This place just wants to steal your money with overpriced subscriptions because they purchased a failing car wash and did everything they could to make it profitable without actually working on making it a good business. Go somewhere with better reviews or you will regret it one way or another. Update: They charged me another $35 after I had very clearly cancelled with their customer service rep who wasn’t even making enough money to actually cancel this “subscription” that I never wanted to be a part of. It’s a good thing I demanded a receipt of that cancellation because the rep would’ve never just given it to me regularly. Update #2 (hopefully the last!): Got charged again and called to get it cancelled and was told it was cancelled and that it would be refunded to my account in 3-5 days a lot longer than 3-5 days. I honestly would really prefer to not have to deal with this anymore but I can’t wait to have my money back!

Stay far away from this business My experience with this new company has been horrendous I canceled my service sept 1 bc of them having so many issues with updating my info so I wouldn’t be hassled everytime I got a wash Veronica is the person who claimed she canceled my account but I had to basically beg her to even send a Email confirmation so Sept 7 my card was still charged she wasn’t even willing to fix the issue that inconvenienced me then claimed she would contact me back but really she just wanted to end the conversation bc they didn’t want to refund my money today I asked to speak to upper management and they basically acted as it that isn’t possible this car wash is shady and lacks integrity or good customer service I advise you to go somewhere else now that management has changed and this has a new owner this place is horrible

I NEVER write reviews but felt strongly enough to write one because their services have been horrible. You'll see that their reviews are consistently 1 or 5 stars, which is a HUGE red flag. Please choose a different car wash. This place absolutely sucks. BEWARE OF MEMBERSHIP: I got a membership in December and cancelled in January. However, someone had "accidentally" opened a second account the same day I cancelled my membership, resulting in continued monthly charges until I noticed it in April. They agreed to offer me a refund and cancel a second account that I definitely didn't make. It's been almost a month and I KEEP having to call them and they KEEP having to "check their records" for the promise of refund and cancellation. Please stay away and invest your time and money in a more honest company.

Whatever you do, do not give these people your credit card number or subscribe to their service. I am still getting billed twice a month for the same car after I called in to cancel six months ago and message them on their website to cancel six months ago. I have not heard back from anyone, and meanwhile, they're still billing my card. If you try to call to cancel you get their voicemail - you can leave a message and nothing happens. Meanwhile, they are billing my card $35 a month twice so that's $70 bucks a month over six months I've paid these people and they still haven't canceled the service. And don't have time to go in there during the day, which I guess is the only way to cancel - to physically go up there go into the office and tell someone you want to cancel. It's ridiculous. Stay away!

After going to this car wash once and using one of their promotions we were unknowingly signed up for a monthly membership costing $34.99 a month. We were never told we were being signed up and only noticed when the charge cleared our credit card. They refused to refund the money and would only cancel the membership. On top of that the car we took to get washed started having computer/electrical issues literally as we were pulling out of the parking lot. Now we are having to pay $2,500 to repair the problem and the dealership specifically said it was more than likely due to going to the car wash. Of course when talking to the manager at the car wash they did not offer to do anything to help the situation. This place is a total scam!! I have reported it to the BBB.

I went to this location for a basic $10 wash and had to sit through a sales pitch for one of their $19 subscription plans. The attendant was extremely pushy and was reluctant to even offer me the $10 option after I respectfully declined the subscription. The car wash machines have failed to wash my car properly for the last couple of times (front and back of car do not get touched by the brushes). As a long time customer of this car wash (even after they raised the cost from $8 to $10 for a basic wash) I will no longer have my car washed there. Do better Wash n’ Roll. Start with customer service and then ensure your equipment functions properly. Very disappointing.

Buyer Beware: We also had the basic plan purchased when the company was Champion Car Wash. After a couple of trips with no towels, attendants that you have to beep the horn to get them to come out of the office, and still-dirty cars after the wash, I learned that under the new company, the basic plan does not include Soap!!!!! (We were told we had to purchase the “Gold” membership to get soap!) So, if you assume the word “wash” implies a soap component, you will want to go elsewhere. After reading the reviews, we will check and see if our price has increased for our water-only wash as well. Find a more reputable car wash!

