Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!!! The Technicians are Extremely Rude!!!! The Pharmacist name is Charles. Do not go here. Everyone in the Pharmacy Department needs to be reprimanded. The wait times are extremely long. I have never in my life had such a horrible pharmaceutical experience until today. I am an Army Vetern who had their perscription called into CVS at first because this is the only place I go to. I was told that Tricare for Vetrens is no longer covered with CVS so I was forced to go to Walgreens. Never having an experience here before I was eager to see what type of services they would provide. Unfortunately the Technicians are rude!!!! Today the Technicians who were on the duty allowed 30-40 minutes to pass by without even making an attempt to call to the CVS pharmacy to have my perscription transferred. There was only one young lady that was friendly, but she appeared to be slightly new and still in training. I wish I had of gotten the Technicians names, but the only description I can provide for the one who was extremely rude; who does not need to be at the front greeting anyone is that she was a slim African American female with an Afro puff hairstyle. She looked to be in her early 20’s. It appeared that she was the manager on shift as well. The Pharmacist on duty name was Charles. Save yourself the headache on go to a different location maybe the Walgreens in MintHill, or to CVS if you can. Walgreens you have provided a Great Disservice to the community today!! Seriously, this is by far the SLOWEST, poorly ran pharmacy I’ve EVER been too & I’m an extremely patient individual! I’d have to be pushed over the edge for me to even consider posting a review because I understand how demanding this role can be. But enough is enough, shut this place down. You’re likely to literally die, face judgment day, reincarnate & still be waiting in line for your meds. Don’t give us a time for medication to be ready- come back to it still not being ready, meanwhile you’re stuffing your face with god knows what while I’m turning into a skeleton sitting at the window - - and don’t you DARE attempt to call, your preconceived kids will graduate college twice before they get around to answering the phone & what’s the point of having a “call” button if you’re simply going to ignore the calls? If I didn’t know any better, I’d think everyone was dipping in the “perkys” because the lack of urgency is truly unacceptable. Get it together. I cannot believe this place is still operating considering how deeply unorganized & unprofessional they are. No apologies for long wait times & overall just a horrible customer experience. Walmart isn’t even this terrible & that says A LOT! I immediately transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, I urge you all to do the same.

I have been using this Walgreens for 3yrs. Lately I've noticed strange things happening, last night for example: I arrived to use the ATM and grab a some razors. I asked the young lady in the front where they were and she guided me. 2nds later a white male employed followed me into aisle 10 & asked "did u need help finding anything?" AKA code for "let me watch u and ask u this to deter u from stealing". He then walked in the back to watch me on the cameras as if I'm a thiefe. Ik this because as soon as I walked to register he came from the back room I cld hear the door. Very uncomfortable shopping experience, it so obvious what he was doing. I've been in the store a million times and seen this guy. I'm not a thiefe, I don't steal and don't want to be followed around the store as such. I think he thought y watching me it would deter me from stealing, but I don't steal. So the psychological concept for him is probably "he stopped her from stealing"

I signed up for automatic refill. Doesn't ever actually do it. I called the number to do a refill. It said I had refills on this medication. Called the next day when it was supposed to be ready to check if it was because it never seems to be ready when I am told it will be ready. It said it had no medications thatbhad been requested. I called and waited for over 19 min for someone to say something other then "We will be with you shortly." Yea... 19 min is not shortly. This was at 1:00. They were able to answer my question in 2 min. When they finally answered they said that there were no refills and they would have to fax my doctors office. Why did no one call and tell me that. Why the they refill robot say I had refills. Not even an apology for the long wait when I said I had been waiting for 20 min and was frustrated about it. I didn't even tell it. I stayed it as fact. I hope the new Walgreens down he road will be better.

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE! AND THE PHARMACIST IS THE WORSE HE IS RUDE AND HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. you stay on hold forever they pick up and put you back on hold or hang up on you and when you call back you get out back on hold. The pharmacy techs tell you one thing and then the Pharmacist who loves to say I have the final say so it's my pharmacy tells you the complete opposite. DON NOT USE THIS PHARMACY ! There is a Walgreens right down the street from this on on WT Harris And they actually treat their customers like they care and put you first. Which I thought is the point of being in Customer service right? Wish I could get their corporate number They need to know who is in charge of their pharmacy is losing customers left and right with the attitude and poor customer service

This is the 4th time this pharmacy didn't have enough medicine to provide me a complete prescription. Who wants to double back during the work week once their shipment arrives. This is very inconvenient. I take multiple prescriptions. And have to keep coming back. The 1st time it was understandable. The 2nd time I said, wait a minute. But the 4th time I clearly understand this is how this location now operates. No thank you. Keep your attitude. Sorry to bother you. I won't be back

I was on hold for 15 min to get to the pharmacy. No one picking up the phone there customer service is below this one star I can rate them please don't go here it's a waste of your time go somewhere where they respect your time and money this is not the only pharmacy in Charlotte they keep picking up and say I will be right with you it's not 19 min and still nothing Walgreens you just lost me and I hope you go out of business you a below zero star company.

