I shop at Walgreens quite frequently , my last visit was 3 nights ago at the Walgreens at Eubank and Central. It is the one I go to most often because there's an employee there that I would like to make a comment about. His name is Gilbert, and he is absolutely the best employee I've ever dealt with at Walgreens. He's so friendly , helpful and knowledgeable about the stores products, and he is clearly a natural at providing relevant customer service to customers, like myself, who actually had just about given up on Walgreens completely, due to the lack of basic customer assistance and common courtesy by the majority of employees at most Walgreens stores here in Albuquerque. Gilbert, however, has changed my mind about Walgreens simply by being willing and able to do his job effectively, which is something I find refreshing and and I just wanted to say you know the only reason I continue to go to that store is because of him most of the other employees seem very unenthusiastic about their jobs but Gilbert has always been absolutely on point and helpful no matter how busy the store may be, or, if there's a limited stock of the items that I'm looking for, Gilbert always helps me find exactly what I need.. I would like to say I appreciate him very much, and it would be nice if there were more employees like him that worked for Walgreens. Christine Laing Loyal Walgreens customer for over 40 years.
I went into the store today and was standing off to the side trying to read the flavors of vapes they had by the cigarette section. The lady kept starring at me, called another employee to stand there and watch me while she rang up another customer. At this point I was beyond uncomfortable so I started walking out. She said "Oh we didnt have what you wanted" I said "Yes you did but your acting like im trying to steal something so ill take my business and money elsewhere." After I left I called to speak to the manager and the manager told me "Oh shes like that with everybody dont take it personal" I told him "Excuse me?? Your telling a customer who is regularly in your store, spending atleast $40 EVERYTIME I go in your store multiple times a week to not take it personal that your employee made me feel so uncomfortable I left without purchasing anything??" Let me tell you he did not care and I told him I would just call corporate and he told me very rudely "Well Go ahead and call corporate then" ... And I sure did!! Ive never been treated so poorly in a Walgreens... I WILL NOT return to the Eubank and Central location. And I suggest you dont either the manager is beyond rude and the old lady thats always a cashier will act like EVERYBODY is trying to steal and the manager thinks thats ok!!!!
After years of using this pharmacy, this is the last straw. I scheduled a covid vaccination for myself and for my mother. I have an account, so I schedule mine online and my mother's over the phone. I arrive at the pharmacy and the line is absolutely blown out, at least 6-7 people the pharmacists are yelling at each other over who should handle the lines. When I finally get to the window, not only is my appointment not on their system but the one that I scheduled for my mother over the phone, with THEIR operator was scheduled at the wrong location. I haven't seen incompetence on this level in years. Wal-Mart pharmacy is around the corner on Eubank and will be my new pharmacy from now on. What total and absolute incompetence. Don't even get me started on the trashed out exterior with a semi-permanent homeless camp of screamers and tweaker outside of it, loitering for money and liquor or the disorganized, trashy interior that is always missing a cashier or staff to help with anything. I'm not at all surprised that this location and these people have 2/5 stars, they proved to me why.
This. Place. Is. Garbage. Trashy parking lot (not entirely their fault, but the appeal to these certain people is here obviously). Never an employee around to check you out. You will spot at least 4 of them doing something that takes one or two at most. They see you, they don't effing care. Only one employee holds their head high and actually does their job, which is now everyone else's. It's ridiculous. The pharmacy is a joke too. They plastered signs all over the window and they all say things that are confusing or contradicting. Long wait times for no reason. Trust me, none at all. Claim 'short staffed' all you want, I can be the only person in line and I get ignored for 20 minutes until they finally walk over and stare at you. Like nobody can hear them or even see them in the corner trying to duck behind the meds to complain about their job. We need to help boost this location to either do better, or close. We all need to go leave a complaint through the website, to corporate. With enough of us speaking out against this mess, something will be awoken and we can change this.
