The pharmacy wait is consistently long and I’ve been put on hold for extended periods only to be hung up on. The store is also consistently out of normal items; I never manage to walk out with everything I came in for, without exaggeration. There are also frequently folks loitering on the property who make it feel unsafe. Would be embarrassed to work for corporate, because it’s painfully obvious they do not resource their stores. adequately.
The other bad reviews say it all, the pharmacy staff make the customer do all the work. I had to work for days to get clarification on very simple instructions on one script - promises of call back never occurred. AND, I just went to get a prescription filled a few days early and waited in a single file line six people deep and when I got to checkout I was told I needed a copy of my vacation itinerary to get my script filled a few days early. No one told me this was needed, and I leave tomorrow morning.
The inside of the store is clean and organized, like any other Walgreens. Cashiers are pretty friendly. The line at the pharmacy here is always long, and it takes forever. Pharmacy customer service is lacking. Despite what other reviews indicate, the pharmacy is NOT open 24 hours. It's open 7am – 11pm. They can't help that the location is near where homeless people tend to loiter. However, management definitely could do a better job picking up litter in their parking lot and surrounding area.
Absolutely the worst Walgreens I have ever been to! They do not answer the phone, management is rude and refuse to help customers. The pharmacy is even worse, they don’t care, rude and service is a neg 10!!! Be prepared to sit in the drive through or stand in line 1 deep food e 20 mins or more to be helped!! I have no ideas how this location is still open!! I have moved all my business that is further drive but worth it to get treated like a person and a customer they are happy to have.
The most convenient thing about this Walgreens is that they are open 24 hours, pharmacy included. I am quite annoyed, however. I picked up a prescription last night. I just opened the bottle to take my first pill today, and found that they did not give me the correct amount of pills that was prescribed to me. I now have to go back to this location later today to pick up more. It's extremely inconvenient, and made me lose trust in them handling my medications in the future.
I'm surprised by all the bad reviews here. I had a minor inconvenience with my medication but a quick call to the doctor set it straight and I got it in a few minutes. This is definitely a better choice than the nearby CVS, since Walgreens has real live employees who can actually help you, not just tell you to get in line to use a kiosk that is already in use by a confused customer who is just standing there not doing anything! Please, Walgreens, don't go the CVS route.
I would like to be contacted by a regional manager. Earlier today I had an issue with a shift manager named Charlie that accused me of counterfeiting register rewards. If a deal seems to be good to be true it probably is. Received a $5 register reward that was expiring today and Charlie refused to take the coupon due to it looking “photo copied”. I had even received that reward my mail from the Catalina company. Look forward to speaking to the store manager as well.
Worst pharmacy ever! I called them to refill my blood pressure medication. The technician told me my medication prescription is closed and she can’t refill it. I told her I had 4 refills before 01/2022. She said she can’t. I told her it’s weekend and I can’t call my doctor and I haven’t had my medication for 2 days. I told her I could have a stroke without my medication. She laughed at me. I told her I’m not kidding. Then she hanged up on me. So rude!
I’m so surprise by all the negative comments. This is the only Walgreens I know that get their stuff done. Every pickup order are always fulfilled and so fast too. The worker are super helpful and nice as well when I go in store . I love doing pick up order from here especially when I can’t go in store. I hope this place will continue to be great!! Forever my go to store. I drive out of my way to go here rather than go to the one closer to my house
I love Walgreens. I have been shopping with this store for years. 99% of the time I don't have any issues. This particular experience went smoothly and can not report not 1 negative review. The employees were polite and helpful. It wasn't crowded. I found what I was looking for without any problems. (I had gone there to purchase dog food.) the store looked clean and the product aisles looked organized and well stocked. This was a good experience.
Walgreens at 3317 Montrose Blvd. The sign on the Front Entrance says, FREE covid or Flu shot. Sorry to say, Lies! False Advertisement. They were going to charge me $39.00 for a Flu Shot. Buyer Beware. I will be reporting them to the Better Bussines Bureau. Never shopping at that Walgreens. CVS on S. SHEPHERD, took me right in with no Charge. Stay Safe Yall. Don't let Walgreens stop you from getting your shots. They Tried it with me. Thank You CVS
Very unfriendly staff, & it really seems no one in the pharmacy listens to whatever you need from your Dr. I end up making more trips, because of their incompetence. Example: This pharmacy just told me to call my Dr. about refilling a script. I had to get two of my drugs else where, because they tried to charge me an additional $1780.oo every three months for Crestor(a statin or cholesterol medication), & Valencia(heart medication).
