"This is the best vets practice ever"

"I've been at this practice for several years now, the staff are friendly and helpful"
Quite simply the best vet that we know. Neil the vet is outstanding. Kind and considerate with your pets. Honest and straightforward in dealing with any problems. Have used Wyatt’s Lane Vets in E17 for many many years. Friendly reception too! All in all , highly recommended if you need to take your pet to the vet .
I have used this vet for many years for my cats and always got friendly, compassionate service and down to earth advice. When one of my cats were very unwell, I was very impressed with Neil also considering alternative ways of treating her. Comes highly recommended. Neil and all of the team are very approachable.
This is the best vets practice ever. The staff are always kind and friendly. Neil the vet is excellent, thorough and thoughtful (not like some vets who are just pushing for the easy option with most money). I can't recommend them highly enough. I have been going with both pets for over 14 years.
I called the vet and explain that my cat needs attention but Vet the vet I am registered with is closed. The cold voice used its computer-like tone to explain that the surgery is open but as I am registered with another vet they won't help. Scrooge for animals in needs come to mind
I've been at this practice for several years now, the staff are friendly and helpful. The vet he is lovely too, someone who always smiles takes his time when consulting. Not like my previous vet where each time u would see someone new. A nice well run practice. I would recommend.
The staff have always been friendly and helpful, even to providing a seat outside when I was not allowed in and could not stand. They are always kind and friendly towards my cats and clear with any instruments given by the vet. The vets listen and reassure as needed
We have had wonderful care for our dog from both Walthamstow and Buckhurst Hill branches of Palmerston vets. Neil and the other vets are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They are lovely with our dog who gets quite anxious when visiting the vet.
I used to be at the Buckhurst Hill branch & have moved to the Walthamstow one. I was not disappointed. The vet is always excellent, everything you could ask for. Friendly yet professional. You never feel rushed & check ups are thorough. Highly recommended.
We’ve seen a few different vets over the years but Neil is the best. He explains everything very well and offers great advice and options of treatments. He obviously loves animals and wants the best for them. Thanks so much, wouldn’t go anywhere else
Very friendly staff, and are quite flexible in terms of availablity. Have been going here for over 4 years for our regular checkups and emergency visits with no issue so far. Prices can seem a little unexpected but in line with other surgeries.
Such a great vets. Even during lockdown, all staff were polite, friendly and helpful. They continue to be so. The vet is warm and friendly and is kind to my dog, who absolutely adores him! Thanks for always looking after my dog so well …
Been using this practice for years. Before COVID it was great, I would have given 5 stars. Neil was always fantastic with our cats. However, although I know Neil still works there, he hasn't been the one treating our cats since the start of
Neil is a wonderful vet, his kindness, compassion and love for the animals he sees is so genuine. We recently lost our beautiful cat Pickle and the empathy from him and the support staff was lovely. We had 3 years extra with pickle after he
Neil is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He has an amazing affinity with the animals and always does his very best for your pet. I have been taking my Westie to Neil for about 3 years now. My best friend is also registered with Neil and
Our trust in Neil and the Wyatts Lane team knows no bounds. They are absolutely brilliant. They are great with our very sensitive dog, always taking time to do their best to reassure him and us that he'll be OK. Neil's expertise is really
Neil has taken care of all our beautiful cats for many many years 24 years to be precise we followed him from his previous practice near to our home to walthamstow even though it's a distance to travel because we didnt want our cats to be
I have been going to Neil with my animals for many many years. Apart from being a fantastic vet, he has a special relationship with everyone who attends the surgery and is loved, admired and respected by all who go to see him. Nothing is
I never give 5 stars, so this is high praise. The vet is good, straightforward and honest, and seems to really care for the animals - heck, I felt like third wheel when I took my cat to him recently! (Which is great.) He saw her shortly
Can’t speak highly enough of this vets! Our cat is very nervous around people she doesn’t know but Neil is fantastic and very gentle/understanding. He really takes the time to explain everything and go through treatment options and it
Will come as no surprise to those already in the know, but Neil and his team make the sometimes stressful experience of taking a beloved furry family member to the vets about as calm and pleasant as is possible. Highly recommended.
Neil and his team of veterinary nurses have been amazing in looking after our boy Disney. There has never been any time pressure whilst in the consulting room and never any pushing of any unnecessary operation or expensive drugs.
I think there are 2 kind of Vets, those who become vets because they love animals and those who just become vet, as a profession like any other. I went to Walthamstow Veterinary Surgery because my cat, Milu', had diarrhoea
Very good vets, they give us the best advise without pressuring us into any forms of treatment but always give us good information re outcome and treatment. Our pets have always received excellent care by all their staff.
Been taking my cats there for 12+ years. Neil the resident vet is always honest and gives trustworthy advice and opinions. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else. My cats are well taken care of and in good hands.
Neil has been looking after us for 6 years. First with our old cat and more recently with our young french bulldog. He’s incredibly knowledgable and fantastic with difficult animals (my 2 are not
A great vet surgery! Always happy to help, have given us appointments at very short notice when our fur baby has been sick, and all the staff (and locum vets that we have seen) have been amazing.
Always professional and caring. Neil is fantastic but also have had excellent care from the locum vets too. The nurses are friendly and always try to give you a quick appointment. Exc3llent
My cat passed suddenly due to not being diagnosed early enough. Even though I had expressed my concerns several times. I trusted them and followed their advice which I regret enormously.
Neil is the only reason we keep going here, he understands how scared or insecure dogs are not bad aggressive dogs, unlike that woman who works there. Highly reccomend Neil every time
I cannot praise Neil and the team enough. They have been wonderful with my elderly cats. I would recommend them to any animal owner looking for first class care for their poorly pet.
We have used this vet for many years for our cats and dog and always got friendly, compassionate service and down to earth advice. Neil and all of the team are very approachable.
Have been using this practice for 3 years for my cat. Neil has a way to handle him like no other. Very professional practice. Even down to providing parking permits for clients.
We took our Lab in and saw a lovely vet named Erica, she was very friendly and polite, professional and extremely thorough, really happy with the service. Thanks Erica! :)
Neil and the team are genuinely the best veterinary surgery I've ever used for my pets. They are knowledgeable, reassuring and honest and I cannot recommend them enough.
Took our puppy in for their vaccinations. Neil was fantastic, happy to answer all of our queries and gave us some sound advice. Would definitely highly recommend!
Neil is a wonderful veterinarian! He spends the time to explain himself and his recommendations. Our dog LOVES him!
My cats were extremely relaxed when being examined by Neil and Marcella. Highly recommend the Wyatts Lane practice
My pet has been visiting this vet for many years. Neil, the vet, is lovely. Highly recommend him.
Lovely caring staff, friendly & efficient
Neil is a wonderful vet.