Never had this kind of experience til tonight...everyone is always friendly but don't go thru drive thru 15 minutes before they close...I was completely ignored although the 2 techs and pharmacist knew I was waiting..the pharmacist was wiping the counters and looking in her cell phone while the techs were scrambling around getting there jackets on....they knew I was there waiting cuz they looked at me a couple times but kept ignoring me.... I waited 10 minutes knowing they were about to close they already had there jackets on i finally honked to get there attention....tech came to window with a frown on his face while pharmacist and other tech looked at each other upset he gave me my prescription but didn't even ask for address verification he just put it thru slot and said have a nice day....wow they must of been having a bad night but don't take it out on your customers...lesson learned never go 15 minutes before they close
WOW I don't think I've ever felt so insulted before. I was shopping for a topical wound antibiotic and gauze and I was reading the packages because I needed to know what was in them in case its something I can't use on my sensitive skin. Anyway, the security guard walks up to me after fifteen minutes of my being there and says, "Ma'am I'm gonna have to ask you to leave. You've been in here too long. Walgreens doesn't allow people to be here after a certain amount of time." I asked if I was allowed to purchase what I was holding first, he followed me to the register. I had no purse on me for him to assume I was shoplifting (which I wouldn't ever do). I've been shopping at Walgreens for years. This is the first and only time I've ever been type casted or treated so poorly. I left crying. I didn't even get to finish getting the stuff I needed or prescriptions. That security guard was a douchebag!
If it isn't bad enough the parking lot looks like the interior of a dumpster, the store itself is filled with employees whose intelligence matches that visual. Especially the horribly inept pharmacy crew. My mother went in to pick up prescriptions (that she called about the day before and was given a pick up time for) only to wait behind 5 other people who also weren't getting what they needed. Overheard a woman in front of us point out that she had only been given 2 of her 3 month supply and that the cost was also incorrect. At the register, we were told the meds would be ready soon and they'd call when they were when they should've already been ready and waiting. Nobody checked to see if the refill had been done or offered to fill the prescription right then if we were willing to wait.
Pharmacy is very bad here. I called in two prescription on July 5th and came back 24 hours later like instructed and one of the prescriptions wasn't even ready and I was told to come come back 15 minutes later. I come back and I have to wait in line for another 20 minutes in the drive thru. I do not recommend this pharmacy. I'm not sure who is running it but they need to be retrained. Than when I asked the pharamacist why the prescription wasn't ready like I was told it would be and all she says is I don't know?? Are you kidding me.. Pharmacist make way to much money to have this poor level of customer service. I will be taking my business else where as well as instructing my family to do the same so they don't have to deal with the poor and long service.
The pharmacist/pharmacy technician Kenya at the Eubank and Central location of Walgreens was honestly so dang helpful! I have a terrible rash/eczema on my right hand that cracks and bleeds everyday. The other few pharmacists didn’t really help me. I had two prescriptions, one was $500+ (which I couldn’t afford) and the other was the only prescription I needed and it was covered by my insurance. (Thank God).. I had gone to 5 different Walgreens and I had talked to 6 different pharmacists/ technicians, and Kenya was the only technician that found it! I just wanted to say Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Kenya because I needed this ointment so badly it’s indescribable. You saved me!
This store experience was horrible!! First off the outside was completely trashed should have been flag to get back in my car . Upon entering employees just stared without even greeting me. The shelves were empty but I found a few things on my list .the gentleman at the register was extremely rude in explaining “online pricing” when I asked about the price my stuff was ringing up. I decide to ignore his attitude and hand him the 2 coupons I have and right away he states he cannot accept but one because that’s is store policy I’m only allowed one coupon . Seems to me they would rather allow a total loss from shopping lifting than to accept a coupon they will get reimbursed for♀️Never again for me!!
My mother is bed ridden and my brother went to pick up a prescription that she had received a confirmation that it was ready for pickup 3 days earlier. He was told there was nothing on file and nothing could be done except have the prescription sent in again. She called to speak to a supervisor, Kyle Brown, and he hung up on her. She called back thinking it had to be in error, but he hung up on her again. Treating customers like that is completely unacceptable and treating elderly medically ill customers like that is even worse. Embarrassing, disgusting, appalling, cruel, vile, and just down right mean is what Kyle is. He shouldn't be in customer service at all, much less in management.
I had four years of decent experiences with this Walgreens, but recently they've gone down the toilet and I'll be changing pharmacies. I went to the drive through recently and was told it was "Covid testing only" and I had to come inside. A few weeks later I was told on a phone call that it's not Covid testing only. I guess the pharmacist there didn't know what he was talking about. I had another prescription that I told Walgreens to ship to me, but they just....didn't. A week later I call and they say "yeah it didn't ship." I guess I'll go up there and get it. Yeah this location SUCKS.
