Delays, delays, delays! I was using this pharmacy for years and unfortunately I’ve finally given up. The past year in particular has been frustrating. For one their system has issues, every month my RX is delayed in the system. Once it’s in delay it would sit there until I called and spoke to a pharmacy staff member. That’s frustrating enough that the system that is supposed to be electronic is not but every time I call I would sit on hold for insane amounts of time, averaging around 20-30 min waiting times but sometimes even longer. Then when they finally answer my call they fixed it in the system and I have to wait another day before the prescription is filled. So I’m averaging 24-48 hours just to get a prescription. This pharmacy has messed me up on my medications so much that I was days behind and not able to take the prescribed amount because of the constant issues. It became a nightmare every single month for a year! Prior to this past year it was not bad but wasn’t always good. One month I was shorted on my medication and never reimbursed. I hated to give up on this location because there were some great techs at this location but the stress of simply trying to get my monthly prescription was overwhelming and I had to find another pharmacy. Since switching to the other pharmacy I’m amazed at how easily it works I had forgotten what it’s like to have a pharmacy you can rely on! As for the rest of the store staff it’s gotten bad! There is one amazing lady in cosmetics I love her and another person who is at the front register a lot that is great. Outside of that so often the staff ignore you and are not friendly. There was one time this supervisor started yelling at the cashier to move her register right there in front of a huge line of people waiting. The cashier told her she was just trying to get the line down before moving but that supervisor was cussing her and didn’t care that we were all waiting. It’s like this location is under new management or something because it has gone wayyy down hill. I have been going to that location for many years and it is a shadow of its former self.

My family and I were passing through, and when I saw a Walgreens next to our Hotel... I was elated. I desperately needed hand lotion, and coming from a small town, I knew they would have more options. Ended up picking up a few cosmetic items that I knew I couldn't get at my local store. I was with my mom, and we waited in line. I saw that another line was about to open. Boy, should I have listened to my gut and gone to the friendly cashier, because this is where the good experience ends. An older lady saw that I had cosmetic items and insisted I go to the cosmetic counter. She had a coupon, she said. My mom and I were in a bit of a rush, but we decided to go over there anyway. I work in retail so I totally get it. However, when we got over there, the lady was rude and impatient with us. I typed in my number for the rewards card. It was almost like she didn't believe that I was the person who it said I was on the screen. She was extremely unpleasant, especially when my mom tried to make friendly conversation about Nashville in general. The woman just had no interest whatsoever in being nice. She scanned a coupon that she said was $3.00, but looking upon my receipt afterwards, it took off a lesser amount. In this Walgreens defense, the rest of the staff seemed friendly, but it's amazing what one person's attitude can do to change your opinion about the store in general. It may seem petty, but I was excited to step into a Walgreens and even get more than what I came in for... To be completely made to feel like you're an inconvenience is something else. I wouldn't go back here happily, or at least I would look for another cashier.

I don't like to write bad reviews but sometimes something needs to be said. The staff at the Donelson Pike location use to be wonderful. They would engage customers, make them feel welcome, advise them of specials, and show appreciation. That isn't the case anymore--and thats ok for the most part. I understand not everybody is going to be a customer service pro. That does not excuse being outright rude however. On 11/28/23 at 11:30-ish I tried to check out. There was nobody else in line at the time except for a woman who interrupted the transaction to ask about a receipt in the garbage. Ok fine --let me get my goods and ya'll can dumpster dive or whatever. I told the cashier that I have rewards points that I wanted to use. She ignored this so I asked again (I do not get heated mind you.) This second request was met with "I don't see any." I told her that I knew I had rewards --maybe they forget that we can check these things online. This was met with a rather nasty remark about them not having got to her. I was taken aback by the tone. I thought about it for a second and told this woman I'd prefer to leave without these items and went on my way. I went to the Lebanon Pike location where the woman working was very pleasant. And guess what? My rewards points where there and I redeemed them. Being rude is a choice.

