Bad customer service and management at the photo sections. My photos order got mess up. I have to resend the order but mistakenly send to a different pick up location. When I came there, they told me I have to pick up the resend order then come back for the price adjustment. I did that and now when I bring the receipt back, the manager said they can't do adjust the price here but I have to print both receipt to the other location to have it corrected. I am get too tired with them pushing back and for, giving wrong direction and gave up. This is a bad, irresponsible customer service at a names-brand store like Walgreen. Bad process for handle pick up photo as well. Their photo section was unattended. I waited at the desk for 5 mins seeing employee walking by but no one ask a single question. When the employee that suppose to be there came back, she looks like she just chilling out. No eye contact no smiling, no "hi how can i help you", she just come next to me and waiting for me to speak. There is no concept of good customer service here. Maybe this probably the main reason i was so disappointed at first. JUST BAD

I'm not sure how this place is managed, but... There is absolutely no reason for the amount of people waiting in line at any given time of the day. Meanwhile, cashiers are chit chatting with customers who are simply just trying to buy one item and get out of there. I've personally stood in line watching as customer after customer was forced into gabbing with the cashier. I get it, make it a personal experience...but 99% of the people there aren't looking forward to spending even more time talking about the items they bought, whether this or that vitamin really works, and where we are going on vacation that we need travel sized shampoo. Tell your cashiers to stop get people through the purchase quickly and move on. I promise you that line will shorten and move faster....and you'll avoid the several customers a day that simply go to CVS to avoid the hassle.

Pharmacy staff is unfriendly. I have been filling my monthly meds here for years and have had far more rude pharmacy techs than friendly ones. I just went to fill a new medication using a discount card and I was met with irritation. The pharmacy tech had a lot of trouble getting the code entered, while she tried, and asked for assistance multiple times, she complained loudly about how she disliked a coworker. She went back and forth with the other pharmacy staff on the dislike of this coworker. When she finally got the discount card entered she seemed irritated with me for trying to use the card. The price was still much higher than the doctor told me it should be, but I was so frustrated with the experience I just paid and left. This was the final straw, and I am transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

Pharmacy at this location is exceptionally HORRIBLE! Staff is rude and have the most unpleasant attitudes. ALWAYS an issue with my prescriptions, I mean ALWAYS!!! Hours are awful, meaning don’t expect the pharmacy to be open past 6 on weekdays nor at all on the weekends. Opens late too. It’s not worth coming here at inconvenient hours to get a nasty attitude from staff just to find out you have to come back because there was another problem with your prescription refill that they should have resolved already. Just awful!

Can I give 0 stars?! Extremely rude staff. Especially at the pharmacy. Why is everything always such an imposition?! I will be taking my business elsewhere, but perhaps you can save some customers by hiring more pleasant employees... The Rite Aid at 316 S. Tryon was such a wonderful place with the friendliest employees. So sad they closed.

In all the years I have worked in Uptown i can’t say I’ve ever left this store with a single item. The lines are always long and the employees are less than friendly. Today two ladies at the register literally walked away and left a poor guy with a line 7 customers, they just left.

Melba is there from North Tryon don't check out with her. hopefully they will change their hours till 9pm at least. It use to be my go to location after changing the coupon policy and rewards policy I refuse to step into walgreens. They do have limited stuff

The pharmacy staff is really great. They communicate, are always polite, and provide quick service during the busiest of workdays. Even during a global pandemic they never missed a beat. Thank you

Please add a self checkout if you are going to hire staff that refuse to do any work. Staff never ever go to tills to help with queue. Staff always on their phones watching the chaos unfold.