EDIT 7/2019: pharmacy hours now 7a-11p I use this Walgreens all the time. The pharmacy is open 24 hours and the staff is really nice. They do get busy at peak times. Just like with any pharmacy, your experience will be better if your doctor sends your script ahead of time. Plus, for a healthcare company, Walgreens' app is surprisingly decent for prescription management and pickup notifications.
These people are very slow and working very very inefficient. Called them prior to coming, they didn’t even mention that I needed an appointment until I showed up. They didn’t even help me to make an appointment and told me to go to the website to do it myself. That didnt end there. After i made an appointment and waited an hour, they told me they didnt have the vaccine. What a waste of time
I’m not usually the review type but this pharmacy has dropped the ball so hard on so many occasions that I have to say something. The staff is atrocious. They are completely uninformed and poorly trained. The pharmacy would probably be better run by a bunch of teenagers picked up off the street. I refuse to believe anyone at this location has received any formal schooling in pharmaceuticals.
Honestly, I think they may be understaffed, which is not the fault of the employees, but I always receive excellent service here. They are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for me. Perhaps a trip to this pharmacy does take a little longer than other places during peak hours, but I'm willing to wait a bit whether in person or on the phone for helpful and kind service!
I tried getting a compound medication for my son and other pharmacies were wanting to get him to take capsules (5 year old). H‑E‑B pharmacy was trying to charge us over $200 but this pharmacy mailed our compounded refrigerated medication right to our door for under $35. Special thanks to Ms. Katrina that followed up and ensured my son had his medication as soon as possible.
They are not coupon friendly. Dont try and do couponing on this location. I got 4 of the oxi clean. The cashier didnt want to ring me up for 4 coupon. He wanted to separate each one to a transaction. Which means i will hold up the line!!! Called manager, manager show up and rudly said "give her the four". Never have i deal with ppl this rude.
I’m also surprised by all the negative reviews. Been using this pharmacy for about 10 years without any major issues. Over the counter and food item prices are high as you’d expect for a 24/7 convenience store. The pharmacy is great. I do recommend going at off-peak times like 8-9 pm or Sat/Sun morning. It can be slow at rush hours.
The pharmacy has Horrible customer service. The allow customers to stay on hold for over 30mins and continue to place you on hold without saying anything. I have called before on this Walgreens and their lack of customer service skills. I will be making another report to Walgreens because some serious Training need to take place.
They have left one of my prescriptions open, being processed, unfilled. They are temporarily closed with no explanation and no indication how long that will be. no message on the phone or website to explain when service will return. days, weeks?? This is completely unacceptable. I will be permanently leaving Montrose location.
This pharmacy is terrible and they are always so rude and disorganized. Recently, one of the pharmacists named Simone was incredibly mean to me, yet I was the one apologizing to her… that was the last straw for me, and I won’t be getting my prescriptions filled here anymore. Save your time and go somewhere else.
Extremely slow service. I got a covid test and they called me to tell me they ran out of supplies and I needed to come in to retest the next day. This is after they made me wait a whole hour in the drive through because they were "processing" other orders too. I recommend using that time to drive somewhere else.
Hispanic Lady in the pharmacy department lied and ask me to wait 20 min for my prescription came back 30 min later. A worker stated that the prescription was never filled. I was tired just getting off work. Bad customer service very pisses off because i was serious pain! She had blonde looking hair. Ughhhhhh
We had an issue with our room and the Front Desk Agent, Martha, went absolutely above and beyond to correct and assist. Her personable nature and empathy are the biggest asset a management team can have in a person. They should pay her more. She is the type of person who cultivates repeat customers.
Please, please and please do not go to this pharmacy for your prescription. I was trying to ask them questions about my prescriptions but Katrina S had no clue what was going. I ended up throwing it away because if their incompetent. The pharmacy is nasty and, disgusting place Stay away!