Beyond bad experience. They let you book an appointment for covid vaccines for children online, but they don't actually have the vaccine when you arrive for the appointment. So we drove there for nothing. And they know there's an issue since I was told, after waiting 15 minutes, "you're not the first parent this has happened to." I can see why this location gets such poor ratings.

I do not recommend this place because a chinky eyed women she made an appointment for my two son for Covid vaccination and flu shot and wen we came on our time she told us there is no vaccination here and next time we make a appointment again and we came in our time and same lady she did not accept our inference card Horrible customer service please do not make appointments here.

I went here tonight to get alil snack and when I was getting my change the cashier literally missed my whole hand on purpose as I was picking up my change she laughed so I called to let the manager on duty know she said she a minor so u basically saying because she a minor it's ok to mistreat paying customers I will never shop hear agian cause respect go along way with me

Hoy fui a este Walgreens y siempre es una decepción con ellos mi hijo necesita una medicina que le recetó el médico y fui por la medicina me dijeron que en 30mn estaría listo, pues para mi estaba perfecto pero luego voy por la medicina como 2 horas después de los 30mn y que no está lista la medicina todavía por que todos andan en break muy mal cervicio

Julius in the pharmacy department is very unprofessional and rude he hang up on me the 1st time I called to set up a profile for my prescriptions to be transferred over when I called back and tried to inquire about the status of medicine I was asked to set up this profile again . He should be fired and not a ideal person to handle clients

What the Pharmacy does to it's customers on the phone should be looked into by their corporate office. I'm sure this is not considered good business practice, but any means! They've had me on hold for a good 40 minutes... every time the call defaults back to them, they place me back on hold without even saying anything.

Beyond Frustrated with this location. I dropped off a FedEx package for my small business in August, and I just received a call today (September) that the package has been sitting on their shelf for a MONTH. Why was I not informed sooner? Ridiculous that it took this long for someone to contact me.

Bad Costomer service , I was disappointed also when I did ask for the N95 Mask the Government provided for Taxes payers for free I was tendered only 1 MASK and ai says in one single mask , she opened the package and pick a single one, her answer ear 1 single to individual. That is not right

Friendly, clean and well stocked. New management in the store department. Stellar service and things seem to be shaping up. I'm local and this is my main for many goods so I am very happy with how things are going and where they seem to be heading. Keep up the good work guys. Ty.

They move so slow. I went to the pharmacy drive thru at this location for the first time and it was beyond bad. Literally two cars were in front of me and it took about 20 minute wait per transaction. They move VERY SLOW. I do not recommend anyone use the drive thru service

Although everyone was great there were two people that stood out the most to me. It was one of the workers and the manager which I believe his name was Martin or something. Also the worker's name was something like nepae. I am not trying to be rude if I mess up the names.

This pharmacy is the worst. Waited on hold for 43 minutes to just ask a question they said they do not the medication and have to order it. It will be over a week before they get it. They said we could always go to the emergency room. I am changing pharmacy asap.

Horrible experience with waiting for a manager at front checkout, the lady had to call the speaker at least 4 times for a manager to come up there then the manager gave everyone a stank face that was in line that waited patiently! Do not come here!!!!

Not an option to give ZERO stars! Worst pharmacy I’ve ever experienced!! Tried calling 6 times today and I was on the phone every time for around 20 minutes each before the calls randomly disconnected!! So sad!! I do not recommend going here at all!!

Very unorganized, very unprofessional, system is always down and prescriptions is never ready nor is it received . If I had a life and death emergency and need my prescription on time, this place for sure will not have it ready !!! Disappointment !!

3* because it's usually clean inside. The wait at the drive-thru pharmacy is always atrocious. The staff here seems at once too busy and too apathetic to assist you. Hard to get in and out of here.