Was sold the membership package at a “special $20 per month” rate and was charged $34.99 the next month. It was sold to me as $20 per month, every month. When I called to ask, I was told that was the first month only. I never signed an agreement or brochure so my account was being charged fraudulently. This company has several complaints for this same issue on file with the BBB. I wish I had looked at the google reviews before purchasing the “$20 per month” deal. They did not offer to refund me at first, but eventually did. It’s clearly a problem and a dishonest company. Beware!!

This location will be losing my business. I’ve been a subscriber for a couple years. The past 6 months or so I’ve noticed that overall quality has gone down as well as the fact that many neighbors who frequent here are being charged far more than they agreed to. I don’t want to take unnecessary risks with my money on potential scams. I am strongly considering going to the place next door. I feel like when it was champion car wash it was at least a bit better. There isn’t much reason for me to stay in the face of the current negatives. It used to be pretty good.

I got a car wash in June and was told it was a $20 special to come as much as I wanted that month because it was their first month under new management. Flash forward 3 months and I realize they’ve been charging me $35/month since then and I haven’t been back since then. Called and they cancelled but zero apologies for the inconvenience or offer to refund. How is this place in business with all these terrible reviews saying the same thing? Used to really like this place but won’t be going back if this is how it’s run…

I got the $10 wash for my car and I am happy with it. Yes, I will return to wash my auto here again. They have a great group of guys working there. They are kind, professional, helpful, and, most importantly, attentive. These young men will be successful in life if they keep up that work ethic. The facilities are good, but those with larger autos/trucks may find find it a lil snug in the area where you dry off your cars. 7' height limit, by the way! Keep up the great work!

They have guys sell you a car wash package and you pay a low amount to try it out and then when you try to cancel you have to go on the website and email them or leave a voice mail because they don’t respond to calls. They’ll refuse to refund your money. And the car wash isn’t very good at that. I mean before this review it has 2.8 rating. Waste of $40 a month. Do not fall for the try it one month scam. They’re hoping you’ll forget and keep charging your credit card.

I’ve use this car wash twice. First time was a good experience. Second time terrible I have light. Scratch swirl marks all over my car. I have reached out but to no avail. Nobody’s reach back. Update: upon them reaching back they basically said it they couldn’t relate from pictures it was there fault!!!! But they took pictures on a cloudy day…. I’m not letting this go as my wife and I always inspect after a secondary car wash for blemishes.

When this business was Champion Car Wash it was pretty decent and reliable for years, but whatever has happened since the switch is a gigantic downgrade. My car was dirty when it came out of the wash and the tires and rims were filthy after, even with the "wheel cleaner" upgrade I purchased. The vacuum was broken and they were out of towels. I had to go to another car wash to get it clean. This place is a disaster now.

Went in for basic $10 wash at Bellevue location. Never gotten anything more. Just got a monthly charge $19.99. So they just take your CC info and sign you up for whatever? Not a good practice with competitor opening next door. Once I’m refunded my money (after they look through signed brochures?), I’ll take my business elsewhere. Customer service was friendly when I called in with complaint. I’m sure they are busy.

What a Waste of Time and Money!! Bronze wash is $10. Gold is $15, but comes with Tire Shine. I PAID UP AND STILL NO TIRE SHINE. Went back, made em run it thru Again- truck is still dirty, wheels look terrible, AND STILL NO TIRE SHINE. How.Many People A Day Pay An EXTRA $5 AND Never Get What They Paid For?? I gotta go home and rewash what they screwed up- and it wasn't even really that dirty to begin with!!

The people that are on-site at this location take the time to explain Why you need to pick a particular car wash package and the benefits from it? They're not so much focused on rapid return on getting you in getting you out getting you on your way. They won't explain why it is. You need to choose what you've given app picking and helping. You set up your account helping with payment and everything.

Better than the one next door. It is difficult to maintain an auto wash that is consistent. They do fix problems & let you go thru again if it did not rinse thoroughly. The vacuums have great suction & two different sizes, the small one great for between seats. They have towels available but I always have my own because they do end up all used. The monthly plans are very reasonable.