Easy and smooth experience today in the photo department. The technician assisted me with getting higher quality enlargements and prints of my photos. Another staff member also brought over an item from a different department so that I could check out with everything at once. Thank you!
Had to pick up a prescription after my surgery. There was a short hefty woman who was extremely rude and unprofessional, to myself and every customer that came for a pickup. If you're looking for a decent turn around, I suggest NOT going to this location. 1.5 hours for 2 prescriptions
This has to be the worst Walgreens. We have had to go to this pharmacy because the hand surgeon uses them exclusively. 6 visits. Only once was the service reasonable. Lots of bad information. Lots of bad attitude. Always understaffed and poorly organized. This place needs a manager.
EXCELLENT STAFF MEMBER I had the pleasure of having Jessica help me with an exchange and purchase at the store on 10/24/19. She was very HELPFUL and patient with me because I didn't know which item to purchase. She's a GREAT asset to your store!!! Great Customer Service Jessica!
Incredibly uninformed shipping center photo and shipping staff are slow inattentive and kept me waiting for 45 minutes just to tell me they couldn’t help me and to go somewhere else when the other lady had lied and said she could help me. Just go to a normal fed ex.
Another Walgreens stop for me. This store was clean and cashier was very friendly. However bathrooms need work and even though I walked in circles and stood at a locked case I was never asked if I needed help by floor crew (there were several employees around).
We showed up for a COVID booster WITH AN APPOINTMENT. We get to the counter and the lady in the back says, “no more boosters” because the person giving out the boosters is “about to leave”. I was there on time. I don’t think it’s fair and very unprofessional.
I scheduled a COVID booster appointment online as direct and waited 40 minutes with no indication I was getting a vaccination. I eventually had to leave. Pathetic. If you have this amount of work, you need to treat your clientele better. It's ridiculous.
I used this pharmacy intermittently over 6 months because I live right down the street from them. Every single one of my prescriptions has been at least 1-2 hours later than they told me it would be. Every single one. This last one was the
I went in today and filled a prescription and the very helpful trainee didn’t skip a beat. I didn’t catch his name but from what I experienced today he will be a continues asset to Walgreens and the community. Costumer service at its best.
Close a minute early and put their gate down would not answer for both calls when I had a medication that if I don’t take every day I am curled up in bed in pain for my Reflux. Unacceptable They knew I was coming. I tried to call five
Please check that your phone line is connected, pharmacy! Please!! I was just on hold for 90 minutes and no one ever picked up. I called the National line, hopefully they’ll be able to look into what happened tonight.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. Most of the pharmacy technicians are very helpful and pleasant, the tech who gave me my latest Covid and flu shots also gave me tips on how to make the app work better.
Very clean, atmosphere was pleasant and friendly. The security officer present was visible and greeted customers as they entered the premises. The cashier was respectful, nice, and helpful
Came on a busy Saturday afternoon for a vaccine and prescription refill. The pharmacist and pharmacy tech were both very friendly and the visit took less than 30 minutes. Very pleased!
One of the worst Walgreens locations I have ever been to. Charlie, the so-called "Manager" has run this place to the ground. I would never recommend this location to anyone
VERY DISAPPOINTED. A few months ago i changed my health insurance provider and informed the store. Lately i found out that the store kept charging the old provider for my
Great employees. Friendly and very helpful. Safe location with store security. Bike rack in front of entrance. They will let you lock it up inside as well.
I had to go there twice (!!) to have passport photo. The application has been refused because it was "out of focus" (bad photo quality).
The store it’s great. The pharmacists are horrible. Having to deal with this pharmacy every month is literally the worst part of my life.
Maybe the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too. Staff makes up things, is rude, and tells you co flicking information. Service is terrible
Printed some photos here. Came out terrible. Not even the right size. Also, this Walgreens seems super sketch at night so be careful.
they CLOSE THE BATHROOMS AT NIGHT?? i was crying it hurt so bad and they closed the bathrooms i was losing it
Pharmacy crew really helped me and my husband out. They are nice and very helpful. Thank you.
Can get a little crazy during the late hours but they have security and police
Don't use this pharmacy. It's very disorganized.
Always amazing experience! Love yall!
