I was a patient at the CVS on the corner of Milton & The Plaza rd for just over a year. By far, that was the absolute worst Pharmacy I had ever been a patient of in my 43 years of living. I had all of my Rx's transferred from that CVS to this Walgreens location. Every time I've went inside or called to ask for my refills or had any questions, I've been treated with absolute politeness & professionalism by any & all Pharmacy staff members. I hate to read of these other negative reviews as recent, but I will tell that since I've been at this location for the past 6 months, my experience has been very positive. Thank you to all of those who currently work at this Walgreens location Pharmacy for all of the services you have rendered to my family and I!
I miss this being Rite Aid. They don't carry the same amount of selection since changing over to Walgreens. I will say that when I got sick, this was the only establishment that was open Christmas Day. That means something. Also, you can go in for meds, a snack and laundry detergent. However, if an item is on sale, it will never be available at this location. They leave the shelves empty until the item is no longer on sale. That's not very convenient. The cashiers are great, but the managers not so much. What you really cannot beat is the strategic location. This Walgreens has the best location in its area. Overall, it's not perfect., but there are more positives than negatives. I would recommend it.
One of the pharmacy technician there is very rude. He doesn't treat us with respect at all and our English is not great but every time we say something to him , he gave us that facial expression and gestures of like "what did you say. I can't understand you. You speak very bad English" like he belittles us and think we are lower than him. My husband said he doesn't want to get his meds from this pharmacy. I thought i was the only one feeling this way but he confirmed it is not just me. It's his attitude that make feel us very unwelcome and bothersome to him. I think we will be transferring our meds to another pharmacy though this place is close and very convenient for us.
Evening pharmacy girl who answers the phone is not professional nor has interest in giving good customer service to consumers in need.. When questions are asked to find out other options of service to collect medicine for a child. If you can’t supply an answer at least give the professional courtesy for a superior manager to answer questions to assist patient in need of medicine. Plain rude and inconsiderate to just say hold please and hang up a second later.
Asian lady that's giving covid shots is bad business. My wife is a diabetic and made an appointment to get her booster shot. A family of 6 was there and didn't have an appointment. The lady said my wife had to make another appointment which is taking time away from what she already does. My wife agreed just because she's nice but the lady kept rambling about why she's not giving my wife the shot and also said diabetes isn't that major smh
horrible it use to be eckerd/Rite Aid now Walgreens. What in the world they kept this location open?! I mean there are 3 Walgreens stores within 2 miles away from each other (Milton & Albemarle Rd). I went into the store they kept the department labels when it was rite aid. The store is really quiet not many people are shopping. they kept this store open because of the pharmacy.
Make sure that you have your Plenti Rewards card because if not the cashier will ask you if you have it, and if you say That you do not have it with you then she will promptly turn the card reader around and type in a phone number, which ultimately YOUR rewards for YOUR purchase will go to someone else's card. Demand to put YOUR phone number in to receive YOUR rewards points!
The older black lady with the black wig at the register was super rude. I come get a proprane exchange and she immediately shouted “oh no” and that since she was the only one there, I would have to wait 10 minutes, I said that was fine that I didn’t mind waiting. She then responded that it would be longer when I said I would go elsewhere she said thank you for leaving.
This pharmacy is absolutely horribly managed. The pharmacists give different information between the two, so clearly the education is lacking somewhere. One pharmacist is completely rude. Literally transfer all my families prescriptions out to Harris teeter.
Once ready to check out the sales associate & photo says she will be right over... after 5mins she calls for another associate who after another 5mins never comes... So we leave... We go to another Walgreen's further from our home
My wife and I were left standing at the register with no one in front of us and no cashier present all while a person who appeared to be the manager watched. We finally peft our items at the register and existed the store.
Staff is not very pleasant. They basically kicked me out saying they were closing their registers. Generally stores attend the last guests inside the store but not them. Need better customer service.
I drive from SC just for the customer service tonight's visit was extra pleasant shout out to my main man from Phoenix arroan(sorry for spelling) bit the whole staff is great
Out of stock of a lot of things but expected since a lot of ppl were browsing on christmas. Lines were long and moved slow but good for what it is..
I had a great experience at this store. Andre is a wonderful manager- he is helpful and very kind. I would definitely recommend this Walgreens!
They took an hour to fill prescription. They told me to come back in 30 minutes, but it been an hour and some minutes.
They are helpful in getting your prescriptions ready, but you do have to keep up on your prescriptions yourself.
Worst pharmacy ever. The front desk is clueless and the Pharmacist can care less. They should be re-trained.
Having the pharmacy open on Christmas has won me over. Thanks Rite Aide!
The pharmacy staff is always polite patient and professional.
There's not a big crowd like other Walgreens
Been going here for years. Friendly staff
Very good staff.. convenient