The pharmacy gave my husband the wrong person's prescription! Not only does that take bipassing several patient safeguards built into the POS system, it implies that they didn't listen to him. There is supposed to be confirmation of address, name, and birthdate to ensure the correct prescription gets to the right patient; clearly they chose to ignore the discrepancy instead of asking. This is not acceptable and it has the potential to kill patients. A complaint will be filed with management/corporate to find out how this happened and have it corrected before it harms someone.
Pharmacy is trash. Hold times over 30 mins and they just hang up on you. Took a good 5 mins to reach the store manager, she was polite and said that the pharmacy wasn't even busy, I was still on hold for 30 mins on my boyfriend's phone, as I was making my complaint to the manager they finally picked up. They also always seem to be out of the meds I need. Just unprofessional. I understand shortstaffing but your own store manager threw you under the bus! Not even busy according to her. Been getting my prescriptions here for 5 years. Time to find a new pharmacy.
Terrible experience all the way around. You can't even get to the door without being harassed by panhandlers. I called in my prescription 2 days ago to be refilled. Nobody called me to say it was ready. So I go up there after not being able to get a pharmacist on the phone to have them tell me they didn't have my medication in stock. They could have called and told me that via a phone call instead of leaving me waiting. Bad customer service, rude staff, poor security. This place isn't worth doing business with.
I was shopping at this Walgreens today and was surprised to see what appeared to be the manager, a woman (maybe named Sylvia), shouting at a customer who had made an online order. She continued shouting as the customer broke down in tears and left the store. This is not the kind of atmosphere I want to support. I put my things back and took my patronage elsewhere. This is bad behavior. Everyone is having a hard time. Mental fragility is at an all time high. This is not how we treat people. Do better Walgreens.
Just went here not even 20 minutes ago and the lady at the register who had no name tag but had a grey hoodie, glasses and highlights in her hair was on her phone while ringing my mom out. I usually dont like to leave these kind of reviews but this really irked me. Im suprised her manager or anyone in charge hasnt said anything about it. Just goes to show the professionalism at this workplace is lousy. Other than that the guy at the pharmacy was wonderful and super helpful. Atleast he is doing his job right.
Scheduled COVID-19 Booster, could not get it since they were closed due to "short staffing." In the 20+ minutes I was in the parking lot attempting to reschedule, I saw 2-3 dozen additional people pull up expecting to have this Walgreens open, one of the few places on Thankgiving that are supposed to be open, only to be turned away. It's not like I can just go to the next theoretically open Walgreens to get my Vaccination, has to be rescheduled. Now 2 more weeks before I get one.
Can't get someone to answer phone. Line will ring, then go into holding queue, then ring again, etc. Each time, you think someone is picking up the line. Eventually, you get disconnected. Automated system asks you to "use full sentences" to be routed, however, doesn't hear you when you speak. This is what our world has become. No way to speak with anyone and then when you get arrive, you need something you don't have with you, which is WHY YOU WERE CALLING TO BEGIN WITH!
Don't try calling them on the phone it's ridiculous!!! They constantly put u on hold every time the phone starts ringing and u can hear them talking while doing it. Maybe if they did less chatting and more work they could answer the phone!! Plus so many times they couldn't fill my prescriptions because they didn't have it. They are impatient because many times they fill my prescription and don't call me then put them back. I call and they have put them back
Since they have switched employees thus customer service at this location really is bad. No one acknowledges that you're even here even while looking at you. Even while watching you stand at the photo department for over 15 minutes. The ONLY reason I'm even giving 2 stars is because of Cynthia. When Cynthia is working everyone is acknowledged right away. This is so ridiculous!!! Let's see how much longer before I am engaged with. Trust I will update!!!
I would like to know why the intercom goes off stating that "help is needed in the candy isle" whenever I go into this store to replenish the candy for my workplace. I get it, this place is in a BAD area, but that is BS and I DO NOT STEAL. Now I don't know if there is a sensor on that isle that goes off when people enter it, or if they choose to assume the worst about people. Either way I will no longer give this location my business.