Omg, worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced. I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour with my toddler waiting for his antibiotic. I’m told they will communicate when it’s ready but was also told it would be ready before close and they close in 5 minutes. I called twice, sat on hold for 10 minutes each, and was first given no answer and then hung up on. Then I sat in the drive through for over 5 min while 3 cars in the other lane were helped. I needed to provide a new insurance card but was hung up (while sitting on hold) on before given the chance so when they finally greet me they tell me insurance didn’t cover it. No, because you have his card from a year ago. I’m currently still waiting in line and it is now past 10pm. I would have gone in but my child’s bedtime is beyond past and I’m trying to let him sleep in the car. I only picked this pharmacy because the google profile page said it was open 24 hours but surprise! They now close the same time as every other pharmacy in town. This is why we get our scrips at Publix. Update: finally received the script at 10:15, paying cash because they couldn’t figure out how to process his insurance.

  • Shauna Capps

Incompetent and rude pharmacy staff. Was charged for medication that I never picked up, waited on hold on the phone for over 30 mins to be told I had to come to the pharmacy for a refund even though I have express pay and they have my credit card info on file. Asked and was told I could come to drive through (wanted to avoid exposure to virus), however, when I arrived, staff was extremely rude and told me I had to come inside for the refund because she was conducting a Covid test. I declined, told her I was happy to wait. I was also picking up another script for my friend, verified my/our address, gave her my drivers license and she still insisted I give her his last 4 digits of his phone number. (never had to do this before!) Waited for his script, she finally sent in the tube...never said another word!! I understand they are most likely understaffed and frustrated but no excuse to be unpleasant and hateful when it was their mistake that caused me the trip in the first place. Not that they care, but Amazon Pharmacy is looking very promising after todays fiasco, which btw, is only one of many.

Yes the staff is friendly for the most part, but my big issue is with the red tag items that are supposed to be on sale. For over a year now, they Mark them down on the Shelf, but the discount is not taking off at the register. At first it was my mistake, because people were putting stuff back in the wrong place apparently so I started checking the labels to make sure I had the right product. If it happened once or twice I could understand but it every time, which leads me to believe it's by Design. It's part of their strategy to make more money. If people don't ask. about the price discrepancy at the register, Walgreens Wins! How many people bought something today, that they didn't even want because they thought it was on sale, and paid full price for it anyway.? Walgreens wins! Will they go back and check and make it right while you hold up the line that's already been waiting 15 minutes? Absolutely! Am I going to do that to my fellow shoppers, absolutely not! Check your prices people you won't regret it!

On agust 24th 2020 I called the clinic to make an appointment to get tested for COVID 19 and I asked te representative back then if she can checked first if my insurance will pay for the test if not I was going to health department to get done for free , and she said yes they will cover the bill you can come in, so I went and got it done and now they said the insurance won’t pay and you have to pay fir the bill which is $630 and Vanderbilt set it to collections agency and now they keep calling me to pay , which it’s their fault from the beginning for miss informed me so I reach the Vanderbilt billing delta f explained what happened, and it still not be able to fix it ! This really made me very upset about taking care of customers at this clinic and hopefully someone will take care of it and I will net recommend this clinic to anyone and I will not do business in future !!

I had my prescription set up here. I'm moving it. 2nd time I went here to pick it up. Both times it wasn't ready when promised. I even called ahead. Yes it will be ready when you come. I even waited a few hours because of last time, when it wasn't ready. I go up to counter and ask for it. They tell me they are not sure they have it. I said I spoke to someone over the phone at this time and was told it's here and will be ready. I explained and I waited several hours because of last time I came it wasn't ready when promised. Girl told me don't get an attitude. I said don't make promises you don't keep. She even told me to move aside while she waits on someone else. Then calls me back when there is a huge line. I reported all to manager there, who seemed to care less. I won't be back to this Walgreens. I've had it. I spend a lot of money and they will not get my business!

On vacation and stopped at this walgreens to get some toothpaste and a toothbrush since I forgot to pack those and a snack since this one was very close to my hotel. Got what I needed and got out. that being said, I was really disappointed when an older man, I assume a manager or shift lead, started throwing a child tantrum at the cashier to clean up the trash, while that cashier was trying to get me checked out. Yes it was a little messy (some receipt papers on the floor) but was something that could have waited until after helping me since no one else was in line. Pretty disappointed in that behaviour from someone who is in a leadership role. To the kid just trying to get me checked out, Thank you and sorry you have to deal with that I assume on a daily basis.

