About September 2022, I decided to see dentist after the COVID. I did some research online and saw the good reviews about Werribee dental clinic, so I believed it, but it’s a mistake. Dr herling Mendoza and one of his assistant always chitchat during my treatment, nothing about my case, but all about their personal life, like immigration and troubles with custom etc, very annoying my ears and give me headache, and also made me feel offended, I paid good money and I need them focus on me at that moment, did I ask too much? And at the periodontics that Dr Herling referred, the periodontist told me the treatment wasn’t good and it’s my dentist’s fault. After these experiences with Werribee dental clinic, I just simply CANNOT trust them anymore, so think twice if you never been there before.

Great doctors, very friendly staff. Dr Diana Gutierrez was lovely with my 6yo son, he was very calm and happy during the session. Dr Herling Mendoza help me with a broken tooth recently, he explained with great detail the treatment and options available, he was very kind and extremely careful during the session and the results were excellent. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Best Dental Clinic I have ever been to, the staff always have smiles on their faces and are so welcoming, which makes "the dentist" experience 10 times less daunting! My teeth always feel so refreshed when exiting their clean rooms. I honestly recommend this place to anyone that needs a dentist …

Dr Ian Collins is exceptional! Professional, warm and very gentle with all procedures. Entire family of 4 have been going there for years and have had the best treatment. Could not recommend highly enough! 5 Stars !

If you’re new to the area and looking for a dentist, this is the place to go. Dr Ian Collins is a really great dentist and even the front staff are really friendly and helpful.

Diana was too forceful on my child making her gum bleed and when my child said she was in pain Diana continued to press on her gums. Worst experience ever.