Not just worst pharmacy experience ever... but worst retail also. After 2 weeks of failure to get my RX I went in the store. I was told 45 minutes went back 2 hours later to be told 30 minute. Went back 2 hours later again and the line was so long I couldn't wait before work. I then was texted to remember to pick up my script to find they told me to go to a closed store. The idiocracy is strong at this store-Eeeeeeeee!
i went tonight and i had to cut my shoping short because evey were me and my kid went there was a gint gard and made me feel really unfrontable so i lefti called and talked to a manger named Robert and all he said was iam sorry and hung up on me i now its his job but i dont steal but he was really next to US everywhere like he was apart of US like he didn't work there AS if he was with US.
This is by far the slowest Walgreens pharmacy in the city. They claim to be shorthanded because of covid and the hiring shortage however this Walgreens has always been slow going back to way before the pandemic and they're even slower. I can't imagine how they're even still in business. The store manager was nice, but unfortunately I'll be looking for a new pharmacy for my prescriptions.
On jan.12 2019 I went in and purchased over $40 in items. When I got to the cashier. Older gentleman scan something for the back of his badge. Made me think he was trying to get my points. Seemed odd the way he looked at me when I put my phone number in for points. Plus he made no acknowledgement to me as a shopper. No Hi, no thank you for shopping. Feel leary everytime I shop
I have been trying to get my prescription and it’s taken me almost 2 weeks. I explained the procedure to get the approval but nothing. They have caller ID so when I call, I get put on hold for several minutes!!! They pick up the phone and put me back on hold without speaking to me. I wasn’t able to go to CVS, so I went to the Walgreens on Central and a Eubank. Never again!!!
I have tried calling the location several times and have been on hold for over 20 mins and tried calling back but the same thing happened. You can hear them picking up the phone and just placing it back on hold and after I waited I hung up and called back again to have the someone answer me in 2 mins. They’re rude and impatient and I never want to talk to them again
Alicia in the pharmacy is the rudest, NASTIEST & most inconsiderate person I've EVER dealt with in my 55yrs of living. Our family of 6 WILL NEVER come here again. I get 13 prescriptions a month just for me. I drive extra to the Walgreens on tramway&indian school. They're very nice & considerate. Much faster too! We'll leave eubank¢ral to the bums & alicia!!!!!!!
I scheduled my vaccine appointment weeks ago. They called me the day of the appointment and cancelled. I came in the next day and to see if they could slip me in. They told me to schedule an appointment online which essentially puts me at the back of the line. They obviously don't care, so I will go elsewhere for my pharmacy needs and recomend that you do too.
Waited there 10+ mins for a manager to process my return (because the cashier claimed she couldn't do it with my digital receipt), heard her call the manager twice over the intercom and she still never showed. Finally another cashier came over and was able to process my return. Mind you the store was pretty empty, only two people checked out that whole time.
Was there tonight to purchase a bottle of liquor after I got off work the cashier Diane refused to sell me the bottle saying I was there already she's an older lady so I think it could be Alzheimer's disease she has memory loss I think. But it's ok we all get old at one point or another maybe a different position for her at the store would be best for her.
Went to Walgreens to get deodorant. When I got to the counter I typed my phone number, and it rang up $9! I said cancel the transaction because I can buy it for $4 at Walmart. About 30 mins later I got emailed that someone bought Sprite sodas on my rewards number, and used the $5 credit I had to pay for it. Out of spite they literally bought sprite…
I wish I would have read the reviews before having my doctor's office send my perscription here, what a mess. This place runs without sufficient staff. This place runs like the parking lot looks. Save time and go elsewhere, otherwise you will regret it. I am out of meds, these folks do not seem to care. Overworked and under trained staff, be aware!
At least this Walgreens answered their phone! Although the cashier was not able to help me; he was courteous, respectful, and tried!! More then I can say about other Walgreens and their staff..what is going on with these stores? I get they are under pressure() and understaffed but he**fire, welcome to the service industry! …
Their automatic phone system puts me on hold for anywhere up to an hour and then they hang up on me without even picking up the phone. So far they've done this to me 5 times in a row. And I wouldn't have to call them at all if the idiots hadn't deleted my prescription discount information so that I have to give it to them again.