  • Sirchucky247

This review is for pharmacy section only. Last time I went I was told my prescription would take about 30 minutes. No problem I sit down and begin messing around on my phone. 30 minutes pass. I see 2 people come In wait for there medication and leave before anyone says anything to me. I go to counter and ask. Hey I've been here for about 35 minutes and they said it would be finished in about 3 0 minutes. The guy looks at me blank faced asks for my information than tells me. It'll be about thirty minutes. I tell him that I've already been here thirty minutes and ask what is going on. He gives me no answer instead says it'll be thirty minutes turns around and wallks off. I had to wait another 45 minutes after that. With no one ever telling me why

This absolutely is the Best Customer Service and amazingly friendly staff!!!! When I entered the store I was greeted by a really sweet lady to introduce herself by the name of Linda and ask if I needed any help,, she would be available. Linda complimented me and encouraged me right away. I wanted to stay in the store to shop because her joyful spirit is so contagious. Then as I was checking out, Eva was again so super pleasant with a warm greeting and gentle smile. I explained how I love this store and appreciate their friendly/amazing customer service. This store gets 100,000,000 thumbs up from me....I actually shared how pleasant my experience was with my family. Thank you Linda and Eva for making my Day!!!!

I tried to order photo prints online, and received notification that they were ready for pick up. Long story short - they weren't ready, and the employee never offered to print them. When I went to pick them up a woman with a half eaten sandwich in her hand saunters up to the counter to help me. She asks me repeatedly how I ordered the photos (online) and finally tells me they were never printed, and the emails don't mean anything. She never offered to print them, or when I could come back to pick them up. She just said they were never printed, and she didn't have them. I told the manager on the way out, who looked absolutely baffled, and finally asked "Well do you want them printed?"

Made me feel super uncomfortable by assuming I was STEALING DEODORANT. My first & last time at this gross Walgreens. I asked the employee (who was talking on the phone with earbuds) where the deodorant was. She just told me the aisle and I walked over to grab what I needed. Every aisle I went to, they it called on the speaker. I.E; “HELP NEEDED IN THE DEODORANT AISLE, BEAUTY AISLE, etc” Then I went to grab some tuna, and I see an employee pretending to fix stuff in the aisle across from me staring at me. They should really work on their security measures, and learn how to profile shoplifters. Maybe they could’ve asked me if I needed help instead of making discriminating assumptions.

Please keep in mind the clinic and the drug store are separate. This is a review of the walk in clinic, not the pharmacy. Attending a family reunion in Nashville, my doctor calls with results of a test he just received, "get yourself to a clinic now he orders". I bring up Google and one of the top non-ad results is Walgreen's clinic. Hotel shuttle drops me off at 5:45 PM, I am to the clinic reception by 5:50 PM. The clerk tells me that registration just closed because they close at 7:00 PM and there are four people ahead of me. However, he says, Concentra is just down the road and as long as you are in their doors by 7:00 PM, they will see you.

Very positive experience with Jessica at Walgreen's this morning. She was efficient, friendly, and extremely thorough. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she made sure our account was up to date with both phone number and insurance information. I really feel like she went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of properly, while also being very fast and efficient and kind--only a few minutes to do it all and do it well. It is our first experience with this Walgreen's and it was such a positive one. Very highly recommended. I hope Jessica is commended for her skill and leadership, because folks like her are rare.

The man at the pharmacy counter at around 7:00am on 4/18/2013 refused to sell me generic Claritin-D because he said my symptoms dont warrant it and he has to give me a consult before letting me buy it. He was very rude to me as well. I have bought this and used this stuff for my seasonal allergies for years, and even at this store before. He told me to just use the one without the decongestant. If that worked, i would be using it and saving $15+ a month! I went to the Kroger down the street, and they sold it to me with the normal questions asked, like is this for you, can i see your ID? I will never set foot in this Walgreens store again.

