I agree with those reviews saying it is the worst pizza they've ever had. My partner's pizza looked ok when it was served but it wasn't even hot and the lady who took our order, was told three times to add prawns, it came without prawns. I ordered the puttanesca pizza from the vegetarian options, but got a Mexican pizza. Again, I repeated SEVERAL times to confirm she understood me, given she could barely speak a word of English. The Anglo guy there who was doing nothing but making dough balls could've come over to make sure she got it right. Eventually my 'puttanesca' pizza came out; it was just cheese slop, terribly undercooked and missing several key ingredients that were supposed to be on it. When I tried to pick up a piece, it was like a waterfall of cheese, dragging the cheap ingredients off the pizza and into the box. But that's not all; we also ordered coffees and asked for extra shots. What we got were two pathetically weak and lukewarm coffees. GET SOMEONE TO TAKE ORDERS WHO CAN SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND SIMPLE ENGLISH!!! GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS HOW TO MAKE SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A PIZZA!!! How on earth does this joint have a 4.7 star rating?! $56, a gut ache and an hour of our lives we've been robbed of.

We visited Warburton Village Pizza Cafe right after the peak lunch time and found it quiet. We found a comfy place for our party and it took no time between ordering and receiving our meals. We ordered the vegan lentil soup, a vegetarian Mediterranean pizza, a meat lovers, a chicken pizza and chips. All pizzas were delicious enough for a 150km round trip back to Warburton. The Mediterranean pizza had a good topping of artichokes, olives, onions, zucchini, pepper, mushrooms, feta cheese and good knows what else. It was yum! The chicken and the meat lover pizzas were loaded with taste. They were soft enough to melt in the mouth. Lentil soup was low in salt, and I think it was the right thing because more salt is increasing everyone's blood pressures. I'll take another serving of this soup on any cold day like today. The only disappointment were the chips. They seemed a bit bland, and as if they were frozen ones. Not a big deal though! Coffees were okay. They were there to complement the pizzas. They also have the local products such as honeycomb, pickles, oils etc for sale. We bought some of those and I can't stop eating this real honeycomb. Overall, a nice restaurant, nice people and a good place for a day trip.

Spent a few nights in Warburton for a weekend getaway and was looking for something for a quick takeaway dinner when first arriving in town. Being from Melbourne, we're a bit spoilt for choice when it comes to quality and options, so my expectations weren't high getting a local pizza. What a pleasant surprise this place was. It is about as good as it's going to get without it being woodfired, high quality pizza without that cheap cut ham you find on pizzas everywhere. Fresh ingredients, quick, and friendly smiles from the staff inside. Can't ask for much more. Order with confidence. Thanks guys

After a being told from little Joe's they were shutting early and couldn't take my dinner order I then found this place. I'm from Melbourne and love pizza .....this is by far one of the best pizza places I have ordered from not only were there vegan pizzas and traditional pizzas right up there, there garlic bread was absolutly effing top tier. Had the loveliest afternoon tea here. The lady serving us was super sweet. I asked if they had any biscuits and she went to check. She told me some shortbread had been just taken out of the oven! It was delicious and the tea was great too. My husband had a chai latte which he enjoyed. I purchased some local honey and olive oil. Nice for gifts. The atmosphere was friendly and I left having had a lovely time. I didn’t have pizza but it looked like a nice place to eat.

We got to Warburton Friday night as everything was closing. The staff were locking up as we approached, but were so apologetic they couldn't make us a fresh pizza, that they gave us the one they made for dinner for themselves. And they wouldn't take any money for it.. Not only a random act of kindness, but it was delicious! I'll go back for their satay pizza any time :-)

Tandoori Chicken Pizza

What a warm and cozy place to enjoy some tasty pizzas in Warburton. Behind the shop was Yarra river with a nice lookout to nature. We ordered Tandoori Chicken, Cheesy Garlic, and Chargrilled Veggie pizzas. All good! The only downside was their coffee. The milk in my latte was overly frothed, making it more like a cap. Unfortunately, even for a cappuccino, it wasn’t good. I’d definitely recommend the pizza and place, but not the coffee.

Easily one of the warmest and tastiest pizza places I have been to! We got the Peri-peri chicken and the Godfather pizzas and they both were the bomb! We went there on a public holiday and they were more than accommodating with our vegan cheese request to suit our friend’s dietary requirement ( let me tell you it was as good as usual cheese- and this is a rare compliment!!). We even topped it off with the a “Forbidden apple” desert in the freezing cold!!

Had the Chargeilled Veg Pizza from here. One of, if not the best, pizza I had. Fresh base, tons of topping, was hard to actually finish it between the 2 of us. Also had their Mixed Berry Desert Pizza. Was mind blowing. Love this place. Will come back when I'm in town next.

Sadly what were once exceptional pizzas are now not as good as they were under the previous owner. Replacing smoked salmon with home brand tinned salmon is a cost cutting measure that will cost you customers. Disappointed in the Hawaiian pizza as well. We were lucky to find this pizza cafe open on a quiet Monday night, came in ordered three large pizzas and tomato bacon soup. All were yummy. Looks like a nice cafe/ restaurant run by family. The whole vibe was pretty casual. You can help yourself with the water, plates and cutlery. While we were dining there they got some takeaway orders. That explains why they were open on Monday night. Good for them.

A fine Warburton establishment that serves perhaps some of the best pizza we've ever had. Insanely good - quality and generous ingredients and a delicious base that isn't too thick. We had Pepperoni, Cheesy Garlic and The Lot pizzas and each one was delicious. Staff are super friendly. Highly recommend.

It was the best pizza I have ever had for a long time. Very thin base and full of fresh veggie on the top with moderate amount of cheese. A lot of options from vegeterian to vegan to meat. This suits my tastes so well. The service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant. I would definitively come back again in the future.

Absolutely brilliant, my friend went to go to some wood fired place up the road. He paid like $25 or something for a pizza that was made on a frozen base. Well the pizza at this place is absolutely awesome!! We tried the Mediterranean and Tandoori chicken pizza both were a delight. My personal favourite is Mediterranean and would highly recommend it. The staff are very friendly and turn around is quick as well.

Vegan pizza was large and delicious. The wedges were also large serving with a yum seasoning, we swapped the sour cream for tomato sauce. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Kids loved the fruit juice slurpee. We look forward to coming back.