This Walgreens Pharmacy tops all the worst far pharmacies out of all of Albuquerque it's one of the worst the people that work in it don't pay attention to what you are requesting they only give you little scriped of pills I do not recommend anybody to go here go to CVS EDITED AUG 6 2018 NVM Wal-Mart IS WORSE IN THE South VALLEY
My mothers sick and needs her medicine. Walgreens called her Friday 6/24/22 to pick up her medicine. Unable to get there I waited till monday 6/27/22 to pick up. Get to pharmacy and they canceled her prescription. Told me Dr has to call in new prescription. I was shocked and upset! This isn't the first time this has happened.
This has to be the worst pharmacy yet to get your prescription through the drive thru. They are short staffed, all the time! I have spoken to the manager and she stated to me that they were working on hiring more staff to accommodate the customers inside as well as outside, more quickly, but I haven't seen that happen yet!
I read some of the reviews and I totally agree the pharmacy department has horrible customer service from Michelle,Phillip, and Esperanza they are extremely rude I totally understand being shorthanded however there is no excuse for the way they treat people are these the kind of people Walgreens wants to work for them??
I mean, it's a walgreens. How do you expect people to buy things if you lock everything up and the customer service call buttons don't work, though? Waited for 5 minutes, then pressed another one and waited again. The store wasn't busy. Do you actually want me to buy the products or are these just pretty displays?
If you know Albuquerque, then you know why this spot gets one star. If you absolutely need something and are content with the odds of getting mugged or witnessing a robbery being that of a coin flip, then venture inside and don't leave your vehicle outside alone for longer than five minutes. Godspeed.
As others have stated, the pharmacy hold times are ridiculous. Once you get through, they continue placing you on hold until you finally get disconnected. How disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m definitely switching to another pharmacy. I would suggest you do the same. Don’t say you weren’t warned.
I made an appointment for an 11:45am drive-through COVID test. The day of the appointment at 6:51am, I receive an email reminder confirming my 11:45am appointment. I arrive before my appointment time and am at the window at 11:46am. I am told, "we are backed up" and to come back later. Unacceptable.
john is the best man i have ever met, absolutely love that guy , so helpful and just a well rounded individual. definitely deserves to be employee of the month and even better, the YEAR. i will never forget john, he’s my hero. he signed my football, pretty sure it’s john young. thank you man :,)
Great experience working with Shawn while having trouble with the photo department. He kindly gave me an informational phone call explaining what had happened through ordering my photos online. Everything afterwards went well and the staff was great! Thank you, Walgreens! Shawn and Amberlyn!
The employees are great but they are in danger. I saw so many dangerous people inside and in the parking lot. The parking lot was riddled with broken glass. I never saw a shift lead or manager. Please protect your employees. Also not enough staff. This store needs additional attention.
I was on hold for the pharmacy for 25 minutes then got hung up on, I called again and was on hold for over an hour and no response. Their customer service is the worst even before COVID. I’ve have issues before that I have spoken to them about. They don’t seem to care to address them.
Just left there and the customer service was awful! The cashier was rude and disrespectful. Disgusting demeanor and was not helpful at all. Was getting adult diapers for my brother and wss treated terribly by the cashier and staff. She yelled at customers and management did nothing
I've been more than just a couple of times. Only had one small problem. My license ecpired and I didn't know it so no beer that day. Now the pharmacy has always been really cool and helpful. Also this place really is just around the corner from me so that helps too. …
Walgreens are always higher price than large retailers but they do have numerous extras. To begin with they are open much later. Even though they are small in size they have almost as many skus as Walmart. The people that work here are always very polite knowledgeable.
Was able to schedule a Covid test here and everyone was kind and accommodating. Very confused, however, why they’re playing organ music? It sounds like I’m in some kind of vampire movie. We get the world is ending but like…do we have to have the soundtrack?
I’m perplexed as to how this location has achieved more than 2 stars. For nearly 3 years now, the wait lines for the pharmacy are absurd. Drive up or inside, they always state to be understaffed. I will be moving my business elsewhere this month.
This Walgreens pharmacy is totally pathetic. I was overcharged $160 for a prescription and went back within 24 hours to fix it and was told that the charge was correct. After contacting them again the same day, they finally admitted that
Do not use this pharmacy. They are incompetent. They do not contact you if they don’t have something. They tell you go to urgent care to get a different rx than what you’re real doctor ordered for you!! I am appalled.