  • Ty Miller

The pharmacists here have always been very helpful and very attentive. I have only had one problem, since I started using this pharmacy and it was on a very busy night...around 10:00pm on Christmas Eve. The problem was due to a confusion concerning my insurance...a mistake that was an easy one to make and once the pharmacy realized what had happened, they were extremely apologetic and very nice. I have never had to wait a long time for my prescriptions and they are almost always ready when I get there. They have even been very helpful in recommending over the counter drugs that may offer some relief to any issues I have had in the past.

  • Aaron McMillian (GlobalMcMillian)

Staff will not pick up the phone, I waited 20 minutes all the while being told that I was next in line, only for them to disconnect me. When I called again I get the message there are more than 3 callers ahead of me, this is absurd! I just need to update my insurance card, I had enough time to try and use the app to update my card. Guess what.. it WILL NOT accept any of the images I take of it, I tried 3x with different lighting and a pure white background. Please fix your app and your customer service, wish I could give this a 0/5 stars. Definitely considering switching to a local CVS.

If you want you vital medication delayed, and delayed and delayed, then this is the pharmacy for you. If you like it when the pharmacy attendant yells at you because youre trying to explain something so simple, then by all means, come on by. I have never experienced ruder people in my life then I’ve experienced in the short time I have been a customer. Completely done with this dump. I was nothing but polite to this lady and she was absolutely horrible to me. And it turns out I was right and she was wrong and still no apology. I’m sorry you hate your job, but don’t take it out on me.

  • Chris Berry

Never fails anytime I try to return anything to this store I get hassle like I’m some kind of theif and told to take it to the location where I bought it. Yet 20 hrs of filling prescriptions (controlled) I don’t get near the hassle. I understand amshrinkage and the need to control it however when did Walgreens return (for same item) policy becomes so strict u have to ha e a receipt and remember which store u bought everything. How about this Walgreens get with a receipt tracking like Wal-Mart has or lose me back to walmart for life. Customer Service can Walgreens even spell it ?

  • Crystal Ridgway

I got a prescription for back pain. It’s nit even opioids. And this place requested a refill without my permission. I have called corporate 3 times. And I’ve received another call about my provider declining the refill request which I never requested. I’ve talked to the manager at the store who said they would address it. Clearly it hasn’t been handled if I’m getting calls 5 days later. I’ll never use this pharmacy again as they CLEARLY can’t be trusted!! I’ve also failed to receive a call back from corporate to address my concerns.

  • Melissa Sellers Mays

Worst experience at work today. Customer came to me and wanted to load money on a card. She kept telling me a different amount than the money I had in my hand, and I called the manager. Once I call the manager she changed her amount three times, leaving me no choice but to have my manager account the money. After she was proven wrong she then raised her fist at me as if she was going to hit me.g at this time I walked away from the register I clocked out and I went home I will not be threatened at my work job..

  • Lacey Jarratt

This is located next to my work so I pop in frequently. I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience at this location. Yesterday I walked in for a TDAP shot and the pharmaceutical staff were busting their butts all with smiles on their faces and I enjoyed all my interactions with them. They helped me get a better price for the vaccine without even asking. I saw several negative reviews on here but the current staff in front of house and the pharmacy have been very pleasant in my countless encounters.

  • Teddy

Came to returned an item I had proof of through the app. I didn't have a receipt but you could still return the item w/ my walgreens app RFN#. The lady in the front registered was rude and yelled out NO BARCODE NO RETURN and proceeded to say can't do nothing without the barcode receipt. She was also rushing me to leave. I didn't want to bother saying anything so I went to my other walgreens on Old hickory blvd to return. They returned it using the app history and was very nice to me.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!!!! ONE STAR ONLY BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE IT 0 STARS...I HAVE TRIED TO GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT, BUT WHEN EVERY VISIT YIELDS THE SAME RESULT....FAIL!!! RUDE STAFF, POORLY MANAGED, AND THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE A BURDEN TO THEIR PRECIOUS TIME AND ENERGY. WAKE UP, WALGREENS! PEOPLE ARE IN NEED OF THEIR MEDICATIONS...NONE OF US ARE EXCITED THAT WE HAVE TO BE THERE. WHY DON'T YOU PUT A LITTLE EFFORT INTO A PLEASANT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!

