What an excellent car buying experience. We found a vehicle on Craigslist that really sparked our interest. The ad led us to West Coast Auto Group. We made an appointment to view the vehicle, and Mario had the SUV sitting in the showroom awaiting our arrival. We do not typically like traditional car lots or pushy salespeople. This experience was nothing like that. It was a very comfortable and laid back situation. We had given our information to Mario over the phone, and he had several banks lined up with their approval by the time we had arrived. The vehicle was very fairly priced, cleaned, and completely ready for its new owners. We test drove the vehicle and decided it was the right fit for our needs. We were surprised at Mario’s work, and spent very little time closing the deal and driving away, unlike the hours we’ve spent at other facilities trying to get the purchase accomplished. This was by far, our best experience, and we will look forward to dealing with West Coast Auto Group in the future. We both would highly recommend this company!! Shopping for a used car has always been a trying experience for my son and I. However, he found just the automobile at this dealership and he called to make an appointment to give this automobile a test drive. Of course, we were concerned to learn about the condition of this used automobile and if there would be an acceptable price and if it could meet the budget my son had in mind. From the moment we arrived, there was no pressure, insult to our privacy nor to the budget and price we could pay. As soon as our Driver's License and Insurance Information were provided to Barry, he gave us the keys and we were pleased to have the privacy to drive and make notes of questions we could ask upon our return to West Coast Auto Group's office and location. AVOID THEM!!! Purchased a Ford Edge from them a few weeks ago. They told me detailing had just finished with it, so I came by to look and it was still dirty, and the rugs were stained - I should have left then. But I went ahead and bought it anyways because I needed a vehicle for a big move I was making. While on the road, I realized it was overheating whenever I wasn't moving. I got out ans looked and realized that NEITHER of the engine fans were working! We had to constantly pull over so the engine would cool off. I had a mechanic come look at it, and he said BOTH fans need replaced AND the coolant tube is leaking. This will cost me well over $1,000 for a vehicle I bought less then a week ago. They clearly don't even look over their vehicles before selling them! BEWARE!!!

I called and was easily able to set up a same day appointment for a test drive on a SUV. Barry met us at the bay door and we had a casual conversation while my driver’s license and insurance info was gathered. I ultimately decided against buying the SUV and was pleasantly surprised that Barry didn’t try to pressure me into buying something else. Bought a car from this chop shop 6 months ago. Nothing but problems! This car has had issues with melted turn signal assemblies, missing parts, huge repair bills. Barry is verbally abusive, yelling at me and hanging up when I tried to ask questions about where the missing parts are. Barry became very angry and kept telling me to go on Ebay to buy the parts that had been removed before I bought the car. I realize i did buy a used car, but did not expect there is damage beyond what is on Carfax. Unless you have an unlimited cash flow and enjoy dealing with a broken down car every few weeks, BUY ELSEWHERE! !!

I recently purchased a used 2019 Toyota Tacoma from West Coast AG and it was a very simple and hassle free experience. I live in Klamath Falls and found the truck on Craigslist, I called and spoke to Barry, asked several questions about the truck then made him an offer and he accepted. I recently purchased an RX350 from West Coast Auto Group and i have to say it was by far the best car buying experience I have had. There were no used car salesman tricks. They know what they have and they will show you and if you don't like the cars they won't try to push you into something else. After deciding on the car I wanted the lined everything up, picked me up from my office and I was out the door with my car in about 30 minutes. Very smooth process and very professional. Called the place and got most of the things done over the phone. When we got there, the car was waiting for a test drive and the staff were so kind! While we were on our way to Portland, Peter even bumped the interest down! After coming back from the test drive, all my dad had to do was sign! Finances were in check, information was all there; it was an easy in and out. Overall, this is a wonderful place to get a vehicle with some beautiful models.

Typical scam agency Edit: Scummy scam agents. When buying a car from these guys they said they would assist with the rim rash repair, but after papers were signed they basically said that the assistance they would give is just an address to a repair shop LOL! If thats not a scammy practice then please tell me what is? Or for this dealer such behavior is of the normal standards? Though this was a while back, i thought i should pitch-in either way.

They low balled me on my trade and told me they could not give me more because of a small dent in the bumper. They said they would have to fix it first. They have it listed for double what they paid me and lied about fixing it. Their detailer is dishonest as well. I asked for a couple things I forgot to grab out if the trade, and conveniently no where to be found. I don't think a honest car dealership exists!

The guys here, Jordan and Barry, are awesome. They made buying a car easy and simple. The whole experience a lot less stressful than I was expecting. I am from out of state and they did all the paperwork to get my car licensed and registered and then helped me out weeks later when I needed a temporary permit. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat, it'll definitely be worth your time to go see them!

Another used car dealer with no business ethics or morals. 2012 Lexus CT200h is being sold as "accident free" on Craigslist right now. NOT TRUE. How do I know? I just traded in this car at a dealer. It has TWO accidents, how do you have a "CLEAN CARFAX"? A little magic or fairy dust perhaps? BELIEVE the one star ratings folks and RUN.
