Visited today with our kitten Boy “Bruce” for his vaccination and wellness check up. The place has a good spacious waiting area great and the Reception team Tessa & Emily were welcoming everyone with smiles and were helpful. Dr.Thompson is extremely kind and knowledgeable doctor and made us welcomed by his calm nature. He explained me the process of annual wellness so well and also was advising wisely. He gave a complimentary nail trim to Bruce after his shot :) One more cool thing I noticed was my pet’s name on the board and they said they write/update the names of the pets who are visiting the clinic each day which I found super cute and a great way to welcome the pets Thank you for accepting our pet in your care. I would definitely recommend this place

We brought our cat Jack in on Oct 4/23 to be euthanized. Even though he was very sick we weren’t sure we were doing the right thing. Saanya Karim was the vet on duty that day. Even though we had not met her before and she didn’t know our cat’s history she had read the file beforehand. She said we were doing the right thing which I think a lot of people agonize over. Saanya was very patient and showed a lot of caring. The procedure was very professional and our cat didn’t suffer. We were allowed time before and after to say our goodbyes. We would like to thank Saanya and the West Hill Animal clinic for everything. This is not the first time we have had to put an animal down, and believe me it doesn’t get easier, but it’s nice to have people that understand how hard it is.

After deciding to go here instead of my previous vet, I am very happy! The staff were all very welcoming and sweet. They even had my cats name on their welcome board. Super cute! The vet was so sweet and nice, Reya warmed up to her quickly and she did not criticize me for what I do with my cat or what she eats. I will be coming here from now on since the registration process was super quick and simple. I brought all her records and that sped up the process. The place is big, clean and open. I definitely recommend West Hill. Thank you ladies for all your help and making both Reya and I feel welcome.

Lychee went today for her Anual checkup and vaccine boosters. Dr. Hu is her Veterinarian and I couldn't be more happy with the exceptional care she provides for Lychee. Dr. Hu is very gentle, sweet and detail oriented with her patients. You truly can tell who loves animals and should be in the animal industry. The clinic is also very clean and the receptionists are lovely. I highly highly recommend going to Westhill Animal clinic and clearly Dr. Hu!! Thank you Dr. Hu, we appreciate all your help!

This is the best animal clinic I’ve ever been, they have done my senior cat spay operation with perfection. And yesterday, I brought my naughty dog there for ear infection treatment, they took their time to listen to my concerns and treated my dog with patience and love. He has been a tough dog to deal with, but they cured him with love! I would definitely go again and strongly recommended everyone to give them a try!

Friendly staff who seem to care about animals genuinely. Its a bit pricey but they did an amazing job with our male bengal kitten's procedure for neutering. Just wish they had better technology without removing his actual testicles. Did not feel good about that part however, procedure went very well. He healed without a cone within a few days. The nurses and the doc handles him very well.

I have two munchkin cats that see Dr. Hu, and she is just fabulous with them. She’s a fantastic veterinarian who takes the time to listen, spend time with you and your pets and is willing to do more research should she not have an answer. She’s also a wonderful person. The supporting staff are also lovely and always happy to help. Office is always clean and hours are good.

The staff at West Hill A.C. went out of their way to help care for My diabetic cat Lilly. I was going through rough times and had to move too far away to continue to bring Lilly to the clinic yet they still gave me prescriptions for her insulin. Plus the care She received from all the staff was amazing and they have good rates.

I don't even live in the area anymore and still travel to come here. All the staff, vets, RVTs, reception have been nothing but amazing. I am confident my furbabe is in good hands each and every time I have brought him in or when I have phoned with concerns.

Doctors are amazing! They take the time to talk to you without rushing you out the door. Have been going to West Hill Animal Clinic for 26 years!!! Can’t say enough about their compassion and understanding.