  • Greg Bowman

I took my girlfriend to this Walgreens and as she was minding her own business, looking for makeup and eyelashes, an employee asked if she was okay. My girlfriend said she was fine and continued looking around the aisle. Well apparently she was looking for too long because the employee called the police and ambulance on my girlfriend for absolutely no reason other than staying in one aisle for too long apparently. Completely uncalled for.

  • sweetsunnydaygirl

WONDERFUL 24 HOUR PHARMACY!!! :):) I have used this Walgreens pharmacy more than once for emergency medication in the middle of the night....a HUGE blessing and friendly customer service!! I thank God for this all night Walgreens pharmacy!!! Also it's pretty close to downtown, and not too far from Hermitage or Antioch....so it's a great location in a pretty central place....just down from the international airport :) Highly Recommend :)

  • Erin Warren

This Walgreens like many others are rude they watch you like your a theif. I use to enjoy shopping at Walgreens and spend good money there. I take my time wen I shop cuz it is a hobby. But I will not spend my money to help pay their pay check you more think one is nice but after they stand around talking about you like their in high school they all treat u the same red head and black chick I hope you become homeless and and jobless

  • Chase Weinman

Don't bother trying to call in to fill a prescription. They'll keep you on hold for 20 minutes, periodically picking up the phone and putting it back on hold without saying a word. But also don't go in person, because even if you did call in to fill that prescription, it'll take them 3 or 4 hours when they said an hour. Basically just don't go here at all. At least their store is pretty clean and tidy, so there's that I suppose.

  • Jason Long

This is legitimately the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Extremely slow service and rude pharmacy employees, just all around a bad experience. The people that work the regular counter up front can’t be bothered to help with anything. The pharmacy will randomly close and doesn’t adhere to the posted pharmacy schedule. What happens when someone can’t get the medicine they rely on? I’d give this location zero stars if I could.

  • J DL

They take way to long to fill prescriptions, especially compared to other Walgreens in the area. Waiting in line or in the drive through at the Pharmacy is a fun way to waste at least 30 minutes of your life. It might not be so bad if the pharmacists and techs weren't the rudest people you'll ever meet. I switched my meds to the Walgreens at the corner of Lebanon and McGavock. They are super nice and fill meds asap.

  • Andres Romero

The clerk is being really rude the two times I’ve been there, she’s really making me feel like I’m never coming back to this place again. I’m not racist at all, I’m gonna describe her just for you guys to know who she is: black lady with her hair braid, young and she uses glasses. I couldn’t see her name because she was hiding the tag. SHE literally throw me the paperwork back, I feel so offended by her.

  • Nancy Doyle

Arrived at 1235 for 1pm covid booster. Stood in Pharmacy line for 30 mins. Received booster at 145pm. I spoke to Pharmcist about long wait when appointment was scheduled. She responded I apologize but I am the only person giving injections . While I was waiting , I observed same pharmacist in the aisle visiting with someone that was shopping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION for covid injection.

  • T Ferris Knows the way

Both of the ladies that work there should be fired it was an afternoon I was getting some personal items then one of them got smart when you work in customer service you supposed to treat people with kindness not get a attitude with them but long story short they're really aggressive towards they're customers and really mean I do not understand how this place is not closed down

  • Stephanie Snell

I can find here food items, drinks, clothes, laundry detergent, fill my prescription and get a candy bar. Also get items for the car. Look at the store's seasonal items that are out. Here also you can get the flu shot and the COVID shot. In the back of the store is the pharmacy. They will answer any questions about the Walgreens app and how to schedule your shot that you need.

  • Christy T

Tried to go inside to pharmacy , since drive in was not moving. And they were having people stand at window filling out all this paperwork for vaccine, while I needed ONE prescription. Stood there 29 minutes. They should have been told to move aside and fill that out. So now back in drive in. Been in it about 20 minutes now. They need to get it together!!!! Ridiculous

  • D.N.R. (Mixed Up Videos)

If I could leave a negative five stars I would because the employees there were the most rude condescending disrespectful I've ever encountered in my 39 years on this Earth. I will never step foot in the Walgreens at 518 donelson Pike again in my life it was by far the worst experience I've ever had in a store and I never felt more disrespected in my entire life.