Most of the time both washes are not open. The last couple of times I have gone through the tires have not been shined on both sides or the brushes don't work to clean the top of the vehicle. They advertise towels but they are never available. The vacuums don't work properly most of the time. The staff is not proactive. They seem more interested in checking their phones or smoking a cigarette.

Didnt have any towels and didnt bother to let me know prior to paying. Refused to acknowledge that it was an issue and part of the product being paid for - "Its free" however they acknowledged that someone can't just pull in and vacuum / clean the interior of the car without paying... so clearly it isnt free. Manager was rude. I'll be going next door from now on, I'd advise you to do the same.

The staff are amazinggggg!! They have done a lot to help me get my car interior clean, after letting it get very bad between going to the beach and having big dogs. They always go above and beyond for me, will help you with anything you ask them about! Also the vacuums work super well and there’s air blowers at every stall. I highly recommend here, i wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Car wash is good, but the management is very disrespectful. They charged 1 of my license plates 2 charges on 2 different credit cards. When I brought it up to them, they canceled my membership and told me don't come back. His name is TJ and he is the Manager at the Bellevue Tennessee location. I have tried to get in contact with the district manager.. But nothing...

Went here once, they presented a more expensive option that would entitle me to another free car wash within 20 days if I signed. Agreed to it and they used my signing that agreement to enroll me in a monthly "subscription" fee that I'm just now noticing that was never mentioned by the person pressuring me to sign. Total scam operation, go somewhere else.

I paid $10 to get "just a wash" (used to be $9 for wash & spray wax). I got home and my car was disgustingly dirty on hood and trunk lid. I had to wash those pieces again to get them clean. I used to love going there and getting a nice shiney car. Never again...I don't know what happened to the place, but I'll go next door from now on.

the wash is good but what I have grievance with is the fact that we purchased a top of the line monthly wash decal and it is NOT valid at all wash n roll locations as they said it would. So far I have been to 2 locations that did not participate in the decal how are we to know who does & who does not honor this NOT GOOD

I cant imagine having to resort to stealing from your customers to stay afloat. very disappointed in what this place has become. STAY AWAY

Will never use this car wash again and I went their regularly for almost four years . . . ownership changed and I noticed a charge on my card for $34.99 which I did not authorize in any way, shape or form. Got my money back but will never do business with anyone who would take advantage of their customers like this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They Will tell you you’re paying for a one time wash just to set up a membership with reoccurring payments WITHOUT CONSENT. Had to dispute charges with the bank. Will never come here again and tell everyone to steer clear. They are scammers.

Beware of the offer of a membership. They signed both me and my husband up for the membership, on separate occasions, without our agreement. I have not been successful in getting the office to refund the charges. I Finally had to dispute the charges through my bank.

Wish I could give them a zero. Went in for a single car was and they signed me up for membership…never signed anything. Never received any information that I was signed up for monthly debit from credit card account until i saw it on my statement. Crooks.

I went through the car wash here today, and a sticky, glue-like substance ended up on several spots of my car. Had to spend hours scrubbing it with acetone to get it off and it damaged some of my paint.

This man allowed his Young white employees to call me the N word when I just visited this location. He asked why I flipped them off and when I tried to explain he asked me to leave. Not a problem sir.

These guys are scam artists. They said they were running "special for the month" of unlimited car washes for $40. They proceeded to set up monthly automatic recurring payments without my permission.

The change in ownership has not been a positive. I'll be cancelling my subscription and trying to find a locally owned wash that provides a good wash and keeps supplies stocked.

Had my truck wash here and the left half& front brushes did not work. I have to use a dirty rag they supplied (no clean ones) will not go bad here wasted $20 on a wash.

When I started going it washed my car good and then they did a remodel and now it dont wash my car as good as it did. I'm going to cancel my subscription this month

Extremely pushy staff. Just today, I had to tell the guy at the payment kiosk *four times* that I wanted the basic wash - not the monthly plan. I will not be back.