So sad to visit a store that gets hit by thief’s any time you visit this place is infested people taken the freeway out the door employees are on the look out no customer service here its war zone store sad
This pharmacy is always there to answer any of your questions and they have always provided great customer service, feedback on your account status and reminders to pickup your medication (s). Thank you!
The imature pimple face boy that works at Walgreens kept hanging up on me when I told him I didn’t receive all my products from my online order to pick up at there location … rude customer service ….
Extremely rude Pharmacy staff, I understand retail is hectic these days and I’m sensitive to that but being rude to customers because others have been tough to deal with is unfair and uncalled for.
This is without a doubt the worst Walgreens I’ve ever used in my life. If I’m on my deathbed I swear from now on I’d crawl to Santa Fe in a blizzard before I’d wait for a prescription here again.
Horrible Pharmacy. Called twice and both times got hung up on before I could even tell them what I needed. Would not recommend them. Horrible customer service and they did not care to help me.
So your pharmacy staff does not wear masks, purposefully cough on customers when asked to, and laugh about it with each other after. The PHARMACY staff. PR nightmare coming your way, genius.
The pharmacy staff are the rudest people that I have even encountered. I went to a supervisor and she was just as bad. If you don't like people you shouldn't have a customer service job.
This place makes you wait forever to get your prescription. If you’re in pain and your doc prescribed anti inflammatory meds go elsewhere. Honestly they need to staff better, that’s it.
Horrible pharmacy ! I've waited almost over 2 hours just to tell me they dont have a certain prescription for my daughter!! So I'm sticking with CVS affer that awful run around!
Im here 5 times a week after work for a coke or a water and a snack the staff is always so happy and nice. Always greeted and you have entertainment from the people walking by
I called to try to refill my prescription. I was waiting on the line for 40 mins, a woman answered, asking me "can you wait ten more minutes" and then they hung up on me.
Cashiers are never present, or are taking a communal smoke break right next to front door. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at any store or business. Truly awful
The drive through line takes thirty minutes for 5 cars every single time I’m here. Also the store itself is extremley sketchy and even slower in the inside pharmacy.
Just try to speak with a pharmacy person by phone here. It won't happen. Waited on phone for over 10 minutes. Still no response. Costco Pharmacy - here we come.
I called and held for the pharmacy for 40 minutes, then was hung up on. I called the store 3 times and asked to speak to a manager...was cut off 3 times
They are lazy and worthless. Especially the man boy working in the liquor department today. He needed a treat treat to turn the frown upside down.
Everyone and thoer moms uses the walgreens pharmacy so yes there can be a wait thats to be expected the associates here are always nice to me
Walgreens is really showing off their H1-B visa hires at this pharmacy, it SUCKS! There is no functional communication at this pharmacy.
Did the hours change? If so when. I came at 10:20 and was told Walgreens was closed. If these are not the store hours change the sign
HOURS POSTED ARE NOT ACCURATE TO ACTUAL STORE HOURS. They only stay open till 10 every day of the week except Friday and Saturday.
World class, state of the art incompetence. Double and triple check everything these people do, your health depends on it.
Had a line today not enough employees if they are going to lock everything up need an extra employee, don't take one away
I got fired today . Out of spite. Nothing more. Mr. Brown is the worst store manager I've ever worked for. …
My experience was horrible. The pharmacy won’t answer their phone. Something has to be done about this place.
I too am going back to CVS . seems like they change your due date even when you call 2 weeks in advance …
Cody and Angelica where very convenient and reliable, they finished my prescriptions in minutes...thanks!
What a dumpster fire of a pharmacy. Also why is the most annoying loud music outside???
This place is awful. Bad with customers and information that was given to me was incorrect.
Each time I have gone there, I have had to wait at least 10 minutes at the cash register.
Quick pickup for prescription orders from their app. Vaccines available by appointment
2 hours for a simple prescription to be filled. Unacceptable. I won't be back.
Don't get to this store that often but when I do it's always a nice visit.
Sat on the phone for Pharmacy for over 30 minutes just to be hung up on.
Pharmacy staff is extremely rude. Poor customer service!
this walgreens is great! It's whimsical and fun!
They hired someone for the liquor department.
Staff has great customer service every time
Love this place, the manager is awesome..
Helpful staff..always saving me money.
The obvious choice for pharmacy needs
Very good I recommend it to anybody
Great personalities great service
Hardly any choices due to theft
They usually have what I want.