  • Biren Suni

Worst employees ever seen on Walgreen Patricia and Eam they were talking to each other thn I asked for help they were jealous that we make from instacart. It was only 2 beauty product but they were rude and like you get paid you gotta find. Don’t matter how fast the customers want. Honestly In other Walgreens and cvs they will approach to you without calling.

  • Stefanie Borghesani

I get my rx filled here since it's right by my house. Every month it takes two days and a handful of phone calls to get it filled. Right now I'm waiting on an rx that I've been trying to fill for 2 days. Starting next month, I'll be driving 15 minutes just so I don't have to go to this pharmacy anymore. This pharmacy has a Management problem. Don't go.

  • Jennifer Yates

I give Walgreens 3 stars because their prices were inflated before the nationwide inflation started. I only go to this location because this is the pharmacy I use. However, the ladies that were working at the time were super nice and good customer service means so much these days because it's hard to come by in most cases.

  • Yara A

Worst customer service ever, I just wanted to call and ask to see if they had laundry detergent in stock at the moment and the employee said she doesn’t know, I asked her to check and she said no. I get that y’all are short staffed but the whole point of your job is help customers. Disappointed and totally dissatisfied!

  • Mary Hood

Had an alloy for 5:50 for my covid vaccine, they took in the 6pm appointment before me then the other again before me once again when I asked about the time I was rudely dismissed and told we are filling prescriptions and doing shots. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life! Everyone looked and me and laughed.

  • C D

Decent shift leads, always ready to help and answer questions in store, but if you call for absolutely any reason, staff members at the registers and pharmacy are incredibly rude. They always answer with they don't have what ever you're looking for, rather than actually checking. Especially when it's slow. Smh.

  • Bethany Susanne Mcgowan

Bob was the 1st only employee there at 7am. He was able to multitask. He assisted me with a Passport's photo and another customer with something else. He did this all while opening the store. The store looked to have been left a mess, from the previous night's closing. Bob did a great job!

  • Melissa

Horrible experience. With especially one employee, Calzone or Cowmole I'm not sure her name but she was argumentative, loud mouthed, ghetto, unprofessional..... And on and on. Going to the Corp office about this one. This is the first negative review I've ever posted btw. It was that bad.

  • Charolette Maroon

Linda at the make up counter is one of the most helpful, sweet angels on earth. I wish every store I went to had the manners and helpful attitude that she does. She knows my name and those of all customers around me every time I go in. She is the reason I use this Walgreens.

  • Andi Miller

I have called 3 times today needing a refill. I cannot get anyone to ever answer. Waited 20 plus minutes already today, then next time same thing. I do not know the Rx # and need my blood pressure meds refilled. I may return back to Walmart pharmacy. Walmart always answers .

  • Johanna B.

Pharmacy staff needs better training on how to communicate with people, or maybe they just pick the wrong position. There's no reason for an attitude. Very rude... no wonder the bad reviews. I mean you always are going to deal with people, maybe just be at least 0.1%nice.

  • Allison Trusty

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. I’m 39 weeks pregnant and needed to get my blood pressure taken to rule out preeclampsia/visit to the hospital. The pharmacist treated me like an inconvenience and never even came to take my BP (there was no other customers.)

  • Kristina Carney

Systems must be messing up because this was my 2nd Walgreens today and 4th transaction and ive had to get the manager on 3 of the 4 because no RR were printing nor was coupons coming off from clipped card nor any points back. Today was a bad day with Walgreens …

  • Kat Noire

Is not actually 24 hours... I was about to go grab some last minute items before my flight in the morning. I started reading the reviews and decided to call to confirm and nope, they weren't open. I would've been so mad to have taken an Uber there for nothing.

  • Jacy Shumate

All the staff here is friendly except for one memorable checkout lady named bunny. Aside from that, I can always find what I need for reasonable prices & the pharmacy is always great as well. This place is open 24 hours which is highly convenient.

  • Jamie Page

I go to this Walgreens location somewhat regularly since moving to the Donelson area almost two years ago. It’s an excellent location, where the staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is always well stocked, and I like the employees.

  • Angela Youngblood

The app says you can pick up western university n I call and the young child says no you can't pick up western union at this location get your app right ght or get your employees right I look nly gave one star cuz it had to not I ly was she

  • stacie johnson

They got my daughter in quickly! (Obviously dependant on time of day). They answered questions, were helpful with an overactive 2 year old, and got her prescription in quickly as well. We have come 2 times now and they are so great with us!

  • Julia Waller

I would like to take a moment to recognize Jessica from the pharmacy for her amazing customer service. She honestly went above and beyond in our brief interaction. Not only did she resolve an incredibly stressful situation for me with ease

  • Destiny Roberson

Lines are sometimes long but due to the pandemic a lot of businesses are short on staff so people should be mindful/considerate and have alittle patience. But this is my go to Walgreens. They’re friendly and help as much as they can.

  • Jessica AR

I mainly go here for the pharmacy. I've always been treated so well by everyone. Every person behind that counter hustles and gets your refills as soon as humanly possible. I also love their app- it will let you know the status of

I usually shop at this Walgreens because they're 24 hours. Recently, they're open and closed whenever they feel like it. When they are open, I do recommend them. Their hours are questionable though. Follow me for more reviews.

Pharmacy kept us on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a pharmacist after we originally spoke to someone and explained our problem. We ended up giving up and calling the Lebanon location where we had an answer within 2 minutes.

I was absolutely impressed with the friendly service. It goes a long way. They all were so genuinely welcoming, and helped me with resetting my Walgreens account. I was happy to get some good deals on things we needed.

  • William Johnson

Dirty and the lady behind the counter was more interested in talking to her friend about how her dag was doing and could care less about the line of people waiting to be checked out. So much for southern hospitality

Late night shopping for medicine and the lady that helped us was super sweet I am beyond grateful they were open late at night. I appreciate you all thank you. Debbie I believe was the lady’s name such sweet soul.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill big time. The pharmacy is absolutely miserable. Drive thru is never open and inside is so slow. I’ve decided to switch pharmacy. Feel bad because they are short staffed.

Clean store, properly staffed, and well stocked... Staff seemed to pack enthusiasm and customer service isn't first in their to do list! Another less than average overpriced shopping experience in Nashville!

Typical Walgreen's with the same items. This store was better organized than most I have visited. Very nice salesperson who was friendly and helpful at checkout. Prices here have gone up a lot as well.

  • Wyatt Bailey

The pharmacist Derek is so rude. I have never encountered such a sarcastic unprofessional pharmacist in my life. You fill pill bottles all day long. Nobody is impressed with what you do for a living.

  • Rose Perez

Went here to get my passport picture taken. They literally had to retake my photo like 5 times the entire process took about 20. You're better off just going to the post office to have it done.

  • Crystal Stevens

Very helpful pharmacist. I spoke w/ Ryan who went above and beyond. I know this pharmacy stays busy all day and night. Much appreciated when you see someone go an extra mile to assist someone.

Went there late last night and had a great experience. Got what I needed easily and the lady working the register was incredibly friendly. I wish I got her name so I could share who it was.

  • Wag girl

Very busy store but they try to make everyone happy. With the covid testing and vaccines, i understand the extra wait time. Staff has always been very nice and understanding

  • Country Corners Veterinary Hospital

Ava was rude and disrespectful. Absolutely horrific customer service. Will never patronize again. Trashy facility and low brow gutter mentality

Eva is the worst manger ever if she is a manger. Went to buy iPhone cable and I was like what an attitude and has no respect at all

  • Vanessa Martinez

Pulled up tonight 7/02/23 they closed at it was 10:30pm. They missed out on a lot of money a lot of people pulling up and leaving.

  • Alisha Nicole

The man working the register, I think his name was Beshere, was super friendly and kind. He made the experience great!

  • Peter andree

Best pharmacy chain in the US. They have a little bit of everything and they have great parking.

  • Nini Cooks

The most unprofessional pharmacy, took my business to cvs.
